I've been getting my oil changed here for over 15 years and I literally love these people.... I always pull away with a smile on my face!!! Tonight I arrived at 6:58 p.m. and I wasn't for sure what time they closed, they brought me in with a smile on their face took care of my oil change and they were pleasant the whole entire time!!!! I recommend Valvoline to everyone they never cease to amaze me!!! I will always come here!!! I LOVE U GUYS!! Tonight it was Nick and Jacob Steele that took care of me!! What a pleasure it was to deal with these young men!! my whole family gets their oil changed here and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.... Melissa H.

What an outstanding crew they have at the Valvoline Massillon! They are wonderfully helpful and pleasant. I feel very positive after a trip there. I m thrilled my car is ready to go and I m happy with the courteous treatment I receive. I love my Subaru! Thanks for keeping her rolling, Valvoline!

This place was clean, the employees were kind, and it did not take long to do my oil change. Jacob talked me thru everything, explained everything perfectly, and did not talk down to me or treat me like I was stupid when I did not know something. That is important to me! I will most probably be going there for my future oil changes. Thank you, Jacob and team!

My experience here was fantastic. I was greeted right away by Patrick who couldn t have been more professional and nice. I found a great coupon on Valvoline s website and got 50% off. That covered up to 5 quarts of oil and they topped off all fluids and checked tire pressure. No pressure to buy more than I needed. I noticed right away when I pulled into the bay that one of the people working was a woman. I love that! Mostly because my Aunt was the first female to take auto mechanics class at Washington High School. She was my hero. So I asked Kelly if I could take her photo and she was kind enough to oblige. I was really blown away by how well everything went. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. Pun intended. Great work and great customer service by everyone there!! First time at Valvoline. Jacob was absolutely amazing. He talked me through everything and it told me exactly what I needed. Best service I've ever had getting my oil changed. Great place to go! All my friends and family go to this valvoline and we always have a wonderful experience. For the absolute best service, request RONNY! He has been my personal tech for years! He is passionately knowledgeable, welcoming, and so cool to talk to! The techs are very knowledgeable, speedy quick of course, and always so friendly! Don't forget to check their website for coupons!!! Forever my place to go!!!

I was having an oil leak and drove my car in to have it checked out. My wait time was short, and the staff was so kind. It was just my drain plug being loose, so they got it sorted out quick. The young manager working, I didn't catch his name, and Devon ( I believe was his name) were efficient and friendly, very helpful. I reccomend this over walmart any day! Service: Oil change

Very very happy I made the decision to come here. I was prepared to spend a lot of money on what I thought was wrong with my car. I ended up spending a fraction of that. The head tech took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand, as well as check everything under the hood. He had the chance to charge me for many things I didn t need. He only did what actually needed. Integrity and honesty are unfortunately hard to come by these days. This place has a ton of both!

They do a good job, techs are friendly and efficient. One of the few places that seem to have a full staff, not 2 people trying to do work meant for 4. Also AARP members get 15% off! 4 1/2 stars!

Went in with the girlfriend's car today and was told it "required" synthetic when I asked for conventional. Jeep "recommends" 0w20, they also recommend Pennzoil but they didn't tell me that bit was required. It's not going to get below -25F here and valvoline conventional is ms-6395 certified so 5w-20 conventional is perfectly fine. They either lied to my face or have no idea what they're talking about. Either way, their only motivation was the upsell.

Gave them a try a few oil changes ago. Needless to say, I continue to go there for several reasons. Customer Service, pricing and the non-stop communication from the employees to me. Every time is a great experience!

The customer service is definitely 5 stars. These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Took about 15 minutes or so, from start to finish, to complete everything. I gave it 4 stars cause of them raising their prices. Take 5 is a bit cheaper. Other than that they get job done, and it was done right.

Fantastic service. Professional, efficient techs. I was able to watch on-screen what was being done both under the hood and under the car. There was never just one tech working on my vehicle. Constant communication between techs. Fast service.

Normally I'm happy with the service. Today that changed. After inspecting my air filter they didn't put it back together right. Driving home it started acting up and the engine light came on. After checking, I discovered the filter not installed back properly. Car ran fine after I fixed that.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went there today for the first time and I was?so impressed that I will continue to be a customer every time I need one of these services done. They were super fast and friendly. They talked to me during the entire thing and the one tech even gave me a bunch if info on my vehicle that I didnt know prior. Their prices are incredible as well. Just wanted to say my change oil light was on and the nice gentleman checked and informed me that I wasn't due for an oil change yet. So the topped off and checked all my fluids and air pressure in my tires reset my light that canyon and sent me on my way. They could have easily madeobry and I guess that are more about customer service than making a buck.

More than I wanted to pay for an oil change, but talk about convenience! Never had to get out of my car. Super fast, very professional. You can watch what they re doing to your car on the video monitor. Thanks!

Over an hour wait time while in the bay, because they didnt have the air filter in stock. Then they broke my oil cup and had to find a replacement for that. Also the bay cameras were not even working so I have to trust them that the work was done correctly after all the issues. The Assistant Manager Troy did not even say one word to me, he had the someone else do it. And the best they did was offer $10 dollars off my oil change.

Dustin is by far the most kind and honest tech I have ever met. I have come multiple times thinking I needed a oil change abs Dustin always educates me on my car telling me it s not quite time yet.
