Got my truck aligned here. Within 3000 miles after the alignment I noticed my front tires went from 75% tread to none and the side walls shredded off. I called made an appointment and they re aligned it we ll see that is.. now I m out a $300 all terrain tire. They were fair about re doing the alignment and checking it for free, but as far as losing my tire to their mistake I don t feel enough has been done. Will be the first and last time I go here. Pics are the tread differences. One pic was with snow one set was without. 2800 miles. Not impressed.

My guy DENNIS...He is totally awesome!! I've been coming here for years and I am always satisfied with the service. You can count on this team to be honest with you, on top of great work... I remember back in 2016 they stayed WAY past closing to finish up the break job on my Son's car...Love these guys!!

I bought tires in March of 2022. I couldn't get an alignment at the time because the specifications for my 2019 were not in the alignment machine. I have gone there several times for oil changes and a tune up. My tires are cupped and have uneven wear. The best they could do was rotate the tires. Once again the alignment machine is broke. I'm going to need new tire. Rotating the tire made it much worse. I doubt I drove 8,000 miles on these tires.

I was told I could come in at 1:30pm I even said I could not wait long and that if so I would go somewhere else who wouldnt be busy or wait because I have things to do today. Bringing new tires with me. Just need them changed out. It is now 4:07pm I'm still in waiting room and my vehicle does not have any tires on my vehicle yet. I'm very upset! I will not be back and I do not refer this place to anyone. The manager made my appointment as well. I would rate 0 stars if I could and I would leave if my car was not jacked up. There was other customer complaining as I've been sitting here as well.

Got out tires done there They cross thread the luggets nuts. So we went back to get new tires put on. They couldn't get it off. Wanted to charge $150 an hour said it can take all days and The next day. They are not taking responsibility for their actions. Andwanted to make us pay for their mistake do not recommend them

Had my oil change at Mr Tire at another location A few weeks later, it was dripping oil took it back. The guy said it wasn t what they did. It was the it was Hyundai they burn oil I said it didn t burn oil it s leaking oil after long conversation I was upset the guys guys a while looked at it if you want me to I said don t forget about it so I took it up to Dennis at Tire Choice They took it up on the rack found the plug oil plug was loose and leaking. Fix the oil, plug, new plug, new oil, filter, chain oil oil for free. Recommend everyone if you need a oil change, go to tire choice

Got us in within 30 minutes of calling for new tires. Mostly talked with Dennis. Awesome guy. Pointed out some deals for us. Great service by the whole team.

Went in to get brakes checked. They was able to quickly find the issue and I was able to look at it myself. Afterwards was able to get it fixed and had truck back next day. Very professional staff there

Came in for two tires for my sons car. Was quoted on the phone before coming in a price. The service for two tires took 5 hours and was not made aware that it would be taking that long. Then when the car finally finished. The price was over 70 dollars more then quoted With them moving tires even after I told them I wanted them on the front. Ridiculous worst experience I have ever had.

Dennis is absolutely incredible. I walked in for an oil change without an appointment. He took in my truck within minutes and even rotated my tires. Told me all about the Drive Card which was an incredible option. I was so impressed with Dennis & his Team that I scheduled an appointment for brakes on my daughter's car for Saturday. Again, took her in as scheduled and she had all new brakes in under 2 hours. What a relief to find a place I can trust for exceptional quality and a Sales Manager I can trust. Fantastic job Dennis and Tire Choice Massillon!

My friend took his car there..He said he was treated with courtesy and respect..The manager Mr. GRIGGS is a very knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable..I would recommend his services.

Came in to get an alignment. Received the alignment but my steering wheel isn't straight. Took it right back for them to straighten the streering wheel.Drove away the second time and my steering wheel is still not straight!

I needed some front end work done on my car so I wanted to get several price estimates. I've never gone to this garage before so I figured I'd see how their prices were. When I spoke to the guy at the front desk I asked him if I could get a rough estimate on several car repairs and he said are you sure these things need done and I said yes. Then he asked if I brought the car and I told him no, but that I'm positive that the things I told him are what needs done and all I wanted was a rough estimate. I told him I was checking some prices so I could decide where I was going to have the work done. For some reason he had a really bad attitude. Once he gave me the price I asked if he could print it out and he said no. I was really surprised how unhelpful he was being. I explained that I'm going through a program to help with the expense and that they needed a written printout, so if he wasn't willing to give me one his estimate was pointless. He then answered well why didn't you tell me that when we started? I said well I'm sorry, I had no idea that would make a difference. He finally gave me the printout, but had the worse attitude I've ever dealt with. Even if his price would have been the lowest there's no way I'd ever get work done there!

I stopped early in the morning to have a tire repaired from running over a screw and the gentleman at the counter was the nicest person. He had my jeep in a bay in less than 5 minutes. He was very friendly and chatted with me while the work was being done. I believe he was the manager, Dennis accordingtomy receipt, but regretfully forgot to ask his name. Thank you so much for brightening my day.

I m really grateful that Dennis and his team took me as a walk in for an oil change after getting the run around. They were extremely professional and fast. I enjoyed talking to the staff and they made me feel like a human and not a burden especially before the holidays and the winter weather. I m very appreciative!

EXCELLENT service! manager Tyler Swigert and the technician J. Quarcini provided both excellent and timely service. Did the work exactly as requested, felt no pressure to do add on services. Rare that you find this level of car service these days. Highly recommend!

I came in with no appointments scheduled, and was seen promptly, these guys are very professional especially Mr. Griggs and his team he was and has been very patient with me and did a excellent job with my brakes and getting me back on the road safely and I tell you what if you came to this tire choice on Lincoln at close to giant eagle you will be pleased and will leave with a smile of being treated and taking care of professionally and truly fare!!!!! Amazing job guys I truly thank you

Claimed they replaced complete exhaust system, but it rattled and when I returned the next day, they wouldn't check it. Well...a couple months later the muffler fell off and had to be replaced....I took it to a trustworthy muffler shop so it could be fixed correctly. Going to this rip off place cost me a lot of money...beware!!!

Outstanding service for my wheel alignment and the Tech went over and above expectations making an adjustment the Ford dealership didn't offer to try without charging extra money. Very clean shop , friendly service exceeded my expectations and made my family feel comfortable while we waited. Reasonable prices . Definitely will return !

2023 update - I have been using Dennis and the guys as my main mechanics for years now. They are incredibly knowledgeable and very very well priced. Just this week I had my car have a few issues, and it was expensive so I decided to get a second opinion, not only did they charge for the 'diagnostic test' but their price was 1.5x the price Dennis and crew were charging. I immediately took it right back to Dennis. Best and most honest mechanical crew around!2019ish - Just took my car in to Dennis' shop and he was amazing. He is very very knowledgeable and helpful. My parents have been going here for a few months and Dennis is always quick and honest. Will definitely do business with again.

Dennis and Roger did an awesome job on my car ! They were so friendly and easy to work with and got it right in with no waiting ! I wouldn't trust anyone else except my husband and he said they're the best around. The shop was very clean and they made me feel like family ! Good prices and dependable service. I wouldn't go anywhere else !
