I purchased a vehicle through signature auto in June and still haven't received my title, I had to file a complaint against them with the state just to be able to continue to keep getting 30 day tags every month it's quite annoying and an inconvenience. I can't get a hold of them regarding this issue and at first they just kept telling me it will be hear on this day or that day and that day never came. I do not recommend them at all. The was also supposed to replace my mirror and even the body shop that said they ordered the part's for it will not return my calls after 6 months. I am paying extra for a warranty and I can't even get the vehicle serviced because no one returns calls or answers the phone but they pressure you into getting the warranty incase something would happen which I understand but it's litterly useless and a waist of money because they will not do there part to make sure the problems get fixed so it's pointless. But if I don't pay my car payment I'm sure they would know how to use a phone then.

At the time of purchase, the service was outstanding. The team worked to get me into the Jeep of my dreams. HOWEVER since then, they have failed to send the payment for the vehicle I traded in. I have called repeatedly and been promised that the payment will be made. Now the 10 day pay off is no longer valid. My account with my credit union is no longer in good standing and charges continue to accrue. My husband was looking to purchase a vehicle in the next 30 days and had every intention of doing so from Signature Auto Group. Will not happen!

Great experience I ve been looking for a car for 6 months came up here same day approval, approved in minutes affordable and I got me and my mom a car best car place in Massillon. Alex, is the man.
