Don't buy a car from here unless you get it checked out first this is what happened to us I kept telling dom there is something wrong he told me it's just the tires not happy about this now we have no vehicle this is what 2500 dollars down payment gets us tire broke right off the truck

I purchased a vehicle through signature auto in June and still haven't received my title, I had to file a complaint against them with the state just to be able to continue to keep getting 30 day tags every month it's quite annoying and an inconvenience. I can't get a hold of them regarding this issue and at first they just kept telling me it will be hear on this day or that day and that day never came. I do not recommend them at all. The was also supposed to replace my mirror and even the body shop that said they ordered the part's for it will not return my calls after 4 months.

Predatory lending practices. Do not buy here. They have 6 years to collect on a returned vehicle and they will. The warranty is bogus as well. Purchase at your own risk but you have been warned.

Dom the owner was very easy to work with and helped me get the jeep I've always wanted! Charlie worked very hard and stayed over to help us out since our schedule was hard to work with! Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new car!

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car! The people are amazing. Makes buying a car fun! And still after I bout the vehicle they still fixed my car ignition without a warranty. They actually care about there costumers.

My boyfriend had just bought a car here. the workers created a very comforting and welcoming atmosphere. They worked with him to get him the vehicle he wanted at a fair price. The car has been wonderful since we left with it. 10/10 would recommend.

I paid for a car I expect a car that can get me places. I never imagined I would have to just keep leaving my car in parking lots hoping they don't tow it. I've replaced a battery and a starter in three weeks of owning this vehicle. I don't even have my title yet. I've never been so disgusted. Shame on the owner of these lots. How do you sleep at night? I'm a father trying to take care of my kids. I've missed three days of work over this.

Charlie was our salesperson she was wonderful, very welcoming, helpful. Everyone in the building was very friendly. Low prices and she said she's gonna get us out in a car that day and she did as promised!! Wonderful place

Tom did all he could to put me in a good automobile. Then Dom went above & beyond to make sure I was good through a tuff time and kept me in that car. They are the best and I recommend their lot to anyone. They are very friendly and do all they can to assist you and make it a comfortable experience. Absolutely the best car place I ve been too. I ve been looking for a car and not to mention my first car and I went to multiple different car dealerships and out of all of them this is the only one who treated me good. They had me ready to test drive within a few minutes of looking at the car and after that they were straight on making sure I could get the best deal with my payment. All of the people were very friendly and made sure everyone was attended too when they were there. I would definitely recommend signature auto group for anyone who s looking for a vehicle!

Best experience I've had getting a car. Staff was extremely cheerful and very welcoming and they were willing to work with my situation. Definitely going to come back in the future. 10/10 these are the guys that you want to help you get into a vehicle.

*******A MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM HERE!!!!********Both of my teenagers purchased vehicles from this dealer with a hard lesson to learn!My oldest son purchased a Jeep Wrangler that had frame damage, after several complaints & issues with the Jeep the problem was resolved ONLY because the dealership had no choice but to take the Jeep back & buyout the loan due to the special financing arrangements the finance company made with this dealership. Again, it was NOT resolved in good faith of the dealership!!! My other son is now sadly dealing with the same type of issues. He purchased his truck from them just 5 months ago and it only has 2 inches of frame currently holding it together due to deterioration, as he's paying a loan exceeding $10,000 on a McDonald's budget while trying to graduate high school. We paid to have it inspected by a certified mechanic, sent the inspection report as well as pictures to Dom & the only resolution he has offered is for us to pay to have it towed to him (over an hour away) & he will patch it! As my son continues to pay over $10 grand for a vehicle that is not even worth $3000. The only reason my other son went to this dealership is because they are the only ones that was able to get a 18 year old kid with no credit approved for a loan without a co-signer. They claim to be a honest, caring small business! I can assure you the only thing they care about is putting money in their pockets and will go to great extents in doing so at your expenses!! After watching my children deal with the heartaches of this type of unjustified immorality, I felt the least I could do is share their heartaches with you in the hope of saving at least one person from this type of pain with this place. If you must purchase from here then I HIGHLY suggest to have your own inspection done & request a Carfax history ( both within your legal right) but if you have ANY other option to purchase then I would not walk away from this place but RUN!!!

I freaking love them! They do help you out a lot and they do work with you well.!! Just make sure you get the car looked at they are Great cars though! I love Alex and Dominic bought me and my sister PIZZA ! cool people and they work with you on your down payment you don't find many places trying to help you.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. My son got this car in November 2021. Two months later we got an oil change and we re told we had over $3900 in repairs. The air filter looked like someone buried it in a forest for 50 years and they just stuck it back in. I just paid over $1000 for new rear brakes and that is just the beginning. The service contract that cost $2300 covers nothing I wasn t the person that was stupid enough to buy this car however I m the mother of the child that is driving this death trap. This car never should have been sold in this condition. Whoever owns this dealership should be ashamed of themselves.

Took my daughter here to get her first car. Everyone was wonderful and they made our experience very easy NO STRESS they worked with us to get my daughter in the car she wanted. She got the car she always wanted. The price was very reasonable and no one was pushy.

My wife bought a car here for her son he drove the car for maybe two weeks and now have a blown head gasket. We have called trying to see if there's any options on taking care the situation. Instead we don't get an answer and if we leave a message no call back. To me simple rule of business take care of the customer. Apparently this place doesn't have it in them to do the right thing. Pure cowards no backbone to say they messed up. If you ever think about buying a car from here don't. Crooks r us should be the name of this place. So now we have to take legal action. They messed with the wrong person. You will be out of business when we're done. Zero integrity bad company wouldn't recommend anyone to make this mistake.

Fantastic people to work with. They got me the exact car I had been searching for forever and took it a step further by replacing the windshield as well. They fully disclosed everything about the car with me even though it was only a $3000 car which is nice. Being in car sales myself, I appreciate full transparency. Thank you again!!!

Was sold a truck with a rotted frame (Purchased 5 months ago). I had it at their shop 5 times within the first 3 weeks of owning the truck due to wheel bearings and a shock mount rusting out and breaking from hitting a tiny crack in the road for rain water to flow to a drain (WAS ONLY GOING 10 MPH AT MOST). It s had electrical issues as well since I purchased the vehicle and was told that they would take care of it which here we are 3 months later and nothing was done. I can barely drive the truck at night because my gauge cluster will go out while driving down the road and I cannot get it to come back on. I am currently 18 and a senior in high school and work at my local McDonalds so I don t get paid much money. My entire paychecks go to my truck payment and my insurance and now I can t even drive the thing down the road because the frame is literally being held together by 2 inches of steel that hasn t broke yet. Dom which is the owner of signature told my Mother that it (doesn t look bad) just from looking at the pictures of the frame. I took it to a certified mechanic and was told that is most definitely a bad frame and is most definitely a safety hazard to even drive it. He also told my Mother that if we have it towed up there then he would have his frame guy patch it which is not okay with me seeing is to how I m paying over $10,000 for the truck. He had nothing put attitude with my Mother and refused to do anything else about my situation. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will never purchase anything from these people again. I m stuck paying for a vehicle that I can t even drive now because they don t want to help me out at all.

DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE I purchased a car from here a year ago. I started having problems with it within 3 days of having it. I took it to my mechanic and he said the oil hadn't been changed in over 28,000 miles and the engine and turbo were done. I've tried working with the dealer to get me in something else, even offered another downpayment but they have been avoiding me like plague. They are the WORST KIND OF CROOKS. I wouldn't recommend them if they paid me. GET THESE CARS INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY THEM OR TRUST ME YOULL REGRET IT. They are supposed to do an all point inspection before they sell cars and its not being done. If I could give them a zero I would. they just want the cars off the lot no matter what they have to do or what kind of condition their in. I'll be contacting the better business bureau and reporting them. And Dominic will smile in your face and make all the promises you need to hear, but is the biggest LIAR I've ever met. Of course it's a false statement because I love wasting my time giving honest reviews....all your answers are "false statement" DO BETTER YOU SCUM BAG

Purchase a car off them and after 4 mouth the engine blow up. Warranty covered it but put 140,000 mile engine in a 115,000 mile car. Try to work something out with them and the owner was very rude! I do not recommend ever purchasing a car off them unless you know your cars. I am now stuck with a 12,000 dollar loan on the car, and I am a single mom. I really hope this car last me until I can trade it out. They are no good !!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with these people !! I went in and got a Kia Sorento. Was told nothing was wrong with it come to find out there was a gas leak, transmission issue and 2 days later power steering went out. I took it back and they agreed to fix it but only fix the power steering. (Not what I wanted) we asked for our money back MANY times and was denied. So they put us in a new car under the impression it was fully paid off and was ours. Come to find out they ran my husbands credit without us knowing and put it as we are financing the car. We found our and went back and threatened to take them to court. They said (you have no proof) actually we DID I recorded every single conversation with them and kept every text message between us. So they told us to give them a day to figure things out. We went back today and dom was very unprofessional and rude cursing at us and everything saying (this isn t fair) acting like a child. So we will NEVER go back at all. Also we are filing a complaint with the BBB and still involving a lawyer. !!

when the check engine light comes on & the car dies LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AFTER U DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT , they will promise to "fix whatever is wrong with it"... BUTA month later, and 2/3 trips to their mechanic; what was fixed on it was NOT what the problem was, and the issues it had WERE NOT FIXED because the shop "could only do the work that the dealer approved" and when the check engine light & radiator fluid leak were brought up the last time it was worked on, the car lot said "they didn't care & were not wasting any more time or losing any profit fixing the car"SO... I still have 23 more payments to make on a 24 month loan for a car that doesn't run.

They kept $450 of my sons downpayment when he decided to get another car at a different dealership. They are con artists and keep deleting my review because they not they were dead wrong. I have turned them into the better business bureau which I found they have been turned into many times. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I've been to many many places to try to find a van. .. I came across this place .. not only did I found the van of my dream but they when way out of there way to help me not only get the van but made sure that everything was parfait before I left with it ...The complete process of getting it was really professional and caring..I highly recommend this place if you see a vehicle you like you can definitely count on a good deal...Thank you guys for everything you've done for me. .. My fianc�e and i both bought our cars from here. Alex is one of the best car salesman in the game. He got me a car when others said they could but didnt. He will make sure you are taking care of, and will treat you like family. I will be back to see him again and i will be sure to send everyone his way!!!

Dominic and fellow employees excellent. Found a few defects in vehicle I wanted to purchase and they went the extra mile to correct.Update 3 months later. Dominic promised to fix an engine surge. When I got home, the surge was still there. The next morning I noticed oil dripping out of the diff housing. Upon removing the cover it was cracked and the diff was almost empty. First time I drove at dusk I noticed I had no dash lights. Still don't!. I put a yard of mulch in the bed, it almost fell off. The front 3 crossmembers were totally rusted away, the bedliner was hiding that the bed had a 4x2ft hole in it . The right rear leaf spring had a broken leaf that separated and had to be replaced. When replacing the spring i inspected the rear brakes. The adjusters were froze and the shoes were not applyingDon't you think any type of checklist would have found one of the above defects. I have over 1000.00 in repairs in 3 months .Buyer beware! Only in Ohio can these types of vehicles be sold.

A great place to get your vehicle from . I have gotten 2 SUV s from here . I the fact that they work with u on your down payment & they help u get into a Car loan no matter what especially if u have bad credit . Signature Auto has helped me get a vehicle loan with my not so great credit history. They re good ppl . And u don t find other car dealerships who work with you on your down payments.

Very reasonable pricing. Great customer service and people skills. And also able to work with my �redit score. Compared to all the other car dealerships that I have been to in the last month that turned me down due to credit.
