This is literally the first time in 17 years I've ever had my car towed and I would definitely recommend this company.... the driver's name was Chris and he had the most amazing friendly attitude... very professional and trustworthy!! I can't say enough about him!! I felt so confident after choosing this company and I will definitely be calling them in the future!! Thanks again for a wonderful experience.Service: Car towing

Always in support of Dog Loving great small businesses and we've come across another one!! If you're looking for a great mechanic shop, one that charges honest prices, look no further!Chris and Kara at Rupple's Towing & Automotive have your back. I recently happened upon them by way of needing a U-Haul. Decided to have my Toyota Tundra serviced. Straight forward kinda shop and and WOW...given a fair price to boot. Couldn't believe my luck. AND to top it all off, they are DOG LOVERS!!! Quick, reliable, and affordable!!! About to take my other truck in next week!!! (and now my jeep due to Ohio's winter roads, oh brother)So happy to have found you guys for our business fleet.

Great and quick job! Had to replace alternator, not an easy accomplishment for certain vehicle. I was very informed every step of the way, no bs. Fair price for tow, repair and parts. I will go back if needed and would recommend to anyone in the area wanting polite, fair, and fast service. Thank you much!

You guys want to know a thief? Have your car towed by rupples. My registration wasn't up to date so the police towed my car. I looked on the map and it wasn't more than 15 miles round trip for rupples. I garrentee you'll never guess the amount they charged me? I could give you 100 guesses and you would still never believe that they charged me 431 dollars. They didn't even have my car for 24 hours. How do you guys sleep at night. I stopped by the bank to be at rupples at 9 when they opened, grabbed the 400 dollar limit from the atm, never believing in my wildest dreams I would need that much. Once they told me the bill I had the woman at the front desk call the thieving owner asking if it'd be okay to settle with all the 405 dollars in cash I had. If I had to leave and come back I would more than likely miss taking my daughter to her dentist appointment. Needless to say, they wanted every danm penny. I'd like to say I can't blame the workers, but I would never work for such a thief. How they get away with this blows my mind. This is the trash America is turning into so make sure you thank people and companies like rupples.

This company was called by the police department to tow our vehicle after an accident. It was $275 for the tow and another $175 for the labor! On top of that, there was a $40 administration fee for paperwork . This is outrageous! Many companies tow for the police. But NONE charge this crazy! From day of accident to pick up was 2.5 days. It was $675 total!

when our car was stolen last week and found Dave showed up on time when the officers called him, was very nice and knew what he was doing. weather you need a recovery or a tow for whatever reason, give these guys a call

I hit ice and went off the freeway. They came out and had me back on the road in just a few minutes. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The driver was very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need help again they will be who I will call.

After an accident these guys have been awesome from the tow all the way to helping me get my belongings from my car. The drivers, front desk employee, and the gentleman who was helping me in the lot were very friendly.

Went there today for tires. No one on lot that could help. Was supposed to call me. Waited all day with no call so got my tires elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them if you need tires in a hurry

The owner takes pride in his business. He's very nice to deal with. My husband's Jeep got totaled in a wreck not his fault. So Rupple's was called to tow it.
