Best dealership ever seen) I was in my trip from NY when my RAM lost the power and check engine came on. I called to service department and NICK after checking everything did an appointment in 2 hours. I got new Compass FOR FREE and my truck was in working condition (it was a recall. Fuel pump issue) NEXT MORNING! 24 hours guys! I paid 150$ for diagnostic only. Nick was THE BEST! Everything 100% truthfully and honestly! Thank you Nick! Thank you guys for your help! Nick in service is the most professional and knowledgeable technician I ve ever encountered. He made recommendations and was kind as well as efficient in addressing my concerns. I had no idea what was wrong with my Truck, a tear down diagnostic pinpointed the exact issue. I m forever grateful.

Progressive Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was such an AMAZING experience! We purchased this beautiful 2021 Chevy Trailblazer, and our salesman Bill was BEYOND helpful and informative on the car. Bill answered any and every question we had, and was very patient with us. Staffing was WONDERFUL! Everyone was beyond polite and welcoming. This was definitely an 10/10 Visit!! And a GREAT purchase! Allan (solution provider) was a very nice and helpful person talked everything over with me made everything clear so I knew for sure what I was signing and details of the car I was in the process of buying. Allan was very friendly and understanding which I can't appreciate enough.Brain (floor manger) came over to me and talked to me about coverage for my new vehicle in a very friendly and upbeat manner and helped me understand which type of coverage someone like me would need I found it very helpful.Overall I had a great experience and will for sure recommend friends and family who are looking for a vehicle to stop by both these man were truly kind and extremely helpful they made something that is normally stressful super easy can't thank them enough.

Wonderful staff there! This was my second recall done on my car since having it. Kane always kept me in the loop on what was going on. I got a loaner car for the 6 days it was there because there ended up being a lot more needed done asap before the summer so that i would have a car that was in good shape. Very honest and straight forward guy. I would say they did a great job getting my car done within the 6 days with how much that was going on with it! Had some shipping issues with a part but it was taken care of fast:)

We had the privilege of having "Jake from Progressive " as our salesman. He was great! I'd recommend him to anyone. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us in the price range that was most comfortable for our budget. Thank you Jake for all of your hard work! As for the dealership, the selection of vehicles on their lot does not disappoint. They have something for just about everyone. Bought their 1st 2024 Jeep wrangler! Mike McCarthy was so helpful and patient with my wants and needs. He let me test drive want I wanted to and was not pushy. He was so friendly! I really appreciate everyone who worked so hard to get me rolling out of the lot. Marie and Brian were also very helpful and made the process so smooth. I feel like everyone we met there was proud to work there and made us feel welcome! When we buy another Jeep we will be back!

What a great dealership people were so friendly and helpful. Kevin in Service was absolutely Amazing, I had a transmission problem with a Dodge Grand Caravan I had purchased from another dealer with a extended warranty. Unfortunately my warranty didn't cover me enough to get the OEM transmission, but between Kevin and the Parts department helped me get into the best part possible. They were professional and so helpful I have never dealt with such a great team of people. I will definitely be looking to Progressive for my new vehicle.Sincerely Mark Chapman

Purchased my second vehicle from here yesterday and it was just as great as I remember my first visit being. If you are ever in the position to buy a car and want to feel like you re just hanging out with friends while you do it, this is the place for you. Friendly is an understatement. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and more at a reasonable price. From the salesman to the financial department, these guys are A1! They definitely make the car buying business less stressful.

Overall Progressive CDJR has a nice service group. Friendly team, conversational, etc. However, a few things rate them <5 from a service perspective.First, I don t understand nor agree with their definition of appointment. If I make an 8:30a appt., I learned that it s just a check-in time, that they may or may not even initially look at the vehicle that same day. They don t tell you that when you drop it off until after they call you to say they didn t get to your issue all day, so it will be another day. This dealership s service dept. had our new vehicle for 10 days and was only able to address 2 of 3 problems. Only fixed one of those two, so essentially only one problem out of three got fixed in 10 days.Second, be clear up front what your expectations are and ask questions before making an appt. or leaving your vehicle. They may communicate updates to you throughout the day, but our experience was it was just enough to make you think they re working on your vehicle when they re really masking the fact they are taking on more appts. than they have techs working. That way they can work on what they want in the order they want.Lastly, don t message us and say give us 5 stars or contact us first before you post if you re not going to rate us 5 stars. What s the point of providing an honest review if the dealership is steering the reviews?

I am a newer Progressive CJDR customer due to convenience and delayed appointment times at another local dealer. Advisor Kevin Elton has helped me several times, with several vehicles. I was able to make appointments that fit my schedule both times. The latest appointment was a simple service with no repairs.The previous appointment with repairs took longer than expected and Kevin offered a loaner without me having to ask. Progressive has earned a return customer.

Most recently Kane in the service department did a great job of getting meIn quickly to identify a problem with my truck. His recommendation had me back on the road with the problem corrected leas than two hours in the most cost effective manner. Also, the body shop, specifically Stacy worked with Kane in that short time to put a finishing touch on work that was done recently in their body shop. Stacy and the body shop manager Dennis were very helpful in working with Stelantis Customer Service on my case to resolve a corrosion issue to my satisfaction. I love my current truck, but the recent team I worked with here at Progressive has restored my faith in their product AND customer support should I decide to purchase a newer truck!. The support is a greatly appreciated!

Allan Arkenburgh was my salesperson. I purchased a Ram 1500 from him. We negotiated a $39,000 out the door price for the vehicle. They did not apply my $4,500 down payment to this amount, instead, added it to the $39,000 for a total price of $43,500. I was swindled out of $4,500. Shame on me for not catching this while reviewing the paperwork. This has been my only experience at Progressive, if they condone this type behavior in their salespeople, I would not recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

Special thank you to Justis who helped me with the purchase of my Grand Cherokee. I showed up on a Saturday with a time frame crunch and two impatient kids. She worked fast to get me the deal I was looking for and out the door in time to make it to prior obligations. During my time in the dealership, all the staff pitched in to help keep my kids entertained to make the process as smooth as possible. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee end of May 2023. The salesman, Elijah, informed me multiple times that the vehicle was "inspected thoroughly" by their team and everything was fixed.Fast forward 2 months later I bring in my vehicle TO THE SAME TEAM to fix a battery/tire issue and they call to tell me that my A/C compressor was burnt (which does not occur from 2 months of use, moreso years) among other problems under the hood that they "didn't seem to notice" when inspecting before sale.Elijah informs us in July 2023 that he would speak to his manager about making this right and return our call. March 2024 we are still unable to reach him again...Biggest advice, go somewhere else or drive their vehicles to a shop on your test drive to ensure you're not being ripped off like I was.

I went to the dealer for A plus service and quality for my Jeep repairs. This was not what I received at all. You'll make your own decisions, but as far as I am concerned, I will never look to this business for service OR to purchase a vehicle. There are a lot of choices out there, you need to consider them before choosing this business.
