Eleven months, <4500 miles, and almost $1000 ago I had a complete brake job done here due to these reviews. Out of nowhere the one front brake started grabbing, and it was inferred to be a bad $200 caliper that is the only thing that still isn t under warranty. Am now loathe to have them replace a lug nut.

My wife recommended me to Bill at Ohio Brake and Lube to get my car checked for leaking coolant. Not only did Bill fix that problem quickly but he also found another issue and fixed it at a cheaper rate than I d been quoted at other places. He also gave me a discount because my wife is an RN. Definitely going to be visiting then again if I ever need help with my car and I ll be recommending everyone I know to them as well.

I cannot recommend these guys any higher! They were honest and transparent every step of the way. It was very obvious I know nothing about cars, but they still treated me with respect and honesty. I will happily go back any time I need work done on my car!

We have used Ohio Brake and Lube on three different occasions on two different vehicles. Bill is always welcoming and very informative and educated on the repairs he will be making. He is upfront with pricing and very reasonable with the charges for the repairs he has made. He maintains good communication throughout the entire process. He also didn t try to just make me spend money, bill actually tried to help me spend less on the car. Bill is very funny and friendly. Took the vehicle I was looking to purchase here to be checked out. He was very thorough and explained to me everything he was doing and checking. My 8 year old son was with me and Bill took the time to teach him what to look for when inspecting a vehicle. He even went as far as allowing him to use the flashlight to double check everything at the end What a breath of fresh air to experience such honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him!

I can t even express how worthy Ohio Brake and Lube is of 5/5 stars for this review. Bill was the best person I could have asked for to work on my car. Bill was prompt, and able to answer any questions I had about my car. He was very straight forward about the process and the labor that went into fixing my car. If you want an honest, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic shop. Bill and his team are just that, and very thorough and kind people. I don't ever write reviews but I felt like they went above and beyond to take care of me, so I had to. I used Google maps to request a quote. Out of the 4 quoted I requested, Bill got back to me the fastest and with the lowest cost. I scheduled the appointment and the car was done same day, even after I asked for a couple other last minute services. The car drives great! I won't be going anywhere else!

This place is by far cheaper than other's like it and they treat you very well. You get quality and skilled workmanship at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ohio Brake and Lube. Tell him the Uber driver said to stop by.

Went in about a year ago. I was wanting to change the brakes on my daughters car and couldnt get the rotor screws loose. Asked if he could help me. He loosened them up in about 2 minutes and didnt want to charge me. I gave him a 20 and immediately brought up my other car that had a few things that needed done. We have 4 cars and every few months stuff goes wrong and I have been to him about 8 or 10 times since. He always fits me in and always gets it done at a reasonable price. We had a rattle under my wife's car, I stopped by and he strapped a clamp on it and sent me on my way with no bill or rattle :) Hard pressed to find another mechanic this honest and willing to help his customers. If I would have taken that to Quicklanes, they would have kept it for half a day and charged me 90 bucks. Awesome job on all the repairs, everything comes back in tip top shape. You will not be disappointed, he takes great care of his customers. I hope his business grows and he's there to help us with our cars for years to come. Its so hard to find a good/honest mechanic but we have one here at Ohio Brake and Lube.

Great place to get work done, top notch, always puts you first. Doesn't beat around the bush and is straight forward about everything that needs done. They are always willing to work with you and prices are reasonable. This place is probably the best place to get mechanical work done hands down if your looking for a place that's actually reasonable on price and very good with time sensitive situations.

Was having issues with my car stalling and had a check engine light on. Bill spent good day trying to find out what wrong what was going. Was unable to duplicate the issue. But had a good feeling what the issue was but was up front saying he wont feel right replacing the part and wasn't the issue.. Bill is very up front and doesn't push you into thing that you dont need done. It's hard to find a up front mechanic Bill is very up front.. I will take my cars back.

Bill Yentz is absolutely the best ! I am an older single women that knows little about cars and he has been so kind, so helpful with suggestions, so reasonable on cost. The first time I called I had to have my car towed to him, I had it back the next day. Wendsday I had to drop it off to him and got it back today (Thursday). Bill Yentz, you are the man, Thank You !
