Shout out to Kenneth closing the Massillon store tonight ! Kenneth installed my headlight for me ,in the rain and lightning and a tornado warning !!!! Kenneth was very friendly and kind And helpful ! It was also right at closing time ! I appreciate you, Ken!!! Ken gets a 10 !!!!!!!!!

I rolled in with two burnt out headlights and rolled out with two new ones with the help of Shawn and Kenny it was fast, easy and friendly service that I will be back for when in need again! Shawn installed while I checked out. Highly recommend this store. Thanks again you guys!

I stopped in for some help with my antenna and Mark The Rock could not have been more helpful. He glued the antenna and went the extra mile to make sure it was secure and wouldn t come off. I am so grateful for his help snd highly recommend his service! Thank you so very much Mark!!

Very nice young man Daniel helped me today. My wipers blades were not clearing very well after I had them replaced. He was so helpful this is where I will continue to go and recommend all my friends go to and ask for Daniel. Thanks for having awesome team members!!

Clayton was awesome at installing a battery into my Mazda tonight. The old battery was a little difficult to get out so he had to keep going back into the store for additional tools. Pretty good price also. Also installed new wipers...thanks for the great service!

Helpful, can do, can try attitude is what I experienced while inquiring about my cars air conditioning. The car was a 1983 model and I was uncertain if had been upgraded to use the newer AC Freon. Two part techs went out inspected the AC compressor which unfortunately requires old AC R12 They guys at O Reilly s then explained how easy it is to convert and directed me to several shops who could reliably do the work. Was greeted with a warm welcome and a fond farewell. This is a excellent place to shop for CSR parts.

Updated: Juat had a headlight go out, swung through and they came out and changed it for me. In and out in 8 minutes!Pricing better than competition, knowledgeable staff who also help you remember the small things you might forget on those large jobs. Sometimes short staffed so there is usually a wait, but it's worth it!

Was very impressed with the customer service at the Lincolnway East location in Massillon, Ohio. I ordered replacements bulbs online and when I went to pick them up I asked about installation. Without hesitation the young man (Dustin) said absolutely I can do that for you! Literally in just a few minutes he had both headlight bulbs replaced and a brake light bulb. It would of taken me forever. Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!

I'm not sure how O'Reilly's screens their employees, but I applaud it! I have been to several of these stores across 3x different states and all the stores have had the greatest people working there! I refuse to go to any other parts store thanks to the treatment from those who work there. I do not expect anyone to treat me as if I am dropping $100 bills as I walk! I do expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. In addition to the quality of their parts, their people are in my opinion, top shelf!

I always stop at O'Reilly's even though there's a ton of different auto stores by my house. What really irritates me about O'Reilly's I will be mid conversation with cashier and they will stop and answer the phone and start helping them instead. Makes the long process take even longer. Other than that prices always on point. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Stopped here to get some wiper blades,mine were worn,needed replaced.Bought a pair,they installed themno charge. Friendly service.Would reccomend.

Great people with great prices. Mean Gene and Wild Bill are excellent managers and great to work with. I've been in the auto repair field for 20yrs and this is my go to place for parts. They've got you covered from compact cars to HD trucks.

They turned my brake rotors without trying to upsell me new ones. This is one of O'Reillys strong points as not too many parts stores will do this anymore. The negative is that It did take over an hour.

Customer service was AWESOME! My mechanic and I called several places to get a part for my vehicle. Everyone told us that they did not have it and that was it. I spoke to Brandi at the Alliance store. She took my information and called me back. She not only found the part, but she coordinated with Bill at the Massillon store to have to part taken to Alliance. Admittedly, I found the part at a dealer. I would have had to pick it up from North Canton and take it to Alliance and I would have spent about $20 more on the part! Thank you guys sooooo much!

The employee at O'Reilly's are awesome but the manager on Thursday afternoon really does not know how to treat his customers when they say that they will deliver a part to one day and then the next day they say they can't because they don't go passed Wales Rd this post is all about the O'Reilly's up at the Kmart store if I could give them a negative stars I would

I like O'Reillys. They are close to where I live, always have what I need & most of all the employees are always as helpful as they could possibly be.

Won't be going back. Not one employee was wearing a mask, even with the governor mandate. They are a business and are suppose to be complying with the mandate.
