I made an appointment yesterday I came today at 930 talked to Zach let him know the issues I was having with my car. He said let me look at it and about an hour later he came and talked to me and told me that he fixed it and he was right its fixed and I'm really grateful bc I have a special needs child n she flips out over loud noises. They did a great job! I will be going back. They are very friendly as well! Thank you Mr. Tire for all your help today.

Very dissatisfied. Had alignment done on my 03 trailblazer, and it was worse than when I brought it my vehicle aid up to brand new tires and two used tires within two days down to the wire was not able to drive very unsatisfied with the service will not rivet recommend to anybody to get screwed over.

I have been getting my car serviced at Mr. Tire long before it was Mr. Tire. Cruz, I believe he s the manager, is always excellent to deal with. He answers the phone every time in a very professional and courteous manner and always does his best to get me scheduled when I need to. Once at the shop I am always greeted again with courtesy and professionalism and even a genuine conversation ensues- maybe 2 minutes- maybe 10.He never pressures me into sales but does tell me the results of the inspection.I don t write reviews or respond to survey requests (I receive a lot), but I felt I had to in the situation. Cruz needs to be acknowledged for always coming to work, and being in a positive mindset. It makes a difference in these times.

I just got new tires and Alignment at Mr Tire on Lincoln way near Genoa in Perry heights. Mgr. Cruz, and asst. mgr. Shane were professional, knowledgeable, and competent! These guys are helpful and do outstanding quality work! Not to mention they were priced considerably lower than 3 other tire shops that I had estimates from. I highly recommend you visit them first when looking for a high quality business!

Awesome! The manager who took care of my truck was great! In and out with the drop off! Told me exactly about when it would be done and it was done! Very professional! Great experience! Fast easy and no problems or hassles what so ever!! GO HERE!! They ll take care of you professionally!

Very nice people... but very un professional. I took my vehicle not once but 2 times for them to tell me they can't do it. And after discussing the first time when i asked is this all thats wrong? they never fully tried to do it or even checked. they seen one bolt they struggled with an they stopped the job. Not to mention they took the car at 1.. pulled it out by 2.. and never called to say anything. In fact the kid wasn't even there. I would of been without a vehicle all weekend had I not decided to call an see what was going on before they closed. Un professional business...

Stopped in about 3:30 in the afternoon to see if they could look for a leak in a tire on my company truck. Truck was due for tires soon. They inspected my tires and submitted with my fleet vehicle company for a new set of tires which got approved quickly. They had me in and out within about an hour. Considering I was a walk in without an appointment, I find this level of service amazing, especially since only two employees were there. Thank you!!!!Follow up. Since my original visit I went in with another vehicle expecting tha same quality work at a reasonable price. Sadly this visit was terrible. Overpriced for work requested and left there with steering wheel at 10 O'clock position after alignment. Called corporate whose answer was she got 3 different price quoted from 3 different stores. I paid to have tie rod assemblies replaced. I provided parts. Was told after work was done alignment is $129 for four wheel alignment. They aligned, or attempted front only and was obviously as previously explained way off if steering wheel isn't at 12 o'clock. Better shops are out there.

I am not one to leave reviews, but due to coming into the shop this week and hearing the news, I just had to. I am Sad to hear that the store manager Cruz left mr. Tire.. I never thought I would ever come into the shop and not see him. The reasons why cruz left are disappointing. He left due to district manager failing to recognize his worth. Cruz was very personable, had a kind heart, and went above and beyond for his customers to only be refused fair pay. As well as not paying overtime to him. After living in the perry area for almost a decade, I have watched cruz turn that shop upside down & make a very small, non reputable business into something that everyone enjoyed. I will be informing my friends who go there that cruz has left. And to the district manager, it seems as if you don t value a lot of your employees who go above and beyond in this building. Shame on you. Best of luck to a company who runs off of greed. But they will no longer have my business.

Went to get an alignment today, they wouldn't do it because the staff did not want to take my plastic hubcaps off. There machinery is out of date and won't fit over my hubcaps to do the alignment.I am not pleased with the lack of service.

Have been in multiple times in the past couple of weeks, the store manager Cruz Pethel has helped me each time and has been awesome, I will definitely be coming here for more work done in the future.

I had a great experience at this location! I was frantic because i needed new brakes. I called on my lunch break and was able to get my car in that evening. Cruz was awesome! He was so helpful and kept me updated. He and his coworker made sure my car was repaired today so it was safe for me to drive. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I only use Mr. Tire in Perry, Massillon, OH. I am always given top quality service. The manager is extremely polite, helpful and stays on top of everything for me. I love this store. It is totally awesome. They always get me in when I need to get in, with no hassle..

Walked in and was greeted pleasantly and given an estimate that ended up being exactly as stated when the work was completed. No hidden charges. Work was done in exact time frame I was given, so no extra waiting. Waiting room was neat and clean so I felt comfortable waiting. I originally had my rear brakes and rotors replaced, after the job was complete, the manager (Jacob) mentioned my tires were worn and presented an estimate for replacement of all 4. Very good tires for a very fair price, so I got those as well! Work was completed immediately and I was on my way! Great staff and this Monroe is run professionally with courtesy you don t normally find at most auto repair shops. I was impressed and definitely recommend getting your vehicle repaired here. So happy I stopped!

Cruz and his team are the best around! You re a fool if you have your car serviced anywhere else! Never lies or oversells and always fair pricing and willing to beat any dealership price or competition!

A great mechanic is like a great barber once you find one you dont want to go to any others. Cruz is the only one I trust touching my camaro and I drive from and hour away hes also maintained other vehicles for me as well. Hes straight forward tells you exactly what hes going to do will even give you time to decide on the issues and isn't pushy. Knowledgable in the trade and as skilled as they come. I won't go anywhere else.

I will no longer be coming here. They used to have reasonable prices, but now their prices are through the roof. After getting my oil change I called around and many of their competitors were a fraction of the price I paid just for a simple oil change. I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I've been coming here for years.

Would recommend coming to Mr.Tire and visit with Richard. He was great at communicating with me about my tire arrival delay and rescheduled my appointment to install my tire. They also found an issue with my headlights when they installed them, when I got my front bummer repaired they didn't put everything back where is belong. Thanks for the great help today guys!

Took my car there to get a tire balanced and put on. I was told the person that can do that already went home and nobody else there knew how to do that. There was at least 3 people working including the person I talked too. The shop didn't close for another 2 hours. I guess Mr. tire forgot to teach all it's employees how to do tires.

I desperately stopped in with a leak in my tire five minutes before closing on a Friday night, expecting to be told I was too late to help. Instead I was met with patience, understanding, and a helping hand. The staff was wonderful and changed my tire, getting me back on the road quickly. I m grateful for the service and respect I received, and I won t hesitate to recommend their service for others!

Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. It was my first time using them and they went above and beyond. The charges for what I had done should've been around$80.00, but I walked out of there paying only $30.00. I don't think I'll be using anyone else anymore. Not only did they give me a phenomenal deal, but they did outstanding work as well. I highly recommend them!!

Tony and his team were awesome! They got me in and out very quick and their prices are great. Very good customer service and work. Highly recommend going there for any work needed done to your vehicle.
