Crazy how my battery was disconnected while repairing a CV axle. (Which it doesn't need to be) they lied saying they didn't. But they did I have a honda & got a radio code, which took forever to get resolved. 2 weeks later, I have a dead battery. now that's weird.

Good tire price, got me in fast. However, they scratched the black off of my rim in the process of mount/balance and haven't responded to taking care of this. I took photos of all my rims prior to coming here because I had an SUV with black rims in the past and another tire place did the same thing. However, they actually replaced my rim with a brand new factory replacement rim. Poor customer service.

Had muffler replaced. The team here was super. We were in from Maryland and were trying to travel home that next day. Midas team here in Massillon made sure we were taken care of with excellent service. Contact Tiffany who is awesome and this place will take care of you. Outstanding customer service. I took my car here to have the front subframe replaced. When they put it back together, they reused old exhaust gaskets and cross threaded every bolt on the exhaust manifolds. Because of the used gaskets, it developed a bad exhaust leak, so I took it somewhere else for repairs and had them fix the leak (thinking it was a minor fix). $400 later the car is fixed. I will never take my car there again. ALSO....they sent me a text asking how everything went. I told what happened and they have yet to respond....

My girlfriend had a scheduled 4PM appointment on Monday 03/28. She dropped her Jeep off before 2:30PM. The mechanic on duty called at 5:15 to say they forgot about the vehicle and would be rushing through the oil change but would not do the brakes since they closed at 6. While we appreciate the fact that the gentleman called to own up to the fact that the vehicle was overlooked and forgotten, sitting in their parking lot, it was still a disappointing experience.They went so far as to say that it was a rush job at the end of the day and it's possible the oil change might not be right and if "you see oil leaking, please bring it back in".Instead of them making it right and staying until the the scheduled work was done, the mechanic offered her a "free alignment" for their mistake. This alignment would have been required with the tire rod repair that was also recommended.Meanwhile, work demands dictate she can't get back in on whatever day is convenient for them and instead of getting her car roadworthy, they gave us back a vehicle that was still in need of brakes and a tie rod repair.If I could give 0 stars, I would. The mechanics here were as helpful as a screen door in a submarine and offered nothing of true value to make their mistake right. I think they offered the alignment in hopes of taking advantage of a woman that they thought wouldn't know any better, but of course, she did.Please avoid this location, lest you end up in the same predicament.Service: Oil change

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Stopped in for a quick oil change and ac recharge. Reasonably priced services. What sets this place apart from others is the staff! Pablo was a huge help and I'm very grateful for the quality work and honesty when it came to what my car needs and what it didn't need. If you need work done on your vehicle than this is the place you need to go!

Every time I have come here, ALL of the employees I interact with are friendly, professional, and courteous! Today I had a 1pm appointment and someone was in my car starting to test by 1pm. I have been going to this location for years and I have had nothing but positive experiences!

Honestly I've been going here for years they are honest hard working and they don't try to hustle you.Even when I lived a hour away I'd prefer to still come here for car problems. My whole family brings their cars here and we never had a problem with this place. I'd recommend for quality service, Pablo is great. And so is the rest of the staff.

The gentleman that took care of me was very friendly efficient quick polite and the job was done Right I am 100%a new customer I will return my muffler fell off the day before the nice gentleman got me in the very next day as soon as they opened very satisfied.

Thank you so much to the staff at Midas! I needed help with my 2010 Dodge Journey BAD. A lot of shops were giving us the DOA, but Midas not only fixed all the issues, but would call any time they ran into a new problem to let myself and my family know the situation/cost. What a fantastic place! That's hard to say when having car trouble, my wife's car exhaust broke with our one year old daughter in the car the only think I had at the time to get the car home was a rachet strap. She took the car there when I was at work and they did a fantastic job doing the repair.

Very good service. I had a issue with my motor and they went above and beyond to take care of the problem. They even fixed a few odd n ends for free. And really helped me understand what needs fixed most imlortant to least.

Went to this place to get an oil change and of course they checked out the car after they were done with the oil change they proceeded to tell me that I needed a lower control arm and a ball joint and also my left rear tire had a broken band. Needless to say I took the time to go to my mechanic to get to lower control arm checked out and he assured me that there was no problem with it at alljust went to the tire shop this morning and they assured me that my left rear tire was fine. Nothing worse than going to a mechanical shop and have the mechanics lie to you just in order for them to get a couple more jobs. So if anybody is reading this please beware!

Curtis did a great job repairing my muffler quickly and easily. They had the best price by far. Everyone at their shop was professional. I would recommend them for muffler repairs.

Zero stars would've been better. They gouged, gashed and scratched my son's expensive rims while putting on new tires. Tried to deny most of the marks and refunded the mount an balance charge. But now we had to use touch up paint all over the rims. They should've just told me they couldn't do low profile tires and I would've went elsewhere.

Monday I had an appointment for very sick 89 corvette at Midas. I was referred to Midas on Lincolnway in perry township by a neighbor. My car was worked on by two really great mechanics and they diagnosed a bad MAF sensor. Fortunately this is a really easy fix and I did the repair myself. These people spent the better part of 3 hours working on my car. I went to the desk to pay and they did not charge me. UNBELIEVABLE. I bought the part for 125.00 and installed it in 10 minutes. Many thanks and much respect was earned.Thanks againDan W.

So I took my car to chevy dealership in Feb for new battery and oil change and in the analysis they told me SOON I would need pads and possibly rotors NEVER mentioned calipers. I called Midas for cheaper brake/ rotor prices and took it there in Massillon/ Perry Heights where Pablo was tech. He called me and told me that I needed caliper. I asked how when car just got checked. He said he's having trouble getting pin back in and that wouldn't allow for my emergency brake ti be set or SOMETHING to that effect so I needed new parts and so forth. I didnt believe him so I went to American Tire out on portage. I asked over phone to A.T how much for brake rotors caliper and it was 325 plus tax which was cheaper than Midas so I left my car with intent to get those services that Midas PABLO said I needed. The next morning around 830am A.T called and said car was ready and he saved me money because I DID NOT need a caliper. I then told him what MIDAS told me and he said WE GOT PROFESSIONAL GUYS that are excellent on brakes and I assure you ma'am you DID NOT need a caliper. I dont know if folk are thinking because we are women or got a stimulus check you can lie about needs and overcharge. It was not okay and wont ever go there again. I HAD to give a star to post otherwise it wont post this but YOU dont even deserve 1 star. ZERO FOR EMBEZZLEMENT ATTEMPTS.
