Brian and his team did an exceptional job on my truck recently. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I connected with Brian and he asked I bring my truck in for a look. Ash, the service manager, was outstanding to work with and just very friendly and cordial. While I was specific with the issue I came in with, they itemized any and all current or potential down the road issues or repairs that may flare up, without any ask. I was overly appreciative of this as it allows myself to plan for potential repair costs I may not have prior to visiting Mastertech. Brian, Ash and the entire staff were extremely knowledgeable, but also very relatable and easy to talk with. They described and prioritized the issues they saw in a manner that was easily digestible, especially for someone who doesn t know much about cars. Mastertech has our household business moving forward hands down and I highly recommend! Thanks Guys!

Pleased with the service to repair my car horn recently. Time to fix was quicker than expected. I have used them for a major repair in the past and was happy they "saved" my car. Staff is pleasant and obviously knowledgeable regarding car mechanics. Loved the Valentine cookies. Nice touch!! Would recommend.

Ash was absolutely wonderful and helped make a very difficult situation as smooth as possible. I would recommend this place to anybody. He let me know what to expect and kept me updated through the process. Great experience!

Tried to get me to pay 480 for a lifetime warranty part that i already paid for last year. Then lied about why it was anywhere near that price because they assumed I am an idiot. You are better off letting a bird work on your vehicle or make estimates. Absolutely will not make the mistake again or recommending anyone to use them.

It's not often you hear about someone is happy that an automotive service center found more wrong with a vehicle then what you took it in for. This is one of those times. Based on past experience with this shop, I trust them with their recommendations. Auto repair costs have risen, but what hasn't. Having a reliable efficient automobile is better then no automobile at all. I have found my shop of choice for my auto repair needs. Thank you for getting my vehicle back in better shape then it was before we brought it in.

Brought my car down to master tech to have it looked at, upon arrival Ash advised me that I would be better off taken my vehicle back to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about what the problems may be and what I should do. I appreciate everything that he advised me on and I will definitely bring my car back to him if I should need anything else looked at. I would recommend him and this shop to anyone needing work done.

Fantastic service and even better customer service! They knew I only have one vehicle so they were nice enough to run me back home while they worked on my car. They also picked me up when it was ready. I'll be returning to them when I need service.

They do a great job they replace my lights I never new where out. They are very patient and Flexible . They are very patient with a drop in visit. They are good about getting things done in a timely manner.

Jeff is amazing at MasterTech. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my car and since I am younger, I don t understand many mechanics. However, he took time to make sure I understood everything he was telling me and was such a big help with my car. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone! I ve tried other mechanics in Massillon and many have gave me vague answers and don t care if I understand. I felt very valued here and everyone was very nice and respectful!!

I've taken my ram 2500 here many times, always great customer service and friendly faces. They stand behind there work and are fair priced. Can't beat them and I won't go anywhere else!!

MasterTech did some front end repair to my 2015 BMW. Afterwards, car broke down and had to be towed to dealership. It was discovered that the part MasterTech installed failed and had to be replaced. Ash advised that I email a copy of the dealership repair, which I did on 11/1/23. They agreed to refund $2,100 for failed front end repair, towing cost, and for replacement of two front tires that were damaged due to misalignment. So far so good. Since then I have emailed several times and called MasterTech and left messages for Ash. Absolutely no response. Sorry for the poor review but it is not good business practice not to even acknowledge receipt of the invoice that was requested.

Excellent & fairly quick service make this the only mechanic we will use for our vehicles. They are honest & fair. Replaced the transmission in my car in just a couple days. I highly recommend this business.

Greatest place I ve been! They always make sure my car is safe for my children and the staff always goes above and beyond!! Would give it more stars if I could! I don t understand why more people aren t coming here because they worked with me on a budget and cut my bill by $600 by finding me better parts at a better price! Definitely my forever shop!! Keep up the amazing Brian, Ash, and staff!!!!

Been coming here for repairs on my vehicles for last 4 years. Mark and Ash are absolutely amazing guys. The staff is funny and awesome. They've done all amazing jobs at fair prices. Best mechanics in town.

In the midst of planning to move a few states of course we would have car trouble. But the staff here manged to save us a ton of money and heart ache. Our secondary vehicle , a Honda accord, had been sitting for about a year and we've tried every which way to remove the old power steering pump and the technicians here worked their magic and got it moving. Although there were some hiccups along the way their technician specialist, jeff, kept us informed all the way to the end. Very knowledgeable and friendly. 1000% recommend using mastertech a very pleasant experience

Repeat customer. They do an excellent job communicating and working within your budget. I've never had an issue after they've fixed what needed to be. I've always gotten my car back within a day. They've worked with me every step of the way, from payments to allowing me to pick up my car after hours. They may be more expensive than other places but I've never had an issue with them.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process, and I have had zero issues since my ignition cylinder repair/replacement. Fantastic work at very fair pricing. I did cross check and Mastertech gave me the best price out of the places I called, but they got my business because I felt their straight-talking employees were trustworthy. They were up front about the possibility of price increases due to the complexity of my car's issue, but for the first time in the history of American economics, the price did NOT end up increasing in the end! They were able to do the work for the initial low quote given to me, within the expected time frame, and I received updates along the way. Great place.

Poor customer service and just straight up RUDE. I ve been told most of the time they do good work just not willing to help much when they don t but in my experience they ve been flat out liars and wrong (an intake manifold isn t something you can ONLY get at the junkyard and costs $500+ to get it from the junkyard it s $340 brand new from ford but I digress) if they don t want to do something they don t say hey we can t do this they just overcharge. Sloppy and unprofessional which is represented in their replies to reviews. I m not saying DON T go here I m just saying be careful if you do and don t let them lie to you. I m not sure whether it s lying or they just have no idea what they re talking about but definitely unprofessional and not trustworthy. I spoke to a former employee that told me what I already knew they lie a lot and upcharge everything especially if they don t think you understand. Very shady business.

I have taken my vehicle there a few times they ve done exactly what I ve asked them to do the last time which was this week I had the oil changed. I provided the oil and the oil filter ask them to put that in and they decided to do the opposite they put their own oil in Left mine in the backseat. I also noticed their prices have went up a lot. I wanted my back drum brakes cleaned and adjusted and it was $275 seems a little steep to me the bottom line is they will not see my truck again when I first started going there they were very good priced and then exactly what I asked this time not so much. I have heard back from this company and they said there was a lot of miscommunication and the brake adjustment and cleaning was $65 not 275 which is much better. I was happy to hear back from them and I will probably give them another shot at my vehicle because I do like the business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These technicians are skilled and polite. They are often booked 2 weeks out, at least in the afternoons. I have yet to run into an issue with the service that is provided here.Just don't forget there are some things that are not easy to do for a vehicle outside of dealerships.

10/10 love these guys got referred by a friend in the area and got $20 bucks off of my oil change, didn t even charge me for the small issue they found while it was in the garage. Will be back. A+ crew.
