This tire shop is phenomenal! As a single woman, walking into a tire shop can be pretty intimidating. This shop is so unique, warm and inviting! From the movie theater room, the barber shop, the decor, its an experience in itself when you walk in. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I was losing pressure in my tires every couple days so I quickly stopped at a shop in town. They explained it was just from the cold weather. I left and went to Discount Tire Outlet to find a nail in one tire and screw in the other. I'm so grateful for their help and being so kind! Highly recommend. 5 STARS!

I was blown away at the mother s room and kids playroom. As a mom it was stressing me out to even have to bring my baby to a tire shop but it s not always easy to get around that. I brought a lot of stuff to keep her occupied which I didn t need any of it because they had the most amazing room. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us moms everything was so convenient and clean. Employees were very respectful and helpful

Don't play MacGyver if you are not a certified auto mechanic.I purchased a truck a few months ago and my vehicle started making noise and the ABS light turned on.Took my vehicle to this shop, they replaced the front bearings and rotors.The technician show me one of the bearings that was almost destroyed because the previous owner used a nail to fix the bearing instead of using the right part. (Very dangerous).I highly recommend this shop.

This place is a blessing. I've been dealing with them for several years and never had an issue. The new place has been remodeled and is super amazing. The most important thing is the people are friendly, helpful and honest.

Amazing customer service! I called around 2pm needing a tire, and they made me an appointment at 3:30. They gave me a price that included labor and tax, which not many other tire shops do right off the bat. When I showed up an hour early for my appointment because that s when the tow truck could come, they had me in and out before my original appointment would have even started.The space is great, plenty to do while you wait, and I was able to work easily with their WiFi connection.Thank you so much!

First time customer in November 2022. Came in from Massillon direction and found that there is an old entrance and a new entrance. It would help if there was a sign by the road that indicated "Customer Entrance".The new entrance parking is paved well. Upon entering the door, it gets a bit confusing. It looks like a small shopping mall, with a gift shop, movie theater, and play area. The service desks are toward the back, with one in the hallway, and a few others in the very back, all near each other. I did not know which one to go to, so I waited at the first desk.After being waited on, I asked if they had a place where I could work remotely on my laptop. They had a table in the hallway, but someone was sitting at it. I didn't want to sit in the movie theater, since I was working. I found 2 seats with a table in between back in the corner to work at. I suggest that they build an area with some desks, like many dealerships have, to work at.The pluses were that they had free popcorn and nice restrooms. I didn't notice if they had anything to drink, as I had taken my own in.I was getting 4 tires replaced on my truck. I was told that it would take about an hour. It ended up taking about 1 hour and 45 minutes before my name was called that it was ready. I then paid at a different desk, because only 1 credit card machine was working.The tires appeared to be installed well, but there was a lot of white dust on the sides of my truck that wasn't there before. I washed the truck 2 days later.I do appreciate that they want to please the customers and that their tire price was a little better than where I used to go for tires. If they can put up some clear signage and provide a quiet, desk area for people to work at, it would greatly help, especially if it is going to take longer than expected to complete the work.

Great service, Ryan helped me from the first call to end. Very well spoken and polite over the phone and in person. Wouldn t go anywhere else! I am always happy with the services provided and working with me around my schedule to get what I needed done. Fair prices excellent customer service big thanks to Ryan and staff.

Tires only lasted a year before they started to leak. 1 at first then the other 3 followed. Went back to be told I need to buy new front tires. Guy at the desk was a bit rude and then tried to charge me more for the tires than what I originally paid. Then I ask about the back two that are also leaking, he said oh well I didn t even check those yet. This interaction was ridiculous and they were unwilling to take any type of responsibility for the tires they sold me.

They won't answer the phone and voice mail is always full. If they would simply answer the phone and place the customer on hold is better than not answering at all. They need more training in front desk customer service.

Called Monday at 8am, they got me in at 9am. Had a tire repair. Not only is the staff friendly, professional, and efficient. Their location is AMAZING. A toy room equiped with a mom room for nursing...Changing table and glider and nursing pillow provides. Sanitizing materials provided. An attached bathroom with a toddler potty cover. A movie theater room. A general store. And a place to grab a drink. As a mom, I cant thank you enough for thinking of us. I came with my, almost, 2 year old and he had a place to play (and change a diaper)while we waited. Thank you, thank you. Amazing job!

Went to get a tire patched. Had an appointment at 10. Left the shop at 11:30. Rob was the rudest person that should not be aloud to work with the public. He tried to charge me for the patch on my tire when I purchased the the warranty. Never go back again

Friendly fast . courteous workers. Chose to keep and dispose of my tires after buying new ones. They wrapped each tire in plastic bags before loading them . Awesome costumer service. Will definitely recommend this shop to others. Also I will go back for future purchases...thanks guys!!!

These guys at Discount Tire Outlet are top notch! Absolute best customer service I ve ever dealt with. Please, if you are reading this review and need a quote for tires or need to purchase tires ask for Tom or Robert they will get you exactly what you need! As far as the guys in the shop, you all worked like a well oiled machine. I ve never experienced better!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Tom is the best. He goes above and beyond the call. He finds the best. He got me my new Michelin Pilot AS4 at an awesome price and the workmanship was total complete team work. Awesome. He just met my needs for snow tires. Incredible service. Tom to you and your awesome staff, Bravo Zulu to a job well done.

Excellent service and staff.Only thing I think they can improve upon is directional signage guiding customers with appointments to their windows.It was slightly confusing seeing their lobby locked with the explanation of why but nothing directing customers to the two windows where check-in and payments were being processed. It certainly didn't ruin the experience though, once I got checked in everything else was excellent.

This was the second time purchasing tires at this business. Pleasant friendly staff and customer oriented. Minor problems brought to my attention to get approval to take care of, I appreciated that. Tire prices and selection were great! Also had service done at my previous visit and was outstanding. Will be having service done again next week and looking forward to it.

I have been going here since I first began to drive at 16. Now, over a decade later I m still pleased to be doing business with them. The entire staff has always been a pleasure to work with. I have never met more honest and forthright mechanics. I implore you to go check this place out for your tire and maintenance needs. I promise you won t be disappointed.:)

The employees are really friendly and helpful. I've been going there for years now and I've never had a problem with their tires. I also get my oil changes there. They get you in and out in a timely manner. If they don't do a service that you need they will refer you to someone. My air conditioner didn't work sent me to Wagoner's on Erie St. in Massillon needed a new gear. They fixed it and I've had no problems. My car SUV is 13 years old and I've never had anything done to the air conditioner. I will use them both again.

These guys were amazing beyond all expectations. I called them and asked a few questions to which they answered wonderfully.I needed a new tire and an oil change for my KIA soul. Extremely well priced and the service was exceedingly nice. Not only did they put my spare tire back in the trunk, they reassembled the shelves and storage on my trunk as well!My and my dad have been going to them for years, and dont plan on stopping!

Tom & the staff at discount tire are great to work with. I have been going there for awhile now and have zero complaints. The customer always comes first and they are willing to work with you under any circumstances. You always feel like a priority. They do amazing work and are very knowledgeable. I will continue to take my vehicles here!

New tires, front brakes and an alignment completed today. The cost was cheaper than estimated. Insane, it s 2022, how often does that happen? They even swept out the car. Great service, great people, beautiful shop. Your search for tires is over.

Great prices for tires. Our appointment was for 1:30. Never got out until 4:45. Originally said 2 hours . Then at 3:30 we saw guys going to lunch. Understand that because they work late, they parked our truck in the parking lot and we thought it was done. My husband went into check and they said alignment machine was busy and it wasn't done yet. Just tell the truth that the guys go to lunch at 3:30. No one allowed in waiting room and didn't have a problem with that so we sat in my car for over 3 hours. We live off of Easton street in North Canton and certainly wouldn't have made sense to drive home and drive back.
