Everyone that I worked with during my couple appointments with the service department have been good. Ryan Goodall is very good at open communication and easy to get in touch with! The service manager, Kevin Gowens, spoke to me personally to make sure the techs would understand exactly what was going on. The foreman, David Price, is knowledgeable and works hard to get you back in your car as soon as possible! I will definitely be back to this location!

I had my 2024 Subaru Outback serviced for its first oil change and check. Ryan was awesome about getting my appointment set up. He was so friendly, professional and got my car completely taken care of. I am so glad that I got my Subaru from Dielh and it's always gonna be taken care of.

My check engine light was on when I started my car. Without an appointment, I stopped into the service center for assistance. I was greeted promptly and treated well. They quickly discovered it was the gas cap and took it immediately to reset dash. I felt welcomed and respected as a customer.

Although I had to wait nearly 8 months for a new head unit (radio) to come in and be installed in my 2019 legacy, once it arrived at the shop and was installed it was done quickly and I have no complaints about the service. I do, however, think it's completely ridiculous that a person has to wait this much time for a product and especially when it affects driving performance and the ability to be able to pay attention to the actual road! This faulty head unit would consistently make beeping noises the entire time I was driving and there was no ability to shut it off or disable it or change the volume... this could be a new form of torture! Thank God it's taken care of and hopefully it lasts!!!!

I got my appointment and got in right away upon arrival. I ended up having to pay for my Eyesight problem with a card from Sunbit. I was told I wouldn't have any interest if I paid it off in 90 days. When I talked to Sunbit, I was informed they charged interest on the first day. I wish I would have known this first because their interest is 21.9%. I had to find another way to pay off the $3,500.00 so I wouldn't have to pay $3,800.00 by the time it was paid off.

I had smelled exhaust inside my Forester so they checked it out for me. Rick was great, very organized and efficient and the whole process was very good. I appreciate Subaru taking care of my problem and I appreciate Diehl Subaru for their part in fixing the problem!

I was quoted incorrect prices and the charges were significantly higher than what was quoted. Diehl claimed their app had problems. They took $150.00 off a $1750.00 bill. I thought $430.00 for 4 spark plugs to replaced was insane. I have caught Diehl recommending to my wife repairs that were not needed for the mileage of the car per the Subaru Maintenance schedule.

We had 2 recalls on my wife s 2017 Impreza. Headlights and power pack. Everyone was cordial and extremely friendly and professional. The work was completed in one day and was done correctly with no delays. I would highly recommend Deihls.

This was my 1st visit to Diehl Subaru as I have just moved to the area. I was not happy with the dealership I bought my car from. But so far my experience with Diehl has been wonderful. I'm not real happy with Subaru right now, but I will certainly go back to Diehl with any of my extended warranty needs.

Had the first oil change and tire rotation for my new Legacy and Diehl's service did a very nice job. Took perhaps 45 minutes.

Challenging to speak with someone directly. Too many phone prompts to go through just to get to a live person. During oil change did not put a floor mat down upon entering my car. Left my floor mat dirty and a mark on the inside drivers door where something bumped/hit it (a tool perhaps). Employees need to show respect for owner vehicles.
