Good quality work, knowledgeable employees, good customer service. Damaged area looked brand new when the were done.Only complaint I have is very minor: Whoever cleans the cars only cleaned the exterior and the drivers seat area, leading to me needing to clean all the dust up (there was A LOT of dust coating everything in the back seat from the repair).

I highly recommend Diehl Collision for your auto repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised how beautiful my rogue looked after repair. I think they went above and beyond as the inside was cleaned up also. Definitely 5 Stars!!

Diehl Collusion did an excellent job on repairing the damage to my car from a minor accident. The only issue is that they had difficulty with parts being delivered timely. I would recommend that they inform future customers of potential delays. I had to pay for additional rental days on my car due to the delay of parts. However, I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done!!

I recently had my rouge in the shop for repair. This is the first experience with a body shop and while I was worried how it would all work out, it was better than expected. They went above and beyond. The turn around time was great and the communication was excellent. They worked with my insurance and saved me the time and hassleIf I am ever in need again, I would never go anywhere else!

They took great care in repairing my Kia Soul after it was damaged when someone tried to steal it. I know the issue is a headache for everyone, ordering parts, security issues etc. but they were amazing, always answered the phone when I called for an update, I really appreciate the great communication! It took a while, but that was due to issues out of their control, and it s great to have my car back! And it s so clean! What did you use? I love it!!Services: Glass installation, Body & Trim

I needed a repair to my vehicle since it was hit in my work parking lot and since I purchased my vehicle from Deihl I thought who better to help in my time of repair. Getting the vehicle in didn t take long, which was great, however the service really didn t live up to my expectations. I had to call to check on the status of my car in order to get information as to where we were in the process. Which I would expect updates, since this is a service they are providing, and that they would understand the need to update their customer. When I came to pick up my vehicle, which was taken to the service center to add side guards on my vehicle. I paid my service bill went to my car, and my car wouldn t start. I tried 3-4 times and there was a light noting something in regard to a lock mechanism issue contact your dealer. Lucky for me I was already in the parking lot . I went in to tell them my car doesn t start and they told me it s my battery. This is a 2023 and was moved to the spot outside by someone. Can t image it needs a battery already. A service member came out started my car but again there was a service code on it. He called the collision center and they said to drive it over to them as they didn t complete all the work and that they basically didn t communicate that to each other. Mind you, I m on my lunch break and it took me 20 min to get there and I was dropped off. So, I had to call off the remainder of my shift at work because the work was not completed and my car did not start. Pretty poor communication and work standards in my opinion. Hey, I love buying cars and when I find a good dealer they will keep my as a customer. I don t think this dealer will get my next purchase. Then I received a Vm from a David requesting I call him about my review. Which I did but had to leave a message with whomever answered the phone and no one called me back. Which just reinforced that fact that the communication in this company really needs some attention.Service: Body & Trim

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They said they would contact my agent to see if they had a quote to fix my car and said they would call me with the information they got. 5 days go by and I decided to call them. They said we need the quote from the insurance company. I have never received one so I called my insurance agent and they said this is the steps they need to take and a simple phone call and they would have know what to do. So I called them back and told them you guys dropped the ball my insurance company stated .and the guy said we didn t drop the ball your insurance company doesn t do it that way. Well my agent says otherwise. My variables are different from their day to day inquiries. So they dropped the ball by not making a simple call to my insurance agent. Don t waste your time and energy dealing with them.

The staff in general was really helpful, especially Leah who stayed in contact with me during every step of the process. Very friendly. A 2-week job was finished in 5 days and they worked with my insurance in a way that made the whole experience really easy for me. My vehicle looks great and if something unfortunate happens again, fortunately I know where to go to get it fixed.

It has been well over two weeks since I have dropped my vehicle off at Waikem Body shop. I chose Waikem as a local Massillon resident- I chose not to shop around and look at other body shops because the Waikem family has always been great...this time around, not so much! My car sat and sat for several days before anyone even looked at it. Then I was told my parts didn't come in on time. I called the shop yesterday to check on my vehicle status and was told it WOULD be done yesterday-the only thing left was the glass in the rear window needing installed. I then received a call toward end of business yesterday and they told me my rear camera would need "reconfigured", I asked why it wasn't completed while the car SAT waiting on the glass replacement. I was told they "didn't know it needed fixed" ... again...I got another call after that from the repair shop that my camera actually doesn't need reconfigured-instead they need to order a whole new camera and replace mine.I feel like this could have come together and happened more efficiently if Waikem's people would manage their time properly, possibly organize and complete a THOROUGH report before even beginning the repairs. ALL these parts and accessories for my repairs should have been ordered in the beginning. What a fiasco.They will have had my car for a month by the time it is finished. I wouldn't even be upset if they had just told me upfront they are BEHIND rather than setting a standard and making me think things were moving right along.....Services: Painting, Glass installation, Body & Trim

@progressive insurance company and @wakiemkiaautobody Kia AmericaYou called last week said the car is ready for pickup after it was stolen a second time because it s a kia sportage. It was picked up today,You included a deep cleaning in your estimate to waikiem because the window was busted and the it wasn t covered Right away so it rained in the car. The carpenter on the passenger side floor is still wet and it smells like mildew the backseat has a cigarette burn that wasn t included in the estimate from where they were smoking in the car the clothing of the people that stole the car were stuffed into the trunk and left there they re still dirt in the car from where they stole it. I called waikem when I got off work spoke with Trey I advised him to put a note in there system seemed not to care don t know if he did or didn t do it. The hood latch isn t working and it was working before and apparently that wasn t included in the estimate. The air isn t working and it was working before also not include an estimate. I don t even drive the car because of the first time it was stolen and I was kidnapped Carjacked in it and damage was done then. then it was stolen the second time and I expected things to be fixed and right and everything to be OK but why should I expect that I m very disappointed and I m very unhappy and I have called left a message with the adjuster. I am very frustrated and very very tired please share tag progressive Insurance Kia and Wakiem Kia Auto Body. oh and in case you where wonder Kia sportage and Honda are very easy to steal because apparently the manfactors didn t think to use the standardizations. And apparently there s a challenge is going around on TikTok of people stealing Kia and Hondas . oh yeah in case you where wonder it was teenagers both times. I shouldn t have to deal with this. Oh and yes I did ramble but I am very very upset and not happy

Superb quality workmanship! They had no problems making my BMW look as good as new. You could not even tell that there was ever a mark on my car. And to top is off, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and made the entire process as painless and streamlined as possible. I would highly recommend this body shop, as I intend to be a repeat customer.

More than pleased with the level of customer care and repairs done to my vehicle. It was fixed timely and even washed before being returned to me. The work done on it was neat and tidy and the staff was very pleasant. I will recommend this shop very highly.

Great friendly service. The work was above and beyond. I came to pick my dinged up car and it was like new. They washed and waxed it, detailed the inside on top of the work I had done. Excellent!

Very disappointed with the work done on my vehicle. Individual in charge not good at returning phone calls (maybe that should have been a sign) When showing him the marks still on the vehicle after they "fixed" the previous damage, he went inside and never came back out. My fault for being so trusting and thinking others hold the same high standards as me...smh.

Chelsea is a premadonna that rolled her eyes at me when I walked in because we had already had an encounter on the phone. Alex will not get on the phone and speak with a customer he jusy relays messages thru the receptionist. While sitting in the waiting room the gentlemen in the office to the right were down right disgusting just burping loudly and not even excusing themselves knowing there was customer in the waiting room. I was severely inconvenienced after a new car purchase and a visit to correct a problem with a 2020 vehicle. Being a honda client and getting fantastic service from tyler and Mo and being sent to deal with the unprofessionalism of Ford was not a plesant end to my 2nd new car buying experience in 4 months. You would think that a customer that spent 50 grand at their dealership would receive better service than was provided by the Ford body shop employees.
