Love love love autozone. I didn t catch the guys name but he was so sweet to help me get my headlight bulbs in to my car. Due to oriellys telling me otherwise that they couldn t do it. So I went to autozone the guy didn t hesitate to help me at all!!! Thank you to you sir keep up the awesome work that you do!!!

Angel was so helpful! I needed a new bulb for my headlight. He went out to my car to check to be sure I was getting the correct bulb. I was nervous about putting it in and he ended up putting the bulb in for me before i left! Thank you so much Angel!

Like literally imagine eating in line and a old white hair man completely ignores you and your daughter waiting in line only to help someone else waking right into the door and not even a second later you are talking to you daughter and boom 2 times I'm done with the wrong part the 3 trips every time and the poor customer service

Very rude! Stopped in today shortly after a 12 hr shift. The remote to my car stopped working, possibly because it was dropped or maybe the battery. Online it says they sell them so I stopped in because my normal key shop is closed and will be closed again tomorrow by the time another 12-hour shift. I was completely ignored when I first walked in (even though I was the only customer). I waited by the counter for a moment before just looking around for myself. I was about to walk out when one of the workers asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them what I needed. He acted as if I was completely inconveniencing him by even asking if they had the remotes. I explained that I wasn't sure what was wrong with it but I was unable to lock my car without it. He said "well the battery is going to run you like 10 bucks and a remote is going to cost you anywhere from $75 to over $100" talk to me as if there's no way I could have even afford a $10 battery. There was no reason for the three of these men to speak to me the way they did. Refuse help me in any way and rush me out of their store. I will never return. This was a completely horrible experience and they should not be allowed to work in customer service.

I had a bad battery that I needed tested and replaced. This was my first time coming to Autozone for this specific reason, so I was a bit hesitant on how the process would work. Angel R. was a great help. He tested the battery and replaced a new one for me without any issues within 10 minutes. Could not be happier with the results.

Great experience. They are always super helpful & informative. Julia helped me & even got under my car to get a closer look at the undercarriage, which I was concerned with. She tightened everything up for me. Super fast & very satisfied! Thanks again for your help.

Angel's a beast. Took all his know how and his intense strength fix my battery. Alas i was dumb and let a battery corrode for "a while" and we couldn't get the lead off the terminal.Excellent customer service, got me a refund on the double but my man was so awesome about the whole thing I wanted to make sure yall know he deserves a raise and more time off to be with loved ones. Toodles.

I had to get the brackets that hold the rear glass on replaced on my escape, Jason the store manager took his time and helped do this while doing a majority of the work. He is GREATLY appreciated.

The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful. They automatically came out to my car without hesitation to make sure I was getting the right part. They even helped me install it. (It was a simple part) They answered all my questions and even gave me a printout of helpful information. I really felt valued even though I wasn't spending a lot of money. Love this store!

These guys are awesome! I'm borrowing a truck at the moment and she's an old gal who needs more TLC. Every time I come here for something the guys are super helpful. Dustin helped me pick out the right item today and even took time to help me put it on! Great customer service! I vote raise for Dustin!!

My aunt recetly had an issue with her car. We jumped it & took it to auto zone in Massillon. Brian tested the battery and saw something on the terminal was loose. He tightened it & tested the battery. He was so thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Thank you Brian!

It's AutoZone was really good it is a lot better than the one on West tusk in Canton Ohio the one on West tusk act like they don't know what they're doing especially when they tell you something when you been a mechanic for 38 years

Had our battery checked and was informed our battery needed replaced. Your employee replaced our battery and we were on our way. Great service as always. I wish I knew the name of the fellow that replaced our battery as I would give him a great review also.

I received excellent service at this Autozone from Stephen. I was in and out and received great service. I needed to have a headlight bulb replaced and was told at another store that it was not possible. At this location, it was easy to get the bulb installed. The previous experience leaves me appreciating this service even more. Thank you!

Went in to purchase windshield washer fluid. Was only one at register. Waited 10 minutes be for I was acknowledged. While I waited I observed 4 people working helping two customers. This happens every time I go into an auto zone this is why I started using the app and ordering things online.

Bought battery 2 months ago and would not start. Had car jumped and they recharged the battery as was tested to be a good battery. Tested alternator after charged and all ok. Great service. Said I was covered for 3 years and to come back if needed.

Found a part on their website using my vehicle as a filter. After calling, verifying the part would fit, and having the part shipped to the store, I received a different item. Unfortunately, I had not noticed until after installing.After calling the store I was told that the part I requested would not fit my car. I checked the website again and the part is still listed, but unavailable to ship to home. I believe they ordered an available part that would also fit my vehicle. The received item cost more and does not work for my intended use case without an adapter. A store representative could only suggest I purchase the adapter. Very dissatisfied

Nice spot and easy to find from the road. One of the larger auto zones I have been to with plenty of parking. Store is clean with a good variety of products on the store floor if you're in for a quick stop. Also a friendly competent staff to help you with any part inquiries. Good selection of parts on hand for foreign and domestic autos. Helpful over the phone as well
