AdvanceTech Auto is the only place I trust to work on my vehicle. They are up front about the repairs and reasonably priced. Best part is, they do a follow up to make sure your vehicle is running properly.

David knows European cars. Great diagnosis and practical solution led to good repairs. Nowadays it s hard to find an honest shop like this. Definitely recommend David to anyone. Will come back for services for my Volvo.

This is the saddest story you're going to hear today...I live in Pittsburgh and I had to visit Columbus, OH for my mother's funeral. On my way home my truck started overheating. I thought maybe the thermostat, since the water pump had been replaced only 8 months prior. Changed it in O'Reilly Autoparts parking lot. Let it idle for a bit and still overheating. Nursed it to probably the worst motel in the state of Ohio (mirrors on the ceiling and all) since that's all that was available and it was close. Called Dave Wheeler the next morning and he tried everything he could to walk me through getting back on the road.At this point I decided to have it towed to him. Let me tell you, this dude did everything he could to fix the issue. 2 other thermostats later, we've decided it definitely the water pump. Another shop is handling this, since the repair is less than a year and on them, otherwise Dave and his team would be taking care of it.So, if you're every stranded in Massillon, OH or you live there and need a great, honest mechanic...this is your place. If I could do more than 5 stars, I most definitely would.Thanks AdvanceTech for the hard work and honesty! We need more businesses in our world like this!

Had a engine light come on & took it to David s shop to see if it was something that needed attention & am glad that I did. It needed immediate attention so I had him repair my vehicle. Very knowledgeable on Volvo s & VW s

Dave and his team have been great help to me, especially this most recent time I was there. I drive an 06 BMW 325i and I needed my rear shocks replaced. Well there was a few other things wrong, but Dave kept in contact with me throughout the day to keep me up to date with what it needed and was determined to get it out of the shop same day.Overall they do amazing work and I would totally recommend them for anything you need done

Dave took great care in getting my Volvo back to tip top, he had the computer system professionally rebuilt, he worked with my insurance company and stayed in touch with updates!! My brakes failed when a rusted metal brake line broke. I thought it was the rubber hoses and told him to replace all of them. After examining the car, he told me they were in "like new" condition and didn't sell me something I didn't need. David and his crew made the needed repairs and got me back on the road quickly. They are friendly and efficient. The repair bill was very reasonable. I recommend AdvanceTech Auto and will continue to use them.He also maintains my classic Volvo since I found him four years ago.

Went back for another problem, an Air Bag Turned Off warning. Dave got it cleared up in a matter of minutes. Another job well done. I'll be going back again whenever I have a car problem.Did an excellent job on a difficult & unusual problem, requiring patience, precision & ingenuiity. Excellent service. Had the best experience here. I actually told them I thought my car needed an expensive (think nearly $1K) repair. They told me they'd check it out. It was possible a much less expensive option was available. Much to my surprise, they fixed it for the much less expensive option. Polite and professional! We're going back!

I took my car in with a list of things that needed fixed. I expected my car to be in the shop for several days and expected the repairs to cost a lot. They got my car fixed the same day I took it in and it costed about half of what I was mentally prepared to pay. Everyone I spoke with seemed like they enjoy doing what they do. I m so glad I moved up the road from this shop because I ll definitely use their service again.Services: A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair

Advance Tech Auto Repair has serviced all of my cars for the past 15 years. David is friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding all makes and models. The quality of his work is outstanding. My gti was a complete mess took it in for them to solve a problem they fixed one but there was more so they had trouble diagnosing it but eventually got it, didn t charge me for pulling the engine multiple times. Very fairly priced. However the part which makes them 5/5 is the next week I was leaking oil and coolant and took it in for it to be repaired. A bolt wasn t tightened all the way and a clamp wasn t done right. Told me come pick up the car free of charge. Doesn t get more honest and generous than that. Honestly, I dont get the positive reviews. We went here because of them all. But he lied and said our sway bay shaking would neither get worse or better but it started getting worse, took it to a friend from church's shop and he said yes they get worse and it has. My thoughts? He was waiting for it to get bad so he can charge us the most expensive fix. So according to our current mechanic he lied about it. As well as he ALWAYS chooses the most expensive option first to fix the issue which sometimes never even fixed it now I'm out $500 and the problems still the same. He could never promise that what hes going to do WILL fix it, he's very clever with his words and always just said "it should". I wont be going back, and I wouldn't recommend

Couldn't ask for a nicer and more experienced group of guys to work on your vehicle. Prices are very reasonable and they definitely stand behind their work. Very pleased with all the work I've had done here. I would HIGHLY recommend David and his guys anytime.

I've been s customer at advance tech auto for about 10 years, and they have always been honest and reliable to me. I usually fix my own car but , when i don't have time, or can't figure it out, i always go to them. I went to get a Alignment on my new truck. I met with Dave the owner who explained everything to me about what they were going to do that in its self was very helpful. Dave was very knowledgeable in all the areas that I asked about.Noah one of Dave's mechanics worked on my truck along with Dave he also was knowledgeable about the questions I asked. I Feel Dave is honest ,friendly and reasonably priced they did great work in a timely manner.also I left and came back to speak with Dave for his personal opinion about my truck so I asked him to drive it and tell me what he thought he took time to do this for me and that showed me alot about his character. THANK U DAVE!!

Always courteous, friendly and professional. The owner is one of the most honest people I know. Have been having my Volvo serviced there for well onto 7 years. Can't say enough about how awesome Advance Tech is to work with. Thanks for being in business and restoring my faith in good people, service and fair pricing! I say run don't walk to Advance Tech!

AdvanceTech Auto Repair is THE BEST. I am so thankful they were recommended to us many years ago. They always do a great job explaining what is wrong and help me determine when it needs repaired or replaced. BEST place for Volvos in NE Ohio. They know their stuff, keep you informed/no surprises and are professionals... even under times of difficultly. My XC90 was a special patient... that had more than a few issues. Nothing scares them and they aren't afraid to figure it out.

I went to this place recommended by my husband s coworker, we are new to the area and didn t know where would be a good place to go to get my breaks fix, the Toyota dealership had told me I needed breaks but I always like to ask for second opinion, I m glad I did, this place was super honest, they told me what I really needed and for a fraction of the quote Toyota gave me. So glad I found this place !!!

Dave and his crew never disappoint. They diagnose and repair my 14 year old Volvo with 100% accuracy, and save me lots of money. I doubt you can find better repairmen in NEO.
