Highly recommend USA Auto Sales in Mason, Ohio. We had Great experience and the owner Larry is a very kind gentleman. I was looking for a good reliable vehicle for my grandmother who lives out of town. He was very flexible and held the vehicle for us when an emergency pushed back our expected pickup date we had agreed on. The employees were also very kind and there was a great selection of vehicles. I mentioned the battery looking a little old in the vehicle we were looking at - Larry instantly ordered one and installed it in the vehicle before we purchased it. He also does any necessary repairs to the vehicles before selling them on his lot (brakes, oil changes, etc.) unlike most car lots!

Saw this beautiful 1999 on Facebook. Came over to the dealer in person and everyone was so helpful and nice! Process and paperwork was super easy and would definitely recommend anyone who needs a car! We ll come back when we need another!

The gentlemen here were fantastic to work with, they were very kind and respectful. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and traded my Kia Optima that they gave me a great value for. We got the paperwork done very fast and Larry was through and got back to me very quickly about making last minute adjustments. So far I am still very happy for my new Vehicle. Thank you so much!

I rate this a three becuz of the customer satisfaction. I bought a ford focus 13 on January 6. It s now January 11 and I have a check engine light on. I have a appointment with ford for a recall that s on that vehicle, when they run the diagnostics if the problem doesn t kick back as the recall then I have to pay for it 170$ which I ve heard they say it s something else becuz it s cheaper then they fix something extremely cheap and yu never know. So I will be contacting the gentleman here I have good faith from our brief meetings that he will have something to say most likely do. How much I don t kno , but that rating can go to a 5 most definitely cuz I love this car if I can get this hiccup figured out. Which is what I think will happen! Frank! Yu were solid thus far I think yu will handlethis right. I m ignoring these 1stars.I have not been back YET. Cuz he has an extra key. But my car is running just good. It was an 02 sensor.

Don t waste your time if you aren t local. My son found a truck he wanted & contacted the business on Saturday. They are closed on Sunday so he said he could be there about 10:30 Monday (they open at 10). We live an hour away. Son went to bank Monday morning & got cash to buy truck. Texted owner to tell him we just left the bank & confirm we were on the way. Arrived at 10:40 and truck was sold. Owners response was first come, first serve. If that s how you want to run your business, fine. Just don t make arrangements to meet at 30 minutes after opening on your next business day without letting the customer know you won t be holding the vehicle. Common courtesy in business practices are lacking here.

We bought a honda odyssey from here for our family. I have never been happier with the experience! We got a very good deal on our trade in. They are welcoming and honest people. I highly HIGHLY recommend you stop in here before you go to a big dealership.

Let me start by saying I have never experienced better business men then the men that run this place.They are hands down wonderful compassionate people that truly care about they do.I recently bought a car from there.I had a few issues and they immediately said let's fix it.They truly care about their clients.If I could give them a 100 star review I would.I recommend buying a car from here.They will do everything in their power to make sure every need is met.I could rave about this car lot all day long and the men that run it.Great job guys,Keep up the work you do.I will buy every car from this day forward from there.Thank you guys for taking care of us!!!

Run run run !!! Bought a car over a year ago from here and it has been nothing but a lemon . A couple days after I left the lot the check engine light came on .. long story short come to find out they had Jerry rigged so much. It has been in and out of the mechanics shop every other month it seems. Just got a quote from mini Cooper to repair all the things that were passed over and it comes to 10000.00 dollars. I bought he car for 10000 and have put 5000 in the last year and now another added expense. Stay away from these people they can't be trusted. Sad, I hope they reap what they sew 10 fold

Made a 2.5 hour drive to this dealership, and I could not be happier. Friendly service, not pushy, and very helpful!! Although I've done deep research of the vehicle before purchasing, it is the car of my choice and drives like a dream. Along with the other clean cars on the lot, mine is clean, and so far runs solid!! Even after days of purchase I needed assistance with a BMV transaction, and Larry was Johnny on the spot to help, from miles away! Buying my car was easy, with no pressure of any extra purchases, and even fast. Larry, Kilvio, and crew made this a great experience!! It was well worth the drive and I would return having the opportunity. I would definitely refer because they're preferred!

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger and was shown on Car Fax that the vehicle was clean and never in a accident. I know that there would a couple of small issues to take care of when I go it home. So I took the vehicle to my local reputable mechanic and he said that the vehicle has been in numerous accidents, and to top it off it need around $4000.00 in mechanical repairs. He also said that the vehicle was not worth repairing considering its age, damage, and the mechanical repairs need. I put is bluntly, I feel that I've lied to by USA Auto Sales. I would not recommend that agency to anyone. They don't even deserve a one star rating

If you have not had a lot of experience in buying a used vehicle, I would not go to this dealership. I would also advise that you take your time and make sure you test the vehicle out and especially the transmission in 4x4 if equipped. Take someone who has been around awhile if you are able. It's a good idea to have it checked out by a mechanic that you choose and not any dealership. I don't know what this dealership is like other than I walked away from the place after I walked to the dealership and the dealership's mechanic had to come get the truck I was test driving.

Bought a truck from these scam artists. Salesman Frank assured me his mechanic checked the vehicle out. Claimed there were no issues with the truck. Test drive went well, so I purchased the truck. Later on that evening I heard a weird noise, so I brought the truck back and said I was hearing something. The mechanic drove the truck and claimed it was the wheel bearings. (Issue #1) The following day I filled the truck up with gas and the check engine light came on. Had it scanned and found out there s an issue with the fuel pump.(issue #2) Had the truck looked at by a mechanic, who found that the truck needs wheel bearings, ball joints, exhaust manifold and there s an issue with the transmission. But I was told this truck was a great truck by Frank and it should ve cost $18,000 instead of the $16,200 I paid for it. Glad I didn t get the $2000 warranty they sell, because obviously their mechanic couldn t find or fix these issues before I got scammed into buying a Solid Truck , that Frank claimed I was purchasing. I wouldn t trust this company to touch this truck now. Buyers be ware, these people are selling vehicles and claiming they have been fully checked by a mechanic who is not even ASE Certified. STAY AWAY

Went to look at a vehicle, there were so many nice vehicles on the lot ended up with another one I liked. Larry was very helpful not pushy at all. I left with a 2015 Corolla the touchscreen at the bottom of the radio was having issues I hit him up and he talked to the mechanic on the next open business day and got in ordered and installed in a fast timely manner. 10/10 recommend based of my experience there.

Firstly, I love the car I bought from them. It was great while it lasted. I bought a Jeep on November 20th, nothing seemed wrong except normal replace brakes, tires, etc. On Christmas Day the transmission stopped working leaving my family and I stranded at my mother in law s house. I still have the temporary tags still on it. Buyer beware!Reply to business reply: All of what you said is incorrect. I did not get near that much off price at all. Also no one mentioned any sort of mechanical issue. The issue I pointed out was suspension which I agreed I would fix. Please do not lie.

Respond to Owner: No you wouldn't have my name. My name is not on the contract. I have the correct Dealership.Buyer Beware!Would NOT recommend buying from this place unless you take the car to your own trusted mechanic and have them check it out first. I should of read the reviews on here first because I see a reoccurring theme here. Also, do not buy the warranty they offer because it doesn t cover anything they tell you it covers. Sold us an over priced Lemon. Car worked for only 4 months to the day we bought it before it died. Then it took the insurance/warranty appraiser 3 weeks to contact us just to tell us it was the timing chain and that the warranty we got didn t cover it because the car was not worth the work it needed. Did my own research, talk to a specialist and found it would be cheaper to buy a used engine (hell even a new one) and it would be under the price they claim the SUV was worth but they didn t want to do that.I waited to write this review because I believe in giving chances but they left me no choice. We learned our lesson and all I can say is Never again.Buyer Beware!

I checked the carfax on a couple of their vehicles i was interested in and that nissan rogue has been in 3 serious wrecks with frame damage and airbags deployed! But its being sold clean title with nothing disclosed??? Sounds like they buy auction wrecked cars and resell with bandaid fixes. Buyer beware

Don't do it. They overcharge on their cars 100%. The interest rate is 17% . 4$ a day just in interest. Halfway through my plan . Car is only worth 2500. They charged me 17000. With interest 30,000. Save yourself don't do it. Straight highway robbery.

STAY AWAY this place is nothing but con artist! It was so bad I had to get legal advice and file a complaint with Attorney General office. Sold me a lemon, didn't disclose proper mileage and did not disclose thst I'd bought a car that I just found out has a branded title! Drove it off the lot got it back to my home town which was about 38 miles and bam check engine light is on 3000 worth of repair work right off the lot. Con artist at it's finest. Please do not go to this car lot this has been a nightmare especially when you have to buy used car because of financial reasons and left even more in a hole.

They showed me a fake Carfax, and sold me a warranty that covers everything. But it doesn't, I had to get a 4000 dollar loan to fix the electrical system. They the warranty will not cover the charges because someone rigged it up. The dealership showed me a Carfax that said the car was in perfect condition mechanical and electrical. They have plaques on the wall showing they're BBB rated 1 in used car auto sales. I looked them up and they are not even BBB rated.
