Great shop they definitely know their stuff. Very clean and very honest and love how they take detailed pictures of everything. Talked to everyone in there who worked on my tundra quotes are pretty fair and they are great guys. Appreciate the work gentleman will be back for sure. Best shop I ve been to and very close to my house. Work done so far was timing belt and water pump job and valve cover gaskets for my tundra. Thanks Rick

I started using Rix Automotive a few years ago because I read a great review in a Mason neighborhood magazine. What a great decision! My husband and I now take both cars, a Toyota and an Infinity for all services. Rick is excellent, fair, communicates well, and his entire team is prompt. You can easily schedule an appointment online, drop your key and pick up at your convenience with the outdoor lockbox. The lobby is a comfortable place to work with a fast wireless connection and close to both I-71 and Liberty Way.

Absolutely exceptional service. From the day I called to get brake pads replaced to when I drove my car home was 24 hours! Rick was extremely responsive, sent a detailed assessment of the damage, ordered parts and performed the service quickly and with utmost quality and professionalism. Cannot recommend them more!

I went to RIX for a passenger window repair. At the same time, I mentioned about some oil leaks that I had observed. Next day Rick called ma and said that motor had to be replaced on the passenger side window. I gave the go ahead. But when I looked at the detailed inspection report that he had sent me, I felt that the repair cost would not be worth it and called Rick to stop the order on that part. Even though he had aired ordered, he said he will take of it and did not charge a penny for all the things he did. He is trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him for automotive repairs. He is great to work with!

This was the 1st time I was taking my Lexus to RIX, as my warranty & service agreement with Lexus was now expired. RIX Shop is certified to work on Lexus vehicles.I was able to schedule a convenient appt with Rick when I called in.On arrival I was greeted and quickly registered for the maintenance services requested on my car. I then enjoyed a cup of coffee and read my book while waiting, and within an hour I was on my way. The next day I received a follow-up text from RIX asking if there were any concerns or anything else they could do for me.I ll be back in soon for my annual service on my Honda S2000 before I make my trip down to the Tail of the Dragon run in June with my son.Tks Rick, I trust you and your Team!Good Service, organized, and a sparkling clean facility.Jerry

I've been using Rix Auto for about a year now. I can't say enough good things about this place. Prices are very reasonable.Last summer I took my car in for an apparent oil leak. When I went to pick it up, they told me it was just of this oil plug and they didn't charge anything.I recommend this place to anyone looking for and auto repair place.

I had a consistent oil drip on my car. Scheduled an appt for a few days out (first they had available) online using a really easy online system.Rick called me the next day and said if I was able to leave the car, they could at least look at it if I was concerned about driving with the leak (I was).Dropped it off that night.Next day not only did they look at it, diagnose it, and fix it. (Issue was a pinhole leak in a generic oil filter)But they charged me less than $10 to fix it (including the parts).I mean this is just unheard of.Why would anyone go anywhere else?

Just used Rix for the first time. 10/10! Highly recommend! ...The remote starter was no longer working in our Honda Accord. The service department at the Honda dealership wouldn't touch it because it was an after-market remote starter. Rix removed the old kit and installed a new one with no issues ...Excellent communication throughout the entire process ...They will be our go-to moving forward!

So very impressed with the service here and the transparency on the list of repairs. Great communication and follow up on all the steps to ensure making the best decisions on the most important items to repair and what could wait.Have a 2006 Subaru Forester working to keep it going a few more years within a budget since I love this car and Rix made that possible so grateful for the great care and attention they provided.

Rix was great! They got me in very quickly, performed a thorough inspection, and did high quality work on the necessary service and repairs. They mounted and balanced new tires, replaced brakes, and installed a new water pump/timing belt. Rick called and discussed everything clearly and prices were very reasonable. Rick was extremely professional. My car needed a bit of work and he was able to get it taken care of in a timely manner and I appreciate all genuine Honda parts were used on my car. I love that the invoice was detailed and showed me exactly what what was done. The shop is also very clean. I have never seen such an organized and spotless garage. Fair price and honest. Not only did Rick take his time to explain everything to me, but he also walked me through my options. Rick and his team are top notch! They got my Honda sorted and driving perfect! If you need service or repairs, Rix is the place to go. I ve had Rick inspect and do large maintenance on our 2010 Honda Odyssey since we purchased it last year. Always professional, he uses oem parts and proper torque specs and truly cares about providing the best! We had a timing belt, water pump and new transmission fluid done on our 2014 Honda Odyssey. We had an appt. for Wed. morning so we dropped the car off Tues. evening. The car was ready as promised by Wednesday evening.. Rick met us at the door when we arrived. He personally test drove the car and went over all the checks they performed. Very clean, friendly, professional establishment. Our van is running great. We are looking forward to another 100 thousand miles with Rix.Service: Auto maintenance

I must say I've had many experiences with auto repair facilities in the tri-state area over the years. Rix was recommended by a very trustworthy acquaintance and I must say I was blown away by the experience I had with Rix. We dropped off my wife's Honda for the 100,000 mile service, from our first contact with Rix we received professional communication and straightforward information about what was necessary for our car. Once the car was dropped off the job was completed in a timely, professional manner with care and respect. Being fairly knowledgeable about Honda vehicle's my expectations have been called nit picky , but Rix left me speechless with nothing to say but thank you. RIX is great. The place is clean and the process was professional. You will be notified throughout the entire process via text along with pictures. They let you know the issues, recommendations and price before anything is done. When done, you can pay online and pick your vehicle up after 5 pm with a secure lock box.
