Jay is knowledgeable about European cars and is dependable. He is my go to guy for my Audi Q5. Billy (Jay s right hand man) is also at par and handles many critical tasks. Erica, at the front desk knows a lot about cars and is very helpful. If you own an European vehicle you can go to them with complete confidence. Their analysis of any issues are accurate, service is fast, and their charge is lesser than what Audi would charge. Many a times they have done inspection free of charge. I definitely recommend Prestige Auto.

Jay and his team are very thorough in all the work they do - from simple oil changes to full "A" and "B" Mercedes Service Inspections. I will always take my car to Prestige for any work that is needed. Drove almost 200 miles from Toledo just to buy a car from them. Super nice and HONEST! I asked their opinion on 2 cars I was debating getting and they told me their honest opinion on which was better and WHY! When i test drove a car I noticed a weird noise and they didn't hesitate to fix it (and another thing they noticed, which i didn't)! Best service and a cute golden retriever!!

Prestige is top notch. Jay is aways very detailed in describing the issues with my vehicles. He has diagnosed issues that were less expensive than what I thought might need done when I brought my car in. Talking through which issues might need immediate attention and which might not be as serious. Prices are very reasonable and he works to try and save you money by ordering in parts if you have the time to wait. Keeps you up to date on progress. Very professional and pleasant to work with. This is the type of professional repair establishment you can feel great sending your business to. Prestige Auto was referred to me by a work associate. I cannot be happier with the quality service, more than reasonable costs, and beneficial advice given to me about the three vehicles that I have serviced there. Jay has great knowledge, and is kind and professional in his dealings with me. He is honest and hasn't tried to sell me things that my car does not need. I have referred others to this place as well and will continue to do so.

Took a 1998 Corvette to Jay because I didn't like the way that it was heating and cooling. After initial diagnosis, Jay suggested a coolant and radiator flush. This did result in some positive results, but it wasn't the true root cause of the problems. Turns out that the left side cooling fan motor was not working. Jay was able to pinpoint the issue and find and replace the fan motor quickly. I was very satisfied with Prestige Auto and Jay. He really listened to what I had to say and was able to find and fix the problem quickly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

When my wife raved about the great job Prestige Automotive did with her van, I took mine in for some much needed repairs. I am very satisfied with the work and with their prices. The mechanic we worked with was very polite and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable car repair shop, this is the place for you.

Prestige performed a brake job and there was a small issue with the car after servicing. They came out to my house, picked up the car and took it back to their shop. They fixed the issue and then dropped it off at my house! That is the definition of excellent customer service!!!Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

Making a move from a different state is never easy, but I m glad we found our new auto repair shop! We met Jay, and he was able to squeeze us in and fix our car. He s knowledgeable, has great customer service, and great prices. I highly recommend them!

I reached out to Jay based on the reviews I read here as well as the website information, stating he has experience working on Cadillacs. Jay was easy to work with, responsive and did great work- all at a great price! I am extremely happy with the work and will definitely be back in the future.

I had an issue of hitting my car when pulling into my garage. I needed "minor" body work and my mirror replaced...Jay took great care of me and even cut the dealer estimate for repairs by 50%. Car came out looking brand new and if I ever have another issue, Jay will be my first call without a doubt.

Been to these guys twice and they always do great work for a reasonable and often below market price. Highly recommend.*Update*Dropped my Jeep off for a simple bracket repair for the shock and spring mount and the owner dragged his feet for almost two months giving me an excuse why it was not done every time i called. I eventually took it home and had a guy off of Craigslist do it in less than two hours. The owners excuse was that he didnt know it was my daily driver....Service: Body & Trim

Needed a new clutch on my son's sports car and Jay and his team were able to receive the car from the tow truck, diagnose the issue, order the necessary parts and get the car back to us a lot quicker than we expected. Hats off to Prestige Auto Repair and their great work and exceptional customer service!!

Gotta love an auto repair shop that's honest about what they find on your vehicle. We took our Sprinter the the Mercedes dealership and were told the inner tid rods needed to be replaced. Good thing we decided to get a second opinion. Prestige said the inner tid rods were fine and did not need the repair. Saved us $856. We will have our Sprinter serviced at Prestige going forward.

I took the work van in on a Saturday. They did a brake job, replaced the battery, changed the oil, and replaced a brake light and a light bulb. The most impressive thing was they were busy moving into a new, larger location, but the owner realized we needed this van by Monday so we could run customer appointments. They went the extra mile and we were up and running on Monday. Prices are reasonable.

Jay is so passionate and motivated about his business. He likes to get to the bottom of a problem and will keep looking until he finds the cause then he fixes it. He fixes it RIGHT, imagine that. I would recommend him to anyone even those people with rare and exotic cars.

Repeat customer here. More like customer for life.Just had to get a new battery after the brief coldSpell. Dropped truck off that afternoon and it was ready before the end of the following day. They were kind enough to notice an oil change and tire rotation were needed. Took care of it all in one trip to help minimize my cost and ensure the safety of the vehicle Thanks
