Best place ever to go to get a Harley Davidson from great people and treat their customers amazing and very very helpful with their customers!!!! No one else would help me but powder keg Harley Davidson did everything they possibly could to get me back in the wind riding gave me a great deal too I would Highley Highly recommend this for your go to for Harley Davidson bikes

This place is awesome! Purchasing was an event. They made me feel special and valued. They gave me a tour of the place, tossed me some freebies, and sold me an amazing bike at a great price. I'll definitely go back when I need an upgrade.

Josh, the new GM, is awesome, welcoming, took me on a tour of the dealership and made me feel at home and welcome, like family! I will absolutely purchase a Harley from this location should I ever buy in Kentucky, I'm here visiting. Staff are super cool and personable, from the Sales guy who kindly asked me to move my car from the spot they use to park bikes for sale outside, to the Merchandise lady who helped me select and purchase my poker chips to take home to friends. Highly recommended!!! A newly refocused dealership!

Purchased our 2015 Softail Heritage from here and it was such a great experience from start to finish! The parts department helped us upgrade and choose the best parts for our bike and the service department kept us updated us every step of the way and sent photos of the bikes progress! It s been awesome and we will be life time Powder Keg fans!

Well to start off Lexi my sales person stole the show!!! She was the shining STAR for me! Did I say I was from middle Tennessee. The WHOLE dealership was AWESOME POWDER KEG HARLEY DAVIDSON customer service and support! Was spot on KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL! THEY ROLLED OUT THE RED CARPET FOR ME. EVERY DEPARTMENT WAS FRIENDLY AND MOST HELPFUL SERVICE-PARTS-MOTOR CLOTHES (Donna ) I ve dealt with a lot of dealerships this one

Jared assisted us the first time we went. My fianc�e has had physical limitations since his strokes, and we weren t going to even browse if he couldn t get on a trike. Though we didn t purchase then, Jared kept us in mind and called when one came in he thought would interest us. Long story short, we are the happy owners of this beautiful 2020 trike! The rest of the staff were just as helpful & friendly, & I especially appreciate Jeremiah for taking the time to deliver it!

Very nice business filled with an excellent staff. The employees were very helpful and caring about their customers. They all were very professional in each area (sales, parts, service, & finance). They sold me one sweet ride without any issues. And even delivered it to my house 3 hours away.

BUYER BEWARE! This dealer might be the most money hungry, unethical dealer I have ever delt with. A family member purchased a trike from them and planned to pay cash. They were talked into financing for 96 months at an extremely high interest rate, and sold them more in protection plans than what the bike was worth! This is a person who is older and had no idea what he had signed until other family members helped him review his payoff. After I realized what had taken place, I met with the dealership 3 days after the purchase date and was told there is nothing they can do at this time, and everything had already been submitted. We were given paperwork to have filled out and returned to cancel all the excess protection plans. All forms were promptly submitted back to the dealership, and now over a month later, they are being told they might not be able to drop everything. Along the way, paying over $100 a day in interest for a bike they were planning on paying cash for! They did not even detail the bike for him, because he did not ask . This issue is still unresolved and quickly getting escalated. If Harley cared at all about their reputation or relationship with customers, this would have been already taken care of. Instead, I feel they are only focused on making money today and nothing else. I hope other read this and are more aware of how they do business before buying something from this dealership.

I had no idea that I would go there for the first time being from Virginia and end up buying a brand new Trike. I did and we met some wonderful people there. Great place to visit and you will not believe the amount of new and used bikes that have on hand. No pressure on making you buy anything just there to help. Lexi was great.

I Purchased a 2019 HD ultra limited. I highly recommend you go and see Greg. He is a great sales person. Everyone there was excellent and very nice people. The only complaint I have is the cleanup on the bike. It was horrible.

Fantastic selection of Harley s, drove 4 hours because of that. Sales staff were fantastic, certain manager was rude but other than that, fantastic place to buy a Harley Davidson.

Jay Willett, Alex, Josh, and Heather Wilson were all amazing to say the least. From the sale, to finance, to me picking my song to hear as they announced me purchasing the bike, and so much more. The way Powder Keg Harley Davidson is when I purchased my Harley was way above my expectation. A+ from top to bottom and front to back.

Parts - With the help of Jack and Ricky from parts I got a great cam setup for my 16 Ultra. They took the time to find what was right for me and got everything ordered. Definitely hit them up for anything you need.Service - Ken along with help from Jamie helped me build my work order for the install. They got it done quickly and kept me well informed along the way. Dean did the dyno tune and the bike runs like a dream and I couldn't be happier. I also got a dyno graph and my old parts back.I don't know who did all the install but I was told it was a master tech so shout out to him.Definitely recommend bringing your bike for service and parts. Will be returning for any future needs.

I took my bike to Powder Keg, not running, not in great condition. Jamie was a great communicator. He kept me updated on the work and parts we would be needing. He was upfront with the cost and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I would recommend Powder Keg Harley to anyone. Great people to work with!

Powder Keg Harley Davidson found the motorcycle I was looking for, a 90 s EVO Ultra Classic that was / is in amazing condition. Not only that, the price they gave me was fantastic and the service after the sale was amazing. I ll purchase my next Harley Davidson from Powder Keg for sure.

Had absolutely the best buying experience I could have ever asked for. We bought my husband's Street Glide just 3 weeks prior to purchasing my Sportster and both times were fantastic. Josh was the salesperson helping my husband and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. When we came in just "looking" and trying to get some part prices for the Street Glide we had the pleasure of Jason helping us out. I had no idea what style of bike I wanted, and Jason spent several hours helping me figure out what I liked best. Extremely patient and no questions went unanswered. Would 100% recommend if you are in the market for any kind of bike to start here everyone on staff was great!

Powder Keg had the model and year of a bike I've been looking for listed on Cycle Trader. I called and checked on its status and then scheduled a time to see it and have my bike evaluated for trade. I rode the 2 hours to Mason and was greeted and welcomed by a professional and courteous staff that was clearly expecting me. Everyone I met in every department (sales, parts, service, clothing, and business office) was professional and friendly. They worked hard to make a deal that, I believe, was fair and beneficial to all concerned. When I returned four days later to finish the trade, I received the same kind of welcome and service. My only wish is that they were a bit closer to my home. The upside, I get to ride some beautiful roads to visit them in the future.

Really good initial experience, but when they delivered my bike they did not clean it at all like the salesman said they would, and I haven't heard anything about the battery charger they ordered 2 weeks ago. I'm starting to question my decision.

Great selection of clothing I've never really seen at other Ohio Harley dealers. Unfortunately you were out of many size mediums or larges in the ladies clothing items I was looking at, so I was not able to leave with anything. It was also one of the largest pre-owned selections we had ever seen! Cool experience as well with the live music we came across in the parking lot.

Jay help me select my second bike from Powderkeg Harley Davidson. Buying experience was great. I will definitely be going back again to obtain my third bike from them amount of variety and selection. They have is awesome and taking a tour of the place was very exciting and a wonderful experience, I will definitely be back for more and there s always plenty of opportunities with Powderkeg not just buying a bike but some of the fun activities that they invite you to to hang out with their team

Just moved up here from FL and I came in to check out the selection of used bikes, GREAT selection there and the employee Brad that showed me around was knowledgeable and so helpful, he gave me a card and I reached out a few days later and again very helpful even over the phone. Highly recommend this place their customer service is amazing and the store itself is super clean and packed full of great bikes!
