Muennich has been taking care of our cars for many years and we highly recommend them! The service is excellent, and most importantly they are very honest and reliable. They ve saved us a lot of money over the years by always explaining our options and only recommending repairs that are needed.

The team at Muennich Car Care has been great to work with! Mike was very personable and friendly, they helped me with an issue on my vehicle that was under warranty and they were very understanding. They walked me through each step of the process and had my vehicle ready within a day. Would recommend to anyone who needs an honest auto repair shop!

We love this auto shop! Kevin, Jr, and Mike take amazing care of our whole fleet of vehicles. We trust them to do honest work. There have been times when we thought something needed to be fixed and they assured us it didn t. Love companies that don t take advantage of their customers.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I took my car here back in 2021 for repair and the owner conducted business well. I brought my car in for another A/C repair and Mike quoted me $250 in which I was prepared to pay when I arrived. Prior to arrival, Mike called and left a message asking if I could pick up my car early because he wanted to leave work early, and so I arrived. When receiving the bill the invoice showed $350 and when I questioned the price he said he estimated wrong during our conversation from the previous day (a full $100 off). Not to mention Mike is saying derogatory comments about other customers as he ends phone calls. I bought my mom with me because she usually can tell when someone is trying to get over with me being younger. When my mom asks him questions about my car he turns to her and says, You don t have anything to say to me because you owe us $3,000 .I instantly begin asking for proof along with the false accusations, because why would I bring in a thief with me and why would I be associated with one? He could not provide me proof and he then feels bad and voids the payment for the service because he didn t want a bad review . As I walk out Mike yells, Don t ever come back to this establishment again .I have never in life been accused of being a thief/ neither has my mom. I have not dealt with such unprofessionalism, racial targeting, character defamation, and discrimination before until today. Writing this enrages me. When I had my mom call back to clear up the confusion he simply hangs up in the middle of her sentence. I d like to know with all of the information you collect from customers why haven t you sued for the $3,000 someone owes? I liked this place and trusted them with my car. I even made the mistake of referring people I know here, but never again.I made sure I have an invoice saying paid in full/voided because I refuse to be falsely accused.Services: Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair

There are several good auto repair shops in our area. Good was not enough and my research directed me to Muennich Car Care. I asked that my wife s vehicle be reviewed for safety and what would be necessary to prolong its life and enhance the ride.I received an estimate lower than expected and was told exactly what was needed. This honesty and integrity is the exception in the auto care market.We had the repairs made and the result was a safer better handling car.I strongly recommend Kevin and son for your auto repair needs.

I have used Muennich multiple times for various repairs to my BMW. They are so incredibly HONEST and kind. I am NEVER over sold and would recommend them 1000x over. I say this because if it weren't for their honesty and integrity, I would have a bill for $3,500 today. They said the work I was quoted by another car place (I don't want to say their name but it's a place where many people go for repair to foreign cars) is 100% unnecessary. I was told I need new brakes by the "other" car repair shop and it turns out, my brakes still have 55% life in them. I am doing a HAPPY DANCE right now and could hug Muennich all day long. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are truly 1 in a million and you have my trust. I was originally very happy with Muennich. I had my timing fully system replaced on a 2012 Honda CR-V in Aug 2020. Initially work seemed to be great, price was great, very easy to work with. Unfortunately, 2 years later (almost to the day), my car refused to start. The timing chain has excessive slack and the guides have broken and damaged the engine beyond repair. When the work was done, I was told this would extend the life of my car anouthr 100k miles. I called to ask about any warranty for the work they performed and was told "this shouldn't have happened" and they would look into it and call me back. When he called back, he let me know it was out of warranty, there was nothing they could do, and this is actually quite common (?). So now I'm out $7,500 of trade in value or that much to replace the timing system again and replace the engine.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Incredibly flexible, fast, and courteous workers! They got my blown out tire replaced in under 15 minutes at a lower price than my visit to Firestone for my last flat. This saved my weekend. Thank you Muennich!Edit:One year later and here I am finishing up my co-op in Mason when my brakes begin to screech. And of course I knew where to go this time...Muennich! My brake rotors and pads were replaced during the same work day in time for my drive home (wow!).Muennich proves time and time again to have friendly employees, convenient work ethics, and impressive communication ability with the new website and texting services! You did it again Muennich, if I could rate over 5 stars I would. Thank you again Jimmy and Kevin for the amazing service.

I have taken my car here twice, the first time to get a quote to fix my a/c and the second time as a second opinion for my catalytic converter. Not only was his price $600 less than the original quote he fit me in right then and fixed my car in less than 30 minutes!! These guys are truly honest and care about their customers. Would recommend these guys to everyone.

Kevin & Jimmy are top notch mechanics to work with. When a dealership gives you a ridiculous quote, bring your car to Muennich instead. Even though they did not have the ability to help with my complex issue, they were willing to take the time and effort to give me a second opinion and take nothing for it. Does solid job. Very honest and highly reputable.I've personally experienced twice, where I accepted their job quote before starting work - and when come in to pick up the car end up paying a LOWER price than quoted, because their procured part went down in price between quoting the job & actually getting the part. Jimmy could have easily pocketed the difference, but he doesn't.In our HOA community, another neighbor had exact same experience and posted that on our community blog.

Extremely courteous, great service, great pricing. Specialty is engine work, but they offer many other services. They were able to get a used engine for my car quickly, and at half the price of other mechanic I received an estimate from. I will definitely be going back to Muennich Car Care. They are located in downtown Mason, near the children's theater and Barbershop, behind the plaza patio.

Dropped my car off at 10:30 AM to have an exhaust issue diagnosed and quoted. They had the work done and the car returned to me by the end of day, and the price was incredibly low! Sam and his crew were so helpful. My daughter was driving across Ohio and I (her dad) live in Pittsburgh. The check engine light came on in her car. I found Muennich Auto Repair on Google Maps and called. They were able to fit us in and were waiting for my daughter when she got there. They made the repairs and had us on our way in a few hours. They were kind courteous and professional.

They were able to squeeze my vehicle in for oil change in just a day this past Thursday (9am). They were careful and did the job very well, providing feedback after the job was done. They are taking pride in their work and it shows. Very satisfied with their service.

What fantastic place to take your car for repairs. I got a nail in my tire today and called at 1pm for an appointment and Jim was so nice to fit me in and 2:30pm. He fixed my tire in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way! Thanks Muennich Car Care

Dropped my service van off at noon and asked if it would be possible to have it fixed today. I know personally owning my own service business that can be somewhat of a daunting task. Just received a call at 4:30 telling me the job was complete and I was quoted a very reasonable price for the services they provided. I'll definitely using these guys from now on and referring them.

I have been working with Sam since he worked for his dad, Tom. I have always gotten great service, had great work done and felt he was always honest and upfront with me. I have owned a lot of different cars and trucks in my life and Sam was always able to fix any problem I had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.

Everytime I take my car there, whether it be for an oil change or major repair, I receive excellent customer service, work and prices. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs car service. I have never felt good walking out of a service shop until I staryed using Muennich Auto Repair.

Simply put the best auto shop I've been to. Had engine trouble with an Acura and they found a solution that saved us THOUSANDS. They took the time to explain what was wrong, gave me a couple of options and finished my car next day. Highly recommend this shop. 5 stars!!!

Wanted to send a big thumbs up out to Muennich Auto Repair in downtown Mason next to the playhouse theatre. I have been looking for an HONEST and Fair mechanic for a long time and finally found one. Goodbye to all the big chain upsell auto repair shops around town. If your also looking for an honest and straight forward mechanic give them a call at 398-0251. When I went to pay Jiimmy gave me a $160.00 off my repair as he had to keep my car over the weekend :)Only complaint I can say is that they do not have weekend hours. Go see Muennich Auto repair, really good & honest guys!Have you used Muennich Auto repair and have you been satisfied with their service

I took my car in to get the driver side ball joints replaced. They replaced only 2 of 6 broken joints and did not properly seat the 2 ball joints they did replace. They gave me my keys back and said everything was fine. I had to have it repaired by another shop 1 week later. Been taking our cars to Muennich's for years. I feel they have always had my best interest at heart. They have always been upfront and honest with me and what to expect both from a cost and time perspective. I cant't rave enough about these guys! My vehicles will never go anywhere else!!
