I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from the company! The guys working there made me and my family feel welcome. They talked to us like we were friends. It was a very friendly experience and environment! The car I purchased was very nice and very clean! They take real good care of the cars they are selling. I will definitely go back to them next time I need a car and no question about whether I would refer my extended family and friends there!! Thank you to both, Dave and Jake!

I traveled about an hour and a half away to check out a 2013 Jetta Hybrid from Mason Car Co. The purchasing process was easy and hassle free. The guys were polite and got right down to business. So far the car is great! Would highly recommend!

The cars/SUVs/etc. are reasonably priced. With the old 'AS IS' and a caveat to get it checked by a mechanic before purchase; good advice. Staff is friendly and helpful so... About as good as it gets in the minefield of used car transactions. Watch your step there pardner...

Bought a great Jeep with great value for only $20k! Wonderful people with great customer service. Really valued my time and made me feel like they wanted what was best for me. Also gave me $35 of Starbucks gift cards with my purchase! Definitely recommend buying from these guys.

Just bought a vehicle here, when closing the deal. They said to call if I had any issues. I ended up having a minor problem with van. I called them and they asked me to bring vehicle back to them. They corrected the issue and were very helpful. I would definitely buy again from them. They were easy to work with and laid back. Not pushy at all. Keep up the great work.

Great experience from my initial visit to purchasing a car. These guys are not pushy, very transparent and will give you a fair deal. And compared to the many other lots I visited, they had a great selection of nice, clean cars. Shout out to Eric for being terrific to work with.

Just went through today and bought my first ever truck. Gary was extremely kind and offered us a great deal. We were in and out and he was upfront about everything! Definitely a great experience and very good customer service. Totally recommend if you are in the business for a great car and amazing service!

I have purchased 3 cars from Mason Car Company and have been very happy with all of them. The folks there are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car or truck. Five stars for sure!!

Mason Car Company goes above and beyond with delivering excellent service to their clients and making sure they get a great car at a good price.I have spent the past couple of weeks looking for my first car to buy and had visited a lot of dealerships and used car lots, but Mason Car Company has the best. The prices are very fair and the people there are amazing. They are very respectful and will treat you right and with honesty. Lou helped me buy the car I wanted and was very respectful and helped me out in any way he could to make sure I was comfortable with the buy. He knew all about the car and was able to provide me with all the information about it. I was told that if there were any problems to bring it back. A day or so later passed and the check engine light came on so I brought it to the official dealership to get a full inspection and they gave me a list of things that had issues or needed replaced, and at this point I was feeling a bit anxious on the purpose. I brought the car back to them with the list and immediately they brought it to their own car lift, jacked it up, and Gary (owner, who has treated me with the utmost respect every time I stopped by or called him) took me through the list while looking directly at the part on the car. The dealership was trying to get money from me and charge for things that were not actual problems, and since they showed me all the "issues" that were not there (which I know enough about cars to tell when there is an issue) they were able to save me from a very expensive bill. This put me very at ease and made me feel very comfortable with them. The only issue was that an oxygen sensor had gone bad so they replaced it the same night free of charge. A week or so later another issue came up so I brought it back and the same deal. They walked me through what the problem was and what they thought was causing it, fixed the problem, and it was all good.They have done above and beyond what I ever expected even from a new car dealership, so I highly recommend stopping by and looking at their inventory if you considering buying a great used car for a good price!!!

I was searching for a Corvette around 4 to 6 years old a month or two ago ago and found one at Mason Car Company. I started talking and emailing with the owner, Jake. We discussed the Corvette and he sent me additional pictures, gave me the history on the car, and answered all my questions. I drove from Illinois to Ohio to check it out. After test driving the car, I purchased it. It was exactly how Jake represented it, and I am a very satisfied customer!! Tim from Illinois

Solid experience, no pressure sales, easy to deal with, communicated every step of the way. 3000 mile/3 month warranty is amazing. My only regret is that I had not met Lou and Gary when I purchased two used cars for my kids when they got their license. Have already recommended to two friends. I will go back.

This is the fourth car our family has bought here over the past 5 years. We won't go anywhere else. The cars they get are awesome, the prices fantastic and the fact they give outstanding customer service makes it the best find we have had in buying cars. Lou is so knowledgeable, and friendly. I cant say enough about the Mason Car Company. We will definately be back. Thank you for making our life easier.

I've bought two used cars from Mason Car Co. now & it's one of the few Used car lots where I felt comfortable. Gary (owner) was great to deal with & was genuine. I will definitely be back when I need another vehicle.

Rick was easy to deal with! We did not have to haggle on price at all with this dealer because the vehicle was priced at EXACTLY what we wanted to pay. The car is Immaculate and runs like a dream! It even came with a 3,000 mile warranty at no extra cost! We will definitely be looking here first the next time we are in the market for a car! Thanks again guys!

Got a good car for a fair price. Shortly after we bought the car we had a few issues (it was a used car). The owner was very helpful. One of the issues was a recall and another he fixed at cost.

Chris and Gary were very helpful and patient with me while finding the best loan for me. They didn't try to rush through the process. They were very easy to work with. I bought a F250 and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone. I also like the fact they are a local small business.

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot. All older cars have some issues, and this one had a non working rear air. Because the car was in such good shape, I told them that I still wanted the car and it was a non factor for me. Most dealers would have let it go, but they insisted on fixing it and had it repaired before I came back to take the vehicle. You just don't see that kind of pride of professionalism anywhere. I was not a repeat buyer...I am now.
