I have done business a few times with D&T and I couldn t be more pleased! They call with a 2 hour window the day before they pick up or deliver my lawn mower. They are reasonably priced. The customer service is excellent with everyone I interact with. I highly recommend D&T equipment.

These are good folks! We bought a house that had a newer mower in the garage. The mower wouldn't move so the owner came out, pushed the mower to his trailer, and completely serviced the machine. Yesterday, it stopped working again. This morning, he gave me new fuses for the beast free of charge after I accidentally jiggled the fuse loose during my first cut. We will continue to refer folks to D&T! Great service! Honest people!

So far this year, D&T has my mower 7 months now. (Feb-Oct)When I confronted Tom about it he became fierce. f...n this and f...n that. If Anyone is reading this you decide. Be careful

Rip off. Rebuilt carburetor on snowblower. Last two years same exact service at $95. This year same service $196. Now charge a $50 pickup fee even within 5 miles (when website says free) and labor rate has increased 46% from $75 to $110 per hour. Recommend finding someone else.

Great shop with great people to back the work! Repairs on everything I bring them has a fast turn around rate and they always use quality parts! I tell all of my friends and family to go here!

Contacted D&T about servicing our lawn mower. Their staff was friendly and polite, cost was very reasonable, and the service was completed on the timeline they promised. We will definitely be back and recommending to neighbors and friends!

Update: Picked up the lawn mover trusting that they would have fixed and tested well. Started mowing the lawn. Not even 10 minutes, it started to show similar symptoms and stopped. Took it back to them again. I understand all these things could happen. I went to pickup the second time. For the second fix they asked for more money. Even that is OK, but everyone started taking as though it is my fault, I did something wrong that caused the second failure. Also, they are not consistent how they treat you. Sometime good. Sometime not. Now I can connect all the dots. You can find a better place for such service.My Original Review: My lawn mower failed and happy to find a good place to service, close by. D&T fixed, cleaned and sharpened the blade within a week, at a decent cost. Friendly people. Recommend them.

I have a DR Mower Trimmer. I love it! I had to have some work done to it. I just happen to run across D&T. So glad I did! They are super friendly people and do a great job. The mower needed a belt replaced. They did it in a timely manner. When I got to the shop to pick it up, I saw a mower that looked like mine but it was super clean. I thought, "maybe that it is a brand new mower, since they do sell DR products". Nope, the mower was mine. He cleaned up and made it look new. That is not they way I brought it in. It was a grassy mess. That extra step says a lot about this company. When they found out that I was a teacher, they gave me a 10% discount. They do the same for military and I believe police/fire. I really appreciated that! I highly recommend this place!

We have a Mulch Mule here at Gold-N-Touch Landscaping, Inc. and needed warranty repair. After a little trouble / delay from the MFG they got the part in and the guys and gals there did a FANTASTIC JOB - Keeping me posted on the delay, gave us alternative measures to use the machine until the part came in, called to tell me part was in and would have ready the very next day, which they did!! This place is absolutely FANTASTIC and I would recommend them to anyone that fits the scope of what they do. Our office/shop is in Dayton and we'll drive to Mason anytime to have them make a repair. Honest, Very Competitive, Quick turnaround, and flat out just good people. Thanks guys, we'll be back when needed!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.**DO NOT PATRON**After 16 days they hadn't looked at my mower, and refused to return to my home where they picked it up. I had to involve police to arrange it's return (unrepaired) 3 weeks later!! My mower will now be inspected for damages and a lawsuit will be filed if necessary. Disgusting business practices.

Dropped trailer off to get locked up axle repaired and some misc. items fixed. At check-in they clearly went over their check-in process. They promptly checked out my trailer and called me with a detailed quote. I approved the work and it was done the next business day. Let's just say it is nice to go somewhere where that does what they say they are going to do and have the work finished by the time they said it would be done. When I picked the trailer up they went over the repair that was performed and reminded me to re-torque my lug nuts at the correct mileage after the repair. I will be taking all my trailer needs their in the future.

I called them about my snow blower not working. I was able to drop it off 30 minutes after I called and they had it ready to pick up the next day. It starts so easy now. Very pleased with the service and all of them were very nice. Would recommend to anyone needing something fixed!!!!

Big fan of supporting small local businesses and this one did not disappoint! Picked up a snow blower and riding lawnmower that needed tune-up and repairs. Returned to the driveway fixed and cleaned! at a very fair cost. Home run and thank you!

Excellent people to work with. They looked at our trailer after picking it up. It had a bent frame and offered to sell us one. They went above and beyond to help our Boy Scout troop, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for repair or to buy a new or used trailer.

Stuck in the freezing rain trying to get a job done for a painting customer my Honda / Ryobi 3100 pressure washer wouldn't stay running. Found these guys and they where on it! Great service and very friendly. I know where i will be taking all my Equipment too for Repairs!

Nothing like having a snowblower that won't start right before 3" of snow is forecasted. D & T matched my sense of urgency to get this fixed. They arranged to pick it up and drop it off so fast. What a life saver! Very friendly staff and affordable service.I'll be returning this spring for some horse trailer work.

Friendly staff, great customer service. They repaired the fender on my boat trailer and it looks as good as new! Not to mention they got it done extremely fast! Highly recommended
