I drive a F150 and lost a transmission over the summer. Best customer service around. They went above and beyond to help me out. This is the only place I trust to get the job right and at a fair price. I have been and will continue to be a long-time customer. I recommend them to everyone who need service on their vehicles.

I was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I took a second look at the invoice, NO mention of the tire rotation service, I confronted with the front desk person. He assumed me it has been taken care of. I walked to my car, I remembered that I do have a missing wheel hub cover for one of my tires. And the missing cover tire was still in the old place. I returned to the shop and showed him the picture. He immediately grabbed my key and one service man pulled in my car then worked on the rotation. So disappointed experience, you cannot trust these people, I have been there for many times but afraid this is my last time there...

I had some work done recently at the Car-X in Mason and highly recommend this location for its excellent service. I appreciate the knowledge and attentiveness given to my situation by the store manager, Eric. He explained everything completely and answered all my questions and made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. Car-X in Mason is the only garage I trust in the area. I've been to several others where staff talk down at me or try to add extra things that need to be worked on when they don't because I'm a woman. Here, I can trust that the guys will be fair, let me know exactly what's needed, and work with me if I'm not able to afford everything all at once. They go above and beyond with even their standard inspections- at a recent visit to replace my brake pads as per another service center, Jordon and his team found an issue with my front wheel bearings and we were able to get it all done, and now my car doesn't make any extra sound while driving! The guys here are very respectful and I really appreciate being spoken to like a reasonable person, and I'll continue to bring my car here even when there are closer shops to home.Services: Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Brake service & repair

I had some work done on my car at the Car X in Mason and the guys there were very professional and knowledgeable. The store manager and assistant manager Eric and Jordan were very polite. I would highly recommend this location if you need any car repairs or service!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Had rear passenger TPMS replaced on 5/17/2023 for a total of $162.88 which included a diagnostic fee. Went back on 9/28/23 for the same problem and was told that it was under warranty and there would be no charge to correct the problem. After two hours, they told me that the problem was fixed and I owed another diagnostic fee which was higher than the first one. I refused to pay and was told to just leave. Well, on 11/20/2023 the TPMS light is flashing again, only this time the manager, Jordan Maxon, refused me anymore service and hung up the phone before I was finish talking. I am out over a hundred dollars and Car-X refuse to honor their guarantee for the service they performed. Still in need of service.

We are so appreciative of the speedy service at 5242 Kings Mill Rd #1018! We needed a tire repaired and were given exceptionally good service in a timely and professional manner. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly!

Today's visit to Car-X on Kings Mill RD, Mason, OH, was exceptional. I visited the repair shop for brake services and several other significant repairs, and Jim and his team exceeded my expectations. What stood out to me about Jim was his transparent communication regarding the car's service needs, his exceptional customer service, and his solid commitment to delivering on time. I spoke to Bryson and was able to get an appointment set quickly. Technicians were able to get my car serviced on time and were courteous while I stayed in the lobbyFeb 2023: I recently went in for an oil change and also ended up needing new brake pads and rotors. They didn't have the size of rotors that I needed so I had to come back the next day but they really took care of me and put me as a priority as soon as I walked in. The staff was really nice and adjusted the price down since I was asked to come back. I will be back because of the professionalism! My car started overheating unexpectedly while driving on I-71, a while from home and not close to any mechanics I knew. I was nervous going to an unknown mechanic but WOW, I could not have been in better hands with Car-X. The mechanics were kind, helpful, and reasonably priced. They were also able to diagnose the problem, order new parts, and fix the car within 5 hours. I highly recommend Car-X!Service: Engine repair

Really a zero. Took several days longer than expected. Jordon was horrible would not let me speak to a manger as I asked multiple days, hung up on me, would not answer my calls, worst of all it was double what they originally quoted me and was not done properly. Truck started to overheat on the way home. I had to take it somewhere else to finish the issue. Jordon would not honor my coupons and did not rotate my tires like they were supposed to. He laughed at me when I told him I would never come back.Probably the worst experience dealing with Jordan over anyone else ever.

Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Extremely frustrating to deal with these guys. Went in for new tires and an alignment (which probably wasn t needed). Took 1.5 hours just for the alignment. Drove the vehicle down the road and the wheel was at a 90 degree angle to the left while driving straight. Called them right away and they got me back in the next day. Spent another 1.5 hours there, left and drove on the highway only to notice a severe pull to the left and the truck was shaking. Called them again and they told me their alignment machine wasn t very accurate and they would send me to another location.Drove 45 minutes to that location only for them to inform me that the Mason location gave them the wrong make and model of my truck and that my truck wouldn t fit on their machine. Called Mason location again and dealt w Eric who told me the only option is to bring it back to the Mason location so that they could look at it again for the 3rd time. Wouldn t provide a refund and gave me a phone # to his manager that doesn t work.Absolute joke. I will never ever do business with this location again!!

Jim and Antonio are the best!Traveling to Cincinnati ( Mason) Great Wolf Lodge from Indianapolis with the little grands and daughter in law. We noticed her car wobbled when she did a hard stop. Not wanting to take any chances I picked CarX in Mason from its reviews. Talked to Jim on the phone when we got there he was friendly and told us to bring it in. We did the next morning first thing( this place is so busy). He and Antonio accessed the need. Said they would take care of it to get us safe and back on the road. He even offered to drive us to Great Wolf when we dropped it off. He was down 2 guys , one had quit on him but he ( Jim) still found it in his heart to make sure we were safe to get back home. We are so blessed that God looked out for us and put us with the right shop/ mechanics. Thank you Jim and your team. We are forever grateful.Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I had Issues with their previous managers since they charged me for many services for check engine light ON but Issue was not fixed. So after reading my review new manager Jim called me and listened my Issue carefully and asked me to stop by. He is a very knowledgeable person and himself looked into the Issue of my car. He diagnosed and fixed the problems which their previous manager either ignored or couldn't fix. Jim made sure to fix my car to my satisfaction. Highly recommended this place. Jordan schedule me over the phone and I was immediately taken care of. Jim the Manager actually serviced my car. I have been a customer here for years and always feel that they really care about me and my vehicles. I came in get a few things fixed on my 2011 Chevy equinox. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable. Danhelped me out a lot he worked on my car so I greatly appreciate him and his knowledge of vehicles. Went the extra mile to makes I know exactly what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way witch means a lot to me and goes a long way with keeping repeat business witch they will definitely get. No looking forward to having more work done but when the time comes this will be my service center of choice 5 stars to The men at mason. Thanks again.
