Brought into Marysville for an oil change, and they charged me $375.00. Said they did a tune up also. When I asked if it was needed, he said not really at 43 hours. Then why would they do it?! He said he shares pricing with everyone on the tune up. I can assure you he said nothing about a tune or this type of pricing. He also said he didn t write up the original work order, but after I told him he did, he looked at paperwork and confirmed he did. He doesn t remember writing it up, but remembers telling me the tune up price . Regardless he clearly said it wasn t needed and still charged the amount. Very dishonest. Be careful here.

Very real service, they didn t have the part I needed right away, so they located the part from another source, was back up and running after 4 hours drive. These guys went above and beyond! Thank you!

Small town shop. Jason helped me purchase a Stihl 500i. Gave me a walk thru the saw and even threw in a hat or 2. Small town feel with great customer service. Very helpful and honest. I would certainly shop here again, just live 45 minutes away. Totally worth the drive, clean and organized shop. Thumbs up all around.

Awesome Staff!!! Looked for the Honda trimmer and got fed up with Lowe's changing the available date and pushing it back multiple times. Less than half a day, I got confirmation on availability, reserved, paid and took it home. I got basic instructions from the staff...plus they put it together...works great!!! Kudos to Voss Brothers!!!

Fast service, good repair work, reasonable price. In the past year, they have repaired both my lawn mower and snow blower promptly and without issue. It's the place to go to get good work done on your gas powered yard equipment.

Voss Brothers in Marysville, especially Josh, has been incredible to do business with. Over the past two years, I have purchased four separate Stihl products and various parts for other equipment I own. Regardless of what I need or the questions asked, I have received excellent customer service and insightful advice. I am completely satisfied with their products and their ability to diagnose and repair equipment as well. They are always friendly and are genuine in their desire to help. I recommend them often and plan to keep coming back.

The youngest of the three stores, can be a little difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area. The building is older but the inside is updated and looks much like the other two newer stores. Josh, the manager, is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Will likely come here when in the market for a new lawn mower.

I like this shop. Lord knows I've been to some mower shops. I drive a little farther to get parts here sometimes. Good counter guys.Last time some "customer" was hogging the walk mower display which was a downer, I am in the market for a HRC216HXA but wanted to look one over, kick the tires a little.

Very professional and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Would recommend doing business with them. Would like to see a little more wiggle room with the final price, especially if you will be spending 4 figures. Overall, my experience was a pleasant one.

Drove to Voss in Marysville to buy a new Cub Cadet because I couldn t get waited on at the dealer in Urbana.I couldn t be happier with my purchase. Josh at Voss Brothers was a great help and answered all of my questions.From now on, I will drive right past the dealer in my hometown of Urbana and go Voss when I need something.

They were able to diagnose and fix my chainsaw's lack of power issue and now it runs like a new saw. Saw is a Woodboss that I purchased new in the eighties.
