I've been a faithful customer for over 15 years. And today I was literally left speechless at (yes) how stupid good the service was with my son's flat tire. A simple thing, but I left feeling valued, respected and safe. I will continue to be a faithful customer!

While I am grateful for the same day patch plug repair that this store provided. The condition they left my vehicle in and the time it took to perform the repair is not acceptable. My drivers seat, steering wheel, door panel and center console were returned to me with oil / road grime stains. I was advised the repair would only take a few minutes, which turned into almost two hours. In the future it would be wise to have your shop employees wear rubber gloves while performing vehicle service and to utilize seat protectors and steering wheel protectors to cut down on the above issues. Having a store manager review the condition of the customer vehicle before releasing it would also be advisable.

There is many Tire Discounter stores in Central Ohio. The location in Marrysville is located over fifty five minutes from where I live. When they say they going to do it. Come hell of high water. They going to do it. This outfit here is a no nonsense, straightforward, honest, hassle free, extremely knowledgeable and have the technical expertise in staffing to knock out the job the first time. Many other places will try to upsell you on items, or wont go the extra miles when the store is closed and after hours. Thats not something you see really anywhere in the Central Ohio! No body is perfect. But these folks kept it real. They didn t lead me on. They didn t add a bunch of not needed work. They found the problems and got me back on the road the same day. This is why I trust Zach, and Brandon and the knowledgeable staff at the Marrysville Tire Discount Store. You cant get that type of service in Columbus. Hubs, studs, nuts, calipers, brakes, brake. Balancing, Alignment, Tires, and top notch services. I highly recommend them if you don t mind the drive. New to driving a F250 6.0 v8 tank. There extremely reasonably priced in services offered. Located near Walmart and the Marrysville National Guard Center. Thanks guys Your all awesome!

Not very helpful in an unfortunate circumstance. Blew a tire about a quarter mile past their shop and walked the cold to ask to borrow a jack to change to my spare. Dude at the counter lied and said they only had car lifts (could see the jacks on the floor by the garage doors). Probably would ve bought the replacement tire right then and there but they won t see my business anymore. Customer service is a big let down as the next closet tire shop offered me a lift back to my car and a jack lol.

Need better lodge couch or something for that I sit for 4 hours. Too bright. Too sunny. Need blind cover that I can t have expose by sun. Not happy. Back pain. Sit too long

It s been almost week since I got all four new tires - yesterday I was driving to work and started hearing a knocking and rattling sound when I would brake and turn. Get to work and find that I have a VERY LOOSE lug nut on the front right tire. Checked all the other ones on the same tire and they were kind of loose as well. The lug nuts on the back two tires were great! But the front weren t as tight as they should ve been.The service was fast and great but just make sure the tires are on securely.

I waited in-store for 1.5 hours getting a tire leak checked out. They told me it was my valve stem, took my $30, and sent me on my way. The next morning, my tire light was on again. I took the tire off, and clear as day there s a nail in it. After cancelling my day s plans, I called the store to explain my experience and they told me that if I waited another hour or so they might be able to get me right in. Not even a sorry . Will not be going back for any issue, no matter how small.

Used to love this place but I ve had my car there 3 times to get it aligned and the tires balanced. After the first time my steer wheel was slated to the left, the 2nd time they say they fixed it and then it slanted to the right. Was there yesterday and they say they fixed it and it still slated to the right. All 3 times the car seemed to rock as you drive over 55 MPH. After they finished with it, I had enough and took it to Honda Marysville, told them the issue and a couple hours later they said they balanced and aligned it. Also gave me the print out of the alignment and they were in disbelief that I had just came from another shop as the adjustments were significant. Happy with Honda Marysville, they were able to fix what Tire Discounters couldn t do after 3 attempts.

I had a tire losing air. They didn't have any appointments available that day so I took the tire off and dropped it off. It was ready the next day and when I picked it up the tech asked if I wanted them to put it on. Even though they were very busy they took the time to put my tire on. Great service

I was a walk-in customer who didn t even purchase my wheels and tires at a Tire Discounters store, but the staff there were more than happy to help me resolve my issues. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will sing the praises of the Marysville Ohio store to anyone looking for anything wheel, tire related, or any other service they offer. Couldn t be happier!!!

I went in for a tire inspection and rotation. The service staff called to my attention the poor condition of my tires. I asked if there were any special discounts currently taking place and I was informed of the latest. I then purchased four tires and even though I wasn't scheduled to have them mounted today they said they could take care of it for me within a reasonable amount of time even though they were very busy. I was absolutely delighted that they were able to do that and they did! I am very pleased with the service I received from everyone there.

It would have been nice if they cleaned off the brand new tires and the rims after they got them all messed up I had to take my car to the carwash Ham friends on the fenders you know whatever

Got 4 new tires installed and an alignment. Service was fast and the Manager of the shop explained to me I had 2 bad seals in my valve stems and TPS sensors. They changed them for me to assure there were no leaks. Great service, pricing was good. Would recommend!

I was told my tires would only take 1.5 hours to be done. After after 3 hours of not hearing anything I walked back over and they said it would be another hour. So I had someone pick me up since I had already wasted half a day. What is the point of making an appointment just to be given an estimated time that is no where near accurate. Customer service was terrible. Staff was rude. Do not recommend trying to deal with a guy named Brandon in there.

Had to order tires to fit my truck. Did so online on a Wednesday. Got a call same day letting me know they should be able to get them to the shop by Friday. Took my truck in Thursday night to get tires on Friday. Got a call letting me know I needed new tie rods (I knew I did) so I said go ahead. Got the tires and tie rods done sand day. Great service. Great communication.

I came in for a routine rotation and balance of my tires and ended up needing an alignment. The techs also checked a leak I reported in one of the tires and fixed a cross threaded bolt they discovered. As they pulled my car around one of the techs asked about a weird rattle my car was making. I told them it had been making the noise for almost 2 years but whenever I brought it up no one took it seriously. Despite a busy schedule, they brought my car back in on the lift to take a look and discovered a loose shock bolt. They tightened it for me and now my car rides like a dream. Very smooth and quiet! I was so thankful to be validated and have someone take the time to figure the issue out as I was going to be taking a long distance trip soon. I've been coming for years and will continue to.

These guys took care of me. Needed to get new tires and rims on my truck. Called a day before and they got me in. They were super transparent on what I needed (TPMS sensors). Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.

The guys at the Marysville, Ohio branch went above and beyond for me. I brought RV in to have tires checked for proper inflation for next day trip, upon inspection, they found that all 6 tires had terrible dry rot cracks and offered me options for replacement. I decided to replace all 6 but they only had 4 in-stock. They did find 2 at another branch but wouldn't get them till next morning. One of the techs (Logan Keeran) drove to pick them while the rest of the crew replaced all the other tires and then stayed over to finish the last 2 so that it would not cause us to be late arriving at the ball tournament we were driving to...all the crew at this location are amazing and willing to help you with all your tire needs. All I can say is Awesome!!!!

Jake took the time to listen and suggest the tires he felt were best. He explained other services offered and was able to offer discounts. We were scheduled the next day and all services were completed in two hours.

Had a wonderful experience! Doug replaced all four of my tires! He did a wonderful job and was the most polite person who has ever worked on my car! I appreciate their service and kindness! Highly recommend!

I bought new tires 11 months ago from this location. They were not aligned property. They said they would warranty them out for a $250 service fee. They inspected the car and told me my shocks were bad and that s what caused the issue. They wanted me to pay $1,700 to fix everything and would not honor the warranty. I went to another tire discounters location and they told me my shocks were fine.I can t believe they lied and tried to fleece me out of $1,700. I m now stuck with bad tires. Take your business elsewhere!

I arrived a few minutes before opening without an appointment with no expectations for an oil change. I was lucky and they had 1 opening to fit me it. I always get my car serviced here. The cost for an oil change (tire rotation included) is a fraction of anywhere else and the people are great.People need to understand this is not a drive-thru oil change service or an emergency tire repair shop. As I patiently waited for my car, I listened to Brandon at the front counter professionally deal with numerous people being shocked that they couldn t be fit in or helped in the next few hours. They offer good service and good prices, please think ahead and schedule your services and treat Brandon and his staff with more respect than I witnessed that morning.

Read until the end I replaced the steering and suspension in my old daily driver and took it in for an alignment once all the new parts were installed. Just a day after the alignment, the steering grew a huge deadzone and clunked at low speeds. I decided to take a look myself and to my surprise, parts were very loose, almost like they were finger-tight or hanging. I was fuming and I spent the entire day taking pictures and thinking what I would say when I took the car back to have it fixed.When I went in and explained, showing pictures, showing my frustration, the manager calmly interrupted me. He walked me through exactly what techs do during alignments and showed me in detail how the loose parts were a result of an improper installation method my own mistake. The lightbulb went off in my head, he was absolutely right. We laughted at the counter for a minute, and I thanked him for the explanation. They went the extra mile by fixing the mistake I had made and even realigned the car free of charge.Thank you for the alignment, thank you for fixing my mistake, and thank you for the humble pie! 5/5

I have had several sets of tires installed by this store over the past decade. Once again, when I needed new tires I called ahead and made an appointment, specifically requesting Cooper tires. Arriving at my appointment today I was welcomed in and set up promptly. Within a few minutes after leaving to wait elsewhere, I was notified that only three of my four tires were available today. They offered me another brand of tire or the option to return the following day to have all four Cooper tires installed. I settled for the other tires because returning the next day was not doable. Caleb sensed my disappointment, not getting the Cooper tires I had planned. Minutes after settling for the other option I was contacted and told the Sales Manager is going to drive to another location to grab my missing Cooper tire! Arriving and seeing the Ohio made Cooper tires on my vehicle was a relief. These representatives of Tire Discounters went over and above to see that I had WHAT I wanted WHEN I wanted it. They weren t lazy in solving this issue and I appreciate them. Thank you Caleb and the Sales Manager.

Friendly associates at the store. However told my tire would arrive on a day and didn t. Then told the next day and it didn t. Had to call the 3rd day and finally they got it in. Quick to get me in that day and discounted the service by 8%. Rearranged work schedule the first three days contributing to the biggest aggravation. Would have been 5 star without the missed promise of when the tire would have been made available.
