George is a nice guy but terrible assistant manager. He left six customer including myself standing waiting for over 45 minutes. This was the First time I tried the store, I order and paid for parts the day before. In and out no problem. Today bring lunch and dinner for the show. Boy was I wrong to think about switching stores and yet Not one mention or ask are you a veteran? Because we give a discount to veterans. They must not know time is MONEY. It was so bad that two of the customer put their stuff back on the shelf s and left. I know if I hadn t already paid for the parts I sure would have too. I think I will stick with the stores that know the value of a customer and their time. sad ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Every time I call this place no one answers I can sit out in the parking lot and no costumer there they won t pick up the phone this place really started to suck

I brought in an alternator to get tested. George was very thorough and checked it for two different amp outputs since neither of us was sure what it was originally intended to produce. George was amiable and allowed me to watch and chat with him as he tested it. When my alternator was toast, George even went so far as to test my new remanufactured alternator I was purchasing for own peace of mind.I had a good time chatting and connecting with George. He was professional, polite, and hilarious to boot.Fantastic service. Direct and honest answers for any questions I had. I hope to have reason to use this store again.Thanks, George!

O'Reilly Auto Parts is fairly new in Marysville. Consequently they knock themselves out trying to please the customer. I really appreciate that.

George helped me today. He was very polite and took his time explaining things to me. He was also very thorough while he tested my battery and alternator. I will forever continue to shop at this store.

They had an oxygen sensor tap that I needed and no other auto stores near by had one.Very friendly and helpful service. When I called to ask about it, they actually went and got the tool first, then told me that they had it.I told them I would be there in 15 minutes, and they had it on the counter when I got there.

I love goin in there when Jeff and Dylan are working! But I'm not impressed with the guy by the name of Levi he is very stuck up and rude to his customers! But as long as Jeff and Dylan are there I'll go buy parts anytime! There fun and love having fun with there customers! In my opinion Jeff definitely should be lead mgn and Dylan should be his asst. But that's just me! Thank you for having Jeff and Dylan and even Eric there before he left I enjoy there help Everytime I go in there!

Customer service is horrible. Cashier is slow lazy and rude. To busy listening to football on the radio to wait on customers.

I may be biased because I work for a competetor, but I stopped in after a shift to try and get a part for my personal vehicle that my company couldn't get. As soon as I walked in the building they saw my uniform and then very rudly told me to leave and that they won't sell to me. I explained that it was not for my company it was for my personal vehicle. They appoligized but after they way I was treated just because I had on a work shirt from a competitor of theres, I politely declined the offer and told them that I wouldn't be back again. I live in a small(ish) town and most of the part store have a relationship with each other because not everyone has everything. But for a company to come to town and tear down building to build across the street from a store that has been here for nearly 20 years and then treat people the way I was treated, I will never shop at another O'Riley's Auto Parts in my life no matter if they are the only place to get a part or not.

Very helpful and friendly. Replaced what we needed, offered suggestions to save money in the future..who does THAT anymore...Manager was awesome. Will choose this as my first place to go to. Thanks guys!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. They even offer to put the parts on your car right there, for instance a light bulb or wiper blades, parts like that. Don't think they would put a starter or brakes on your car.

Rarely do they have what I'm looking for...they do offer to order it...but i wnt it now...not later, not tomorrow

Worst customer service I've ever had from George. Would not warranty a lifetime warranty part that was 3 months old. Will never purchase anything from there again, will stick with auto zone.
