I'm 46 years old, and this is the best car service place I've ever used. They are really responsible, never charge you for stuff you don't actually need, and are just focused on making the experience as simple as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are now the only place I feel comfortable taking my car or my wife's car.

I can't say enough great things about this place. If I could give Meineke in Marysville 10 stars I would! Jon and Mary and the staff are spectacular. They are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. They are fair and care about the customers' needs and creating lasting relationships with them. I feel safe when I am there because I know I will be told the truth and not get gouged. They will save you money where they can. I highly recommend them - especially if you don't know anything about cars. You can rest assured these people have your best interests in mind. Thank you Jon and Mary!

I always love coming into Meineke! The owner is wonderful and his team always takes great care of me and my car. They even offer to run customers to/from the shop if someone s maintenance will take a while to complete. Truly above and beyond service! Highly recommend!

Had new cv joints installed about 12 months ago. Yesterday the right front one broke do to manufacturing issue. Jon and company got it fixed and back on the road in about 4 hours. Awesome job. Also mo charge.

I brought my car here because it would not start, and because they could get me in soonest. After diagnosis, they told me my exhaust system had completely rusted out, and that i needed a new one ($1300), that i needed a new harmonic balancer, and that my ABS light was on because I needed a new wheel bearing ($330). They concluded my car just needed a new battery, but I was a little suspicious of that diagnosis. When I picked up my car and started it (after paying a $400 bill), it ran terribly. So terribly that my check engine light starting blinking whenever I drove. I knew that something else had to be wrong. I eventually trailered it to my usual mechanic, who was able to patch up my exhaust system (which he showed was not completely rusted), but also eliminated the ABS light by replacing a coupler instead of the entire bearing. The greatest shock to me was when we found a coil pack (right next to the battery they had just installed) with a massive crack across the top of it. My mechanic saw two of them had already been replaced, which led him to the ignition module. After replacing both parts, my car ran perfectly smooth. This place charged me $400 for a battery I didn t need, and told me my car ran rough because I needed a new exhaust system (which they damaged while poking in places impertinent to the issue I brought it in for). If you need a shop that can diagnose your car and successfully return it with no problems, this is not the place for you.

I came in with a check engine light and left without one! The diagnosis they did matched what Autozone had concluded. While their estimate was 90 minutes to two hours, it barely took that. We were well taken care of the entire time, everything was explained to us in detail, and it cost less than the dealership would have charged! It couldn't have been a better experience.Knowing we were on the road, 500 miles from home, they even suggested places in walking distance we could have gone to to hang out and grab something to eat. It was a great experience! John is who helped us and he was amazing!

Overall very happy with this place. I take my cars here for oil changes all the time. I was upset this past time though because they replaced the battery in my key fob and it still didn t work and when I went in to ask about it it was somewhat of a my problem approach it seemed. Offered to give me a new battery but told me that in all the years they have been replacing key fob batteries that they have never had a bad battery so this was likely not the problem. I just was a little upset because I was maybe thinking they replaced the battery then drove my car out to the parking lot and was surprised they didn t notice at that time it wasn t working, but maybe they replaced it right before they gave it back. Either way would have been nice to have a better approach to the problem as I still went home with a key fob that didn t work.

They are definitely considerate of customers automotive problems. I found that appealing during my wait as my truck maintenance was being repaired. I like this place, straight and honest. They care about the customer, a rare quality nowadays. Would have given them 10 stars, cause 5 just ain t enough. My name is Neal, and I approve of this post!

Scheduling was easy. Greeted as soon as in the door. Jon explained the estimate process. Went to lunch. Was hardly 20 minutes later he called with estimates of cost and time. Cost was way lower than I thought. Had to order parts so truck wouldn't be done until next day. However, they got there quicker and had my truck back by 3:30.Runs perfectly.Thank you

This is the second time one of my tires has fallen victim to the debris on Rt 33 and the second time Meineke had me fixed up the very next day! Just replaced the whole set this time super affordable!

Good work, but I asked them if they would keep my drivers side rear tire for my spare. They said that they could do that, now I have to find a place to mount my spare tire to my spare rim. Now I have to pay to have it done. Thanks alot guys!!!!!@

I was a bit apprehensive because I I had to drive 36 miles for the services I have been receiving for about 7 years. However my apprehension wained and I felt so very welcome at this shop. Was in town visiting family and needed some work done. They got me right in, worked with me and my budget and prioritized what needed to be done right away. Completed the work the same day. A secondary issued popped up a couple days later, I called and they got me in immediately and took care of it! Fantastic customer service. While waiting for the work to be done, I noticed they greeted many customers by name indicating a lot of repeat business. I think that says it all. Thank you!

They got me in before my appointment time, which I loved. Young lady at the front was extremely helpful and professional. Had tires rotated and oil change took less than 30 minutes. Not to mention the price for everything was a lot lower than just an oil change at Jiffy Lube. My son just moved to the area for a new job. His 2009 Nissan Cube had been worked on by another Auto Repair place prior to his move but their were issues they hadn't fixed. Meineke replaced his rusted exhaust and within a week or so, he was hearing a knocking. He stopped in again, and they said he had a bad motor mount. They fixed it while he waited & car has been running great since.
