Sent a late night email hoping for help. Searching for my daughters first car. Jon and Kristen responded first thing in the morning and fit me in for a Pre-Purchase inspection. The inspection was more than I could have asked for. More detailed and better explained than any shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. Had this been the right car for her, I would absolutely had Jon handle every bit of maintenance for this vehicle! Please take your VW to Jon before you buy!

Great service on VWs of all kinds. Jon loves his work and you can tell by how he discusses your car with you. Much more reasonable than a dealer for service and they are VW certified for warranty work as well. We've been taking our cars here for at least 15 years!

Not a single soul on the planet touches my Volkswagen besides Jon. He and his wife Kristen deeply dedicated to high-quality maintenance and service on all things Volkswagen. The entire shop is immaculately kept, the grounds are comfortably landscape so one can sit outside and relax while the car is being worked upon. It's outdoors isn't your cup of tea there's a cozy waiting area inside with a sofa chair, television, bathroom etc. On top of that the fees are considerably less than one would pay at the dealership.

Simply the best for your TDI. Jon's Auto came highly recommended and for good reason - the service is top notch, friendly and priced competitively.I brought my 2014 Golf TDI (around ~98k miles) in, it needed several repairs and some maintenance (DSG service, engine cold start, timing belt service, etc.).Jon and Kristen were excellent to deal with. From day one on setting up scheduling, through chit chatting with my wife and five year old when we picked up the car we actually had a good time throughout the whole thing. They're great communicators as well (text, email and phone for estimates, confirmations, etc.).We'll def. be bringing the Golf back for upgrades and future maintenance, having a shop like this local is a gem for VW owners. No one at the dealership is going to care as much about your car as Jon does. Auto service obviously costs money but Jon's Auto feels more like your hiring a friend who happens to be an expert, I'll never bring my car anywhere else again, thank you!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Auto maintenance

I met Jon because my father took our VWs to Jon, one of the few easy decisions I had after his passing was where to take the cars he left me. Like many VW owners, my GTI is more than my car, it's a reminder of great times with my parents. I want those memories to last forever, so I keep taking it back to Jon's Auto.(Doesn't hurt that his waiting area is much better than any dealership's -his VW decorations are better )

I've taken my 2004 Jetta to Jon for years and credit him for it still running and being in relatively good shape 18 years later. It's a bit out of the way from Columbus, but on more than one occasion I've had my VW towed from Columbus to the shop and STILL saved plenty of money compared to a dealership. Additionally, Jon uses all German parts wherever possible, does only what is needed and completes the work very quickly, if not while you wait. On top of all that, Kristen is always helpful and friendly in scheduling and I look forward to visiting every time. Jon and Kristen have been so great about getting my GTI in better condition after a bad engine oil leak. Both extremely friendly, timely, and a great value when you compare to a dealership. Don t waste your time taking your VW to anyone else in the area. Jon and Kristen take time, and pay attention to detail to make sure your VW gets the PROPER care it needs. I took my car to a Midas in Florida a week before to get an oil change and they gave me a list of things that were not even an issue with my car. Not to mention they didn t replace a crush washer for the drain plug which created another leak. My car now runs great and Jon was very thorough in explaining the issues with my car with me. Jon and Kristen have been providing service to my 04 Jetta TDI for over 2 years and I am always impressed with their professional manner and excellent results. Owning older German auto can become expensive, Jon helps me avoid the high dealership costs which can be double what JON'S charges.. He is extremely reasonable and guarantees his work for two years. His recommendations are always spot on. With his help my cars performance has improved, steering and handling are better and my fuel mileage is better. The car is more fun to drive than when it was new. Thanks to Jon and Kristen! I Wrote this 4 years ago and I still use them, can't say enough about their high level of skill and knowledge.

Hands down the best VW Mechanic in the area. Jon has done EXTENSIVE work on my 08 Jetta. He is honest and his pricing is anywhere from 20% to 50% cheaper than MAG. He can also do heavy repairs as well like replacing an entire engine. If you want the best honest work done to your VW these are the people to see.

We bought a 06 Jetta TDI this year after years of searching. Even before purchase, Kristen (in our first conversation ever -- I'd not given them a dime before) spent nearly an hour talking with me through the decision whether to buy the car. After we bought it we took it in for a diagnostic, talked with Jon and Kristen to make a plan, and got extensive service for a great price. We also get great consultation after service -- Kristen has checked in with us to make sure everything's smooth, and our small concerns have always gotten considered responses and follow-through.European cars can be expensive to live with, and TDIs are certainly no exception. Jon's Auto brings service costs into the realm of the "reasonable," a bargain that for us has come with real confidence that the work performed is of the highest quality.

Had my 2010 Jetta Sport Wagen in for a DSG service at Jon's Auto Care. Scheduled appointment was excellent and was very flexible to my schedule for pickup time. Personally like to support local small business like Jon and the service was top notch. It is hard for me to trust anyone with my cars but I at easy with Jon's high level of TDI working experience. Would very much recommend this shop to anyone looking for VW or Audi service.

I have been to Jon a few times over the past few years for major work that's been done to my car. He and Kristen have been a pleasure to work with. Jon's service, and his depth of knowledge are second to none, as opposed to dealing with the people at dealerships. Jon's replaced my turbo to my MKIV GTi, after taking the time of methodically diagnosing it, as it was not obvious that is was letting go. He has also done my outer CV boots, both jobs were insurance claims from when I bought my vehicle and purchased an extended warranty. Ultimately, when there are jobs that are either past my skill-level or my garage capabilities, I'll always turn to Jon. Thanks Jon!

I want to take a moment to thank the team here. I had a poor service at another shop that is unresolved. I called Jon s shop and the time and quality of conversation they had with me was excellent. They thoroughly explained my situation in a way a non-car person could understand. These people are highly ethical and honest. If I decide to buy another volkswagen, this is the only place I will have take care of my car. Thank you again

If you have a vw this is where you should take your car. Don't pay the high dealer prices or let them throw parts at it to fix it. Take it to Jon's, get it fixed right, and spend less money in the process. Edit: probably should add I've been taking my 04 tdi to Jon since I became disgusted with the local dealer (quite a few years now), as well as my recently (new to me) purchased 2012.

Jon and Kisten are owner's of a VW diesel engine mechanic shop. They use VW parts in repairing diesel engines. Jon does the repairs and is honest about what he does and what needs to be done. He schedules future maintenance that you need.

I've been to numerous VW shops that refused to even look at my car, Jon didn't even hesitate and took on my car. After all of the problems I've run into he was able to fix everything on my car and i couldn't be more happy with my results!

We live in MT but have Jon do all the major service on ourTDI when we visit family in Ohio. Outstanding service all the way around, you will not find anyone better to service your TDI!
