After a long trip from San Antonio, dropping off the U-Haul trailer was super easy. I have not had auto work done here before but the staff and mechanics were friendly and helpful. It wasn t only a little shop with a small waiting room, but a modernly holiday decorated lobby area with a toys around. I would most definitely rent a haul from them again.

I took my car in to Jan's and I have never had a better mechanic experience. He was able to find out and explain what was wrong for free and gave me such a fair price! He even personally picked me up after my car was repaired. I'll be going to him for all my car repairs in the future.

I've been going to Jan Wilkerson auto care for the past five years and I cannot tell you that I've ever found a better mechanic in the Marysville area! I would drive 85 miles to go to him and I have before in the past. The level of detail in his work is unmatched to any other mechanic or dealership I have ever been to! His prices are more than fair and he won't pull the wool over your eyes. He survives By Word of Mouth and he definitely deserves a gold star for the quality work he does. Whether it be big or small Jan Wilkerson Auto Care really can do it all!

Took 2 different vehicles in for repairs. One was supposed to be a Couple Hundred and became $1500. The other was for a Passenger side shaft on a front side shaft. It became $1900. Because They wanted to fix things I didn't ask for. And refused to d anything unless I did what they wanted. I got neither fixedpassenger side Shaft.was for a

Have used them numerous times over the years and they are always top notch for auto repairs and items. This last weekend I used their uhaul for the first time and that was amazing as well. These guys are the best! I was road on a road trip from Baltimore to Minneapolis when I had to make an emergency stop due to my classic Audi springing an oil leak. He quickly squeezed me in and helped identify the issue. This shop is what car community is all about!

Jan, the owner is an honest and great guy. My family and I were on our way out of state and had an emergency with the electric brakes on our camper. Jan took the time right away and fixed it for us and had us on our way in no time. If we lived there he would definitely be our mechanic. I have been taking my vehicles to Jan for a year or so. I have an older Toyota Sequoia with high miles that he has running like new. He is timely and professional. Communication is fabulous. I don't necessarily price shop because I'm looking for quality of service and trustworthiness, and his charges seem very much in line. It is very obvious that Jan has a passion for automobiles that extends to the way his people take care of my vehicles. We were extremely impressed with Jan and the staff. Jan went out of his way to make sure we were informed during the entire process of having a new engine and transmission installed.Very rarely do you find a business that values honesty and integrity. Jan Wilkerson Auto Care has BOTH! They did not charge us for unneeded items and stuck to the original quote. We were very impressed and because of Jan's integrity we will be a lifetime customer!Thanks Jan for all your hard work!

Car Repair a place I know, was once a good place. Took 2 different Vehicles there. Was told $275 to fix one then told 4 days later $1900. I only took it in for a right side trans axle. That is ridiculous. Jan Himself said it needed more than that.. no it didn't

My brother went to this place first and he mentioned he liked it.My neighbor who owns a Lexus also recommend me this place so I went to check it out!They really honest! Staff friendly! Price is really fair!I took my car to change my right front wheel bearing and ABS sensor. I did not need an ABS sensor cause it was working well, the wheel bearing was the main issue. They replaced it and charged me under $220 (taking my own wheel bearing). Before taking my car to this guy, I got the diagnose at "One Call Auto Mechanic" in Columbus and they wanted me to pay $426 for the same job.Maybe my own experience won't be the same your but its worth to try it out!

The staff are friendly and professional. I've had work done 3 times in the last year. The prices are reasonable to the point that they price labor to the 10th of an hour not by the quarter, so I always feel like I can trust the prices. I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of their service.

I can t say enough wonderful things about the owner of this business. My family and I were on our way home from a vacation and my engine blew and we were stranded on the side of the road. Not only did he tow us and let us keep our vehicle at his business, he also dropped our whole family off at a local hotel. There are not a lot of people out there who would take time out of their day to help strangers the way he did and I am forever grateful. He deserves 10 stars. Thank you, again.

I went to Wilkerson for a U-Haul trailer and found a hidden gem in the community. I had to change my reservation and they were quick to assist me. When I arrived I found out that the car I borrowed had an issue with the wiring harness. Their staff spent time trying to clean the connections and ended up fixing the wiring for me so I could get on the road. Not only did they not charge me for the work, the employees refused to even take a tip from me for their assistance.Today customer service is a dead skill, but there is not question if I ever needed their services, Wilkerson is where I would take my Muscle Car. If they care that much about a stranger renting a U-Haul, I can only imagine how they would take care of my precious car.

Nice people here. They not only work on cars, they rent out Uhauls which is very helpful. I've used Jan's to replace my AC compressor instead of Honda of Marysville because of price and they educated me on different things.
