These guys do such great work...they're good at matching the paint petfect and the car looks amazing. They have made 2 repairs on my car front bumper and rear bumper.

Sam Jackson s is the one of best body shops in the Columbus area. Their honesty, paint matching, and quality of work is second to none. They make sure they use OEM parts when other body shops will not. When my 2016 Honda Accord got hit in Honda R&D parking by another vehicle, the vehicle looked better than before the accident. It is so difficult to paint match and blend, but they have it down pat. After that positive experience, I asked them to paint a Corvette ZR1 spoiler for my Z06. I wanted a perfect paint match as it is a show car, needless to say they hit it out of the park. I m glad to have a body shop I can trust like Sam Jackson s and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I brought my Dodge van into the shop to get fixed after hitting a deer. They did an AMAZING job! Looks like I just bought it off the lot. Whoever cleaned the inside did an AMAZING job! I have two kids under the age of five and let me tell you my van was not the cleanest. I m obsessed with how it looks all around! They did great!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They are amazing! Your vehicle will be in good hands here. I took my vehicle in for some major damage repair. With the global situation, shipping is backed up, so it took them some time to get parts in. Once they had all my parts, my car s repairs were finished in just one week! Everyone is super nice and pleasant (even with more persistent callers, like myself). I am currently on home on leave from Montana sadly I struck a deer and jacksons was able to get my car in on the following Monday the 29th and I told them my situation that I had to leave to go back to Montana in about 3 weeks they quickly ordered parts got my car tore down in total it took 11 days to fix which is mind blowing overall this was a very pleasant experience working with Jacksons very friendly staff I would recommend them to anyone they do amazing work I can not thank them enough!

It's always confusing to me when businesses that claim to specialize in a certain field simply choose to decline business with certain customers for no good reason.I went into the Poling Rd. location today because I have a bumper that needs to be painted. The front bumper on my project car was damaged during work on another part, so I hunted around and purchased a replacement bumper in the same color. This replacement part needs some paint work, but nothing difficult or complex. It needs to be sanded, have some filling done, and be re-sprayed.I brought this replacement part along with me so I could get a quote and, if the price was agreeable, just leave the part there and pick it up when they were done with the work.However, the guy working the lobby didn't seem particularly interested in taking my business. He very much had the vibe of somebody who just didn't really want to be talking to me. I told him that I had a part that needed to be painted and that I had brought it along for a quote. He told me that they "don't do customer parts," and referenced the reason being their "warranty," which is absurd. Apparently, if you want Sam Jackson's to paint your car, you have to allow them to purchase brand new panels. I guess if you have some scuffs or scrapes that you need repainted they're going to consider those panels totaled and buy new ones.They didn't even look at the part. The guy just told me they couldn't do it and awkwardly said good-bye. What body shop on planet Earth doesn't do paint-work? It sure would be nice to take advantage of the conveniently located shop out here, but I guess if I ever want to experience their highly-touted paintwork I'll have to crash a car so insurance can get involved and let them make margin on buying the part as well.A shame, since I think the shop may have actually taken the work if they had somebody more engaged working the front desk.

Took my car here for minor body damage that a neighbor caused when they backed into my parked car. The job Jackson's Collision did was outstanding. They were very good to work with and very timely. Damage to my brand new car was devastating to me when someone struck my car in a parking lot. Luckily, the driver at fault owned up to it and the process to get it all fixed was quickly underway. Jackson's took excellent care of my baby and kept me apprised of details. They got my car fixed properly and back to me as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend Jackson's for your collision repairs!

I am VERY thankful to have encountered this wonderful team! I had such a busy schedule consisting of working and going to class and Jeff worked around my schedule. Not only did Jeff care about getting my car fixed (and fixed right) but he cared about me as a person. Thank you so much for everything, your team did a wonderful job! My car looks brand new inside and out :)

Took my 2008 Toyota Tundra to Jackson's with some tailgate and bed damage. I was skeptical on how it was possible to fix it and make the bed look like new again but Jackson's exceeded my expectations! Looks like a new truck! I am extremely meticulous about my vehicles and they have exceeded my standard. I would highly recommend them to everyone, but especially people who are meticulous about there vehicle as I am.
