Was recently in the market for a new bike and found one that I was looking for at this store. I worked with Robbie who made the process absolutely flawless. He was very informative and got me on the right bike. I ve bought plenty of bikes from other stores around Ohio but this was definitely the best experience I ve had so far.

Very nice and clean dealer. What a great experience, no extra fees and they had the best price around. The staff was great and my salesperson Rob was fantastic he text me photos of the bike and went over the details with me. The sales manager Candi was very nice and quick with the paperwork. Picking up my bike was easy. What a pleasant smooth transaction with no bull here or added fees Thank you

I took my VTX 1300 in for service because it wouldn t start, I suspected it was from the over crimped wires at the ignition control module that I ve been dealing with since I bought the bike. After having the bike for two weeks they told me the stator was bad. I brought the bike home and replace the stater myself since they wanted $1000 to do it. The bike still would not start so I called them back and they picked it up and again after two more weeks they found the bad wire and replaced it. Makes me wonder how many people they tell your stator is bad when it s actually just a cheap repair, I just feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. DON T TRUST THEM! If it s an expensive repair you might want to get a second opinion!

If you want to have a good deal stay away from COLE SACKINGER!!!! He is the worst seller ever. He doesn't know what he is talking about, the whole process of buying bike was a joke, because he doesn't know what he is doing and his answers to my questions were vague and unclear. I had already a first hard inquiry from their store when I applied online, but he insisted on second hard inquiry like it is a normal practice. And be ready if you don't like your interest rate and refuse to buy the bike, you will hear F words in your direction!!! What else can you expect from such unprofessional worker...by way my credit score is 803.Update :I still want to leave 1 star for Cole Sackinger, because he didn't apologize for his words when I returned to the store. However, I received a call from Candi who was really nice and gave me a great deal on bike which I enjoy to ride now. That's how company should take care about their customers. Also, Cody is a great seller who put me through the whole process easy and quick, so SACKINGER has a wonderful teacher to learn from.

From the time we started shopping for our side by side, thru purchase and even after the sale when we have added accessories, salesman Cody has been great to work! Always answers any questions and willing to help. The service department is top notch. We live over 2 hours away but would definitely go back to Marysville for any future purchases!!

Picked up my New to Me pre owned over the weekend from Marysville Motorsports and can honestly say that from start to finish the entire out of state online purchase was an extremely easy one. Much appreciation goes out to my salesperson Ron Bland for his professional assistance and seeing to it that my experience was a positive one.

I filled out a form online on Honda Marysville Motorsports website to set up an appointment to get a new rear tire put on my 2004 Honda vtx s. Soon after submitting the form I got a phone call from HMM and a gentleman talked to me about what I needed. This was after normal store hours and yet he contacted me so quickly. After they ordered my tire and it came in, I dropped my bike off at HMM on Friday evening and by around 3:30 p m. on Saturday, they had my new tire put on and my oil changed. I had my bike back home by early evening on Saturday. I was very impressed with their service, especially this time of year when they're very busy. Thanks Honda Marysville Motorsports!

Took bike for oil change they pinched a seal.. bike leaking oil by the time I realized the leak who knows how much oil was out. Took it back they fixed it, manager said they would take care of me on next service. Took back in on the 20th and they charged me more than the last oil change. Just absolutely dissapointed in them. Time to do it myself. Honda powersports marysville does not back their work!!! They sow seeds of distrust.Try to avoid this dealership. Honda should be ashamed!

Great place to shop for a bike. Purchased my first bike today and the salesman Rob, couldn t have been more welcoming and helpful. He helped when I asked and left me be when I wanted to just look around. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable with many different brands of bikes. Made the process really easy and would recommend him as a salesperson to work with. Brooklyn was great to work with in financing as well. She was very clear with all my options and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Overall a friendly place to shop and would recommend if you re in the market for these kinds of things.

Just bought a new Gold Wing from these folks. Braden was great!! We had a couple snags but Braden worked hard to resolve them and he did! He was professional, responsive and went the extra mile to get the deal done! Ross in the service department also did a great job very professional and quick! Thanks also to Frank in parts for finding me a couple of needed accessories. Great group of people.

We are looking for a new side by side. We called and spoke with Cole. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even sent lots of detailed pictures of a used machine they had in inventory. He went the extra mile to take us on a test drive and answer more questions. Even though we did not buy that machine, he remained friendly the entire time. We will be working with him to find the machine that meets our needs. Excellent customer service!

I recently had to bring Honda Z125 in for warranty work. I noticed an issue with the bike upon picking it up. I expected there may be a "he said, she said" situation, but after viewing the issue Ross immediately said "we will take care of it". I have been conditioned to expect the worst in these situations, which added to the shock of experiencing a business that actually takes care of its customers. Thank you Marysville Honda Powersports.- Customer for Life

The purchasing process was seamless. Braden in sales made everything so easy, my paperwork was ready to sign as soon as I walked in the door. Brooklyn in finance was also a huge help! Thanks team for such a good experience. I will be back!!

600$ dollars to change tires, sprockets, chain and add sticker to wheels. Ripoff. it took them 2 hours. I bought in all my parts. 600$ dollar labor for two hours? That is a ripoff.I had a good experience with sales. Cody Snow is professional and helped me get the bike I wanted.Parts: Frank is a good guy, but I called about tank ring fitment, and they said they will only give me the information if they order the part for me. What is wrong with you guys. I bought the motorcycle from this place. Why can't a part number be given or confirm if something fits or not. Very unprofessional. And such things like an air filter was not available on a new motorcycle. Why not keep stock of such things. I now have the air filters. It was easy to get.Service: I learned my lesson. 2 hours of labor is $600. I will not return. It should probably have been $300 Max.At least they were able to get me in and work on the bike immediately. And perhaps their services techs are knowledgeable and do quality work.

Edit: I was able to touch base with the service center today when I went in person to clear out my bike. Though I retain the communication with me via phone was extremely delayed and difficult, I saw that they did in fact send information to the insurance company in a timely manner. Moving it to 4 stars because aside from the lack of people answering the phone, everything was done as it should have been.Old Review:Would not reccomend this service department. They are extremely slow with communicating with your insurance company. The estimate for my bike was completed after a few days but it took them two weeks to send it over along with pictures to my insurance. On week three and they still haven't sent me the estimate. Whenever I call I either get disconnected/hung up on or given the run around. The service department likes transferring their calls over to other departments. Not happy with the service and looking to get my bike repaired elsewhere.

Great purchasing from them but 4 months later I still don't have a title!!! The pissier part of it is that I totalled it, injured so bad I lost my job and still paying interest on this bike over a month after it was totalled with no end in sight! Who knows how much longer it will be that I continue to make payments and interest on this bike!

I echo so many other reviews here, Cody is the absolute best salesman! I test rode a bike and had a concern and he made sure to look into it ASAP. It came back fine, so I bought the bike and when he went to fill it up, he heard a squeak and immediately had the head tech take a look to see what the noise was. The sale was already complete and he didn't have to do that, but he did and that's exactly how you get customers for life! The process was very relaxed and not at all pushy, would absolutely buy another bike here from Cody if/when that time comes!

Poor customer service! I went to purchase a can am motorcycle and not once was my presence acknowledged not even a welcome in. 1 customer was being assisted and there were 3 other representatives who felt their conversation with each other was more important than a customer in the store. After 10 min I left. A 35 min drive just to feel like my business meant nothing.

I can't say enough nice things about the service department, we were stranded roadside while traveling from Indiana to Pennsylvania. We tried several shops to see if they could help us out, but none was willing. These guys went above and beyond to help us get back on the road and to our destination safely and in a timely manner. If we lived closer, we'd have all our service work done here.

The sales side was the best dealership experience ever. Quick and easy and most of the paperwork was done before I picked up the bike.800 miles later I get to deal with the Service side and that is a night and day difference in how my service was handled. They have so many bikes in for service they can not maintain deadlines, the communications is far from acceptable, the lack of paperwork is mind blowing and when you call multiple times to talk to a manager you get crickets! That means they do not call back! I like the sales staff but the Service side seems to be too busy to maintain a customer s expectations. If I have any other warranty work I am not sure I would consider this dealership ever again. It s sad to feel that way when the sales department did such a great initial job.So buying from these folks is top notch, Service is the bottom of the barrel.

Came up and looked at some bikes with Robert bland. He is very knowledgeable. Although the exact used bike I wanted was in stock he took my info and is going to call me immediately when they have one. Best customer service I have ever one.
