My first time going to a car lot to get a car. After I bought a car from a private owner a few days before coming here, the transmission started having issues the same night and I didn t want to put the money in to fix it. So I thought to myself what is a good car that will last Honda was the first that came to mind. Not only did they give me a good trade in on it they made the car buying experience one to remember the integrity and friendliness of these folks were amazing wasn t pushy and were very patient through out the processDawson was the salesmen he had a great sense of humor and was very understanding he got me in a 2013 Honda accord with 70,000 miles on it very nice and clean carLuke was the man in financials we went in and got straight to business he made the process quick and easy both of these men were both so great to work withWe will defiantly be back

Best experience I ve ever had purchasing vehicles. I have now bought 3 cars from them. Patrick the new car sales manager is not the typical manager . He exceeded my expectations by more than I could imagine. Evan was our sales person for all 3 vehicles and he is friendly and helpful. Very down to earth.

I visited Honda Marysville yesterday to look at Honda Pilots. I was greeted by Richard and he quickly helped me find just the model I was looking for. After a test drive, I decided that it was just the car for me. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. This was by far the easiest and most painless car buying experience I have ever had. Richard was fantastic. There was no pressure to upsell and everything was clearly explained. I would recommend Richard and Honda Marysville to any one in the market for a new car.

Me and my wife just came in today to finish buying our 2021 Honda pilot elite from Jared Tanner. I just have to say how professional he was and the dedication he has to come in on his day off just to get us in exactly what we wanted was awesome. I m sure it wasn t easy with all the check boxes the car we wanted had to have but he found it and got us in it. We just purchased our second car from Jabo Thompson. We bought a Pilot from him 8 years ago and it looks and runs like it s new, even with 235,000 miles on it. We like it so much, we decided to look at the new Pilots. Again, Jabo helped us find the perfect car. He spent a lot of time with us and we are very happy to recommend him.

I contacted John per his reply to this. He had someone drive a loaner out to where I work and take my van back in. John passed the baton to Curt, the service director, to handle the communication while the service work was being done. They re-inspected the van and sent me a video of the inspection. I requested the checklist from the re-inspection, but I have not received that yet. They repaired the rear bumper, put matching tires on the rear, replaced the wiper blades, battery, 2nd fob, updated the transmission software, amongst other things. I offered to pay for my half of the cost to remove the front bumper license plate holes as agreed at the time of sale. They did not take me up on that.In a follow-up phone call, they mentioned the additional work cost the dealership over $2,000. This work was simply to bring it up to Certified Pre-owned standards. (There were a couple good-will type things in there too) Which means the sales department let me drive away in a van that was over $2,000 short of the requirements to be certified pre-owned.I have faith John and Curt did what they could to make this right. And I am fairly confident I now have the certified pre-owned van that I paid for.The following is my reflection on my initial purchasing experience in hindsight. When I was going through the buying process, I didn t realize just how little I knew even after the immense amount of research I did going into this.The initial purchase experience:Our salesman Evan Kelley either didn t know the van was certified, didn t know getting two fobs is required for a certified pre-owned, or deliberately shorted me a key fob to make an extra buck or didn t want to go through the effort. The addition of a 2nd fob was part of our negotiation, it shouldn t have been. He even specifically said that it doesn t come with a 2nd fob even though it is a requirement for a Honda Certified Pre-Owned. I d avoid him if you come here.Our finance manager Michele Meyer was not pleasant to work with. She also told me some incorrect information which would have resulted in me paying a higher rate. My bank saved me there. When I called to talk about my options, she called me back on her day off to chew me out and say that I have buyers remorse and I m just looking for a way out of the deal. I never once said she deliberately lied to me, and I still will not say she lied to me. Although I do have my suspicions now. Do not work with her if you can avoid it. I d be paying a higher rate right now if my bank wasn t awesome enough to check in with me.My initial inspection report had Meets Standards checked on every box (except some N/A stuff that didn t apply to my van). After this van received a clean inspection, the body shop pulled a dent in the rear, on the sliding door, and did some paint work. Hmm.See the photo of the Certified Program Standards and Documentation/Keys/Manuals. I got NOTHING from the Documentation section when I drove it off the lotThe program standards section, My tires didn t match and there were obvious dings and dents larger than 4 because they pulled two after the inspection and there was one still in the van when I picked it up. Pretty obvious stuff if you re a technician.The inspection was signed off by a Sales Manager, Greg Miller. I would question any inspection report that isn t signed off by a service manager. I believe if sales is approving inspections, you have a major conflict of interest. I would also not accept an inspection signed off by Greg Miller. I am reluctant to mention the technician that did the inspection because I know enough techs to know they usually don t have the clout to take the moral high ground when pressed by sales.Would I go back to Honda Marysville to buy a car. Sure, if the price is right. I d be getting the car to my mechanic immediately.Would I let my sister buy a car from there? No, not without me, brother, or dad.Went from 1 to 2 stars because they made it right, but way too much went wrong initially for anything more than 2.

Evan and Patrick are truly amazing. The whole dealership understands customer service which is something you don t see much anymore. I have now purchased 3 vehicles (2 new and 1 pre-owned) from them and live 2 hours away. Will take the drive anytime to do business with them. They both deserve more than 5 stars!

My wife and I were looking for a reliable used vehicle. We were met at the door by Richard Norman. He was knowledgeable and had a laid back no pressure approach which we appreciate! We were there to look at a specific CRV, it had recently been purchased and without missing a beat, Richard had a great alternative instantly. We test drove the vehicle and upon our return Richard had gone above and beyond to get a deal in our budget. The paperwork was seamless and pain free in which we completed in a timely manner. It was about an hour from test drive to signing final paperwork. Adam in Finance was an absolute joy and explained the bill of sale completely. My son leased a new 2023 accord in August of 2023. We took it in for its first service, oil change and tire rotation on 2/17/24. While my son came home from college during spring break to detail his car, found the front passenger rim was damaged near the lug nut area. Most likely from the tire rotation. Called on 3/4 around 10:28am and spoke to Olivia, which I requested to speak to a service manager, and she asked what the issue was which I explained. She said she would have a service manager Chris or Kelly contact which, as of 2 days later never called me back. Very disappointed of Honda Marysville of their professionalism and integrity.3/14/2024- Update my review to 4 stars, Honda Marysville replaced the rim.

I stopped by Honda Marysville on Saturday, December 30th, 2023 to look at a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I was looking to trade my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. I did business with Adam Hatton and he did an outstanding job. He gave me a fair price on my trade. This made it possible to get the 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. This was the 3rd car I ve bought from Adam and will continue to do business with Honda Marysville in the future. Also, the finance manager Adam Hannah was excellent as well.

Hands down best experience I have had at a dealership. Unfortunately, I drove my Jeep Grand Cherokee onto the lot just to have something malfunction and cause my fuel tank to completely empty on their lot. I was mortified, but so thankful to Jason for calming my anxiety and helping me find an amazing new car! Between the test drive and selection to choose from I felt at ease and was able to choose the right car for me. Would highly recommend Honda Marysville as well as Jason Thompson!

Compared to other dealerships I have worked with, Honda Marysville has been the most efficient and impactful. Tony Callendar was very helpful throughout the whole process and was patient with me when I needed to go over the options leading to the purchase of my 2024 Accord Hybrid. Adam Hannah was also very knowledgeable and made the signing of paperwork quick and simple! Adam and Tony were enjoyable to work with and made the car buying experience as painless as it can be!Additionally, I had to bring the car in a few days later due to low voltage in the battery from the recent cold weather causing all the hazard lights to come on. I was able to get to someone in minutes and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour to get everything checked out. The service person, Lauren, was great to work with given how busy they were that day.

I purchased an Insight in October 2023. Bryan pushed me to get financing, as they wouldn t hold the vehicle for a few days while my money transferred accounts.I was rushed to get paperwork in, and was told I would hear from someone that day. It took two days to hear back. When they initially sent the paperwork, they didn t include the loan documentation. Bryan replied to my text with, Well that s because I suck at my job. This was also occurring after 9pm, which seems an unreasonable time to be contacting customers.I asked if there would be any finance charge, which I was told no and no finance charge was shown on the paperwork I signed. I went to pay off the loan a few days later, only to find that a $250 finance charge had been applied. I spoke with Bryan and his superior who both seemed annoyed and gave me a piece of paper, I think just to get me out the door. The paper said a $250 refund would be issued by corporate, but I had a funny feeling I d never see that check. 5 months later and still nothing.I d heard so many great things about this dealership and what they do for the community, so I was very disappointed by my experience. I doubt I ll purchase any vehicle from there in the future.

Update; Thanks John Stamm for reaching out, I appreciate you following up. It would have been nice if I could have dealt with you initially and skipped all the red tape. Unfortunately that wasn t the case, but the situation did give me the opportunity to shop around. I purchased a brand new (Not just the tires) 2023 Challenger for about 10k more with only 10 miles including some nice perks, a warranty, and the salesperson was more than happy to negotiate. Thanks to Ben and Tony s poor sales abilities I ended up with a much better overall purchase, so thanks to you guys as well, seriously.This review reflects my recent experience and not all experiences at Honda of Marysville. I have done business here several times with both Motorsport and automotive in the past and had very good experiences which is why when shopping for a car, Honda Marysville was the first place I shopped. The used car salesman Ben and Tony were extremely rude and full of themselves. I think they forgot that customers spending thousands of dollars are beneficial to the business. I made a good starting offer of $17,450 on a $18,001 used 2018 Dodge Challenger with 100,000 miles which is considered high mileage. I first spoke with Ben and he was very cocky saying they don t move off their prices and stated they could get more from an auction! Of course that isn t true because if so they would be selling all their cars at auction. At first, I accepted his opinion but then thought maybe this guy is new and doesn t understand the process. I called back to speak with another salesman and I get Tony. Tony stands by what Ben says even more arrogant and rude like I was wasting his time. I understand if they did not like the offer but decline respectfully. The attitude that I m wasting their time and being rude while I'm asking questions and providing information by sighing, interrupting, and saying is there something I can do for you is ridiculous and unprofessional. I had every intention of buying the car even at the asking price but it never hurts to ask. The answer is no there is nothing you can do! These guys customer service skills are questionable and off putting. They apparently forgot there are thousands of dealerships that actually take pride in customer service and millions of cars to choose from. Part of any car buying experience is a negotiation and customers trying to get the best value for their money. When respectful hardworking folks shop at a business to spend their money, one would think, the salesperson representing that business would be appreciative and respectful not cocky, rude, arrogant, acting like they are inconvenienced by customers, and wasting their time.

Everything was great start to finish. Set an appointment for test drive and they were ready for me. The various features and colors were gone over. Patient with me as I decided what I wanted. Getting/processing my information and documents were quick and easy! The financing was quick and painless! Todd was great as our sales guy and Brian in finance! I will go back for my car and my family even wants to now. Beverages and snacks were a plus as we went through the process.

I d been interested in a mid size truck for awhile and after a lot of research I narrowed it down to the Tacoma and the Ridgeline. We decided to go to Honda Marysville and test drive a Ridgeline to see if we liked it. We got there about an hour before they closed on a Friday and asked to test drive. They directed us to Ben who was super helpful throughout the whole process. He said no problem which one were you looking at so I can pull it around for you We test drove it and we really liked it. When we got back we checked to make sure they were still doing the 0% for 72 months on 2023 Ridgelines, and they were. We asked if he could get us an out the door price for that. Ben came back in about 5 mins with all the details. He was not pushy at all and was providing all of the information we wanted. We told him we would probably be back in the morning to make a final decision. He said no problem just send me a text when you re on your way and I ll make sure to have it pulled up and ready for you. We got there the next morning a little before 10 and Ben had the truck pulled up and ready for us. We told him we wanted to go ahead and get it. He started the paperwork with the credit app and submitted that and came back in less than a minute from the finance office saying we were good to go. He said there s one person in front of you for financing then we will get you in and take care of everything else. We sat maybe 30 minutes which I don t think is bad at all at a busy dealership. Dennis from finance took us back to finish paperwork. He showed us what kind of plans they had to offer, we declined and he was not pushy on that at all. After we finished up in there the truck was already detailed and ready to go! It had to be the easiest transaction I ve ever had at a dealership. We were in and out in under 2 hours with another test drive. Ben did a great job handling everything! I can t recommend Honda Marysville and their sales team enough.

Dawson Miller was personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Being a novice Honda owner, he answered all my questions and was extremely thorough with all responses.My son purchased his Accord at another dealership. However he did comment that his next Honda purchase will be handled by Dawson Miller. He was impressed.The entire process was streamline from the first test drive to signing the finance documents.I'm still smiling.
