Took my car here because I broke a bolt on my wife s alternator changing serpentine belt. Called they said bring in and they had it fix before we could finish lunch. Very reasonable price and fast. They have a customer for life now. Sure appreciate them

These guys are amazing. The customer service is top notch! I walked in with no notice and Shad dropped everything to help us!Our trailer wiring suddenly stopped working on a trip to Hilliard from Chelsea, MI. He diagnosed and repaired faulty wiring at the trailer and had us on our way in lass than 1/2 hour.Amazing! Highly recommend Shad and the team at Griffin!

I called to get an estimate for a piece of breakline fix... they ended up being one of the of the cheapest and closest one to us and could get us in the very next day. I say piece of breakline because I don't really have the funds to do it all, thinking it'd be wayyyy too much for me atm. Although, it is ol' rusty and I knew it needed more but I. Just trying to get through and get back and forth to work safely an hr away until I can save for another vehicle. Well, I got there to pick up and pay. It was a little more so I asked what issues they had. They said it was so bad they just replaced all the line. I knew it was bad. Bad bad. But I also thought it'd be a while heck of a lot more for it all. I was blessed this evenin! Thank you all for your services! So very much appreciated. (OH, also, thank you for fixing the hood latch, I noticed as soon as we got In because I was just telling my brother who was with me it needed to be fixed! Lol) THANK YOU!

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys at Griffin. I am a very feminine girl, and know absolutely nothing about fixing a car.The most I know is how to top off my fluids, change my spark plugs, changing a tire, and changing my oil. Maintenance stuff.So it was nice to be able to have my car fixed somewhere that didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what to do and also being kind enough to explain it to me in a way I can understand it without insulting me or making me feel bad for not knowing.I also didn't have to wait long to get my car back, and they were transparent from the jump about costs, and time. 10/10Service: Electrical repair

After showing up twice to have work done on my car. Both times the shop was locked and no one was there. The first time there was a sign saying they were closed due to an emergency. I get that, and thankfully I just lived in town after driving there. Was able to call the next day and reschedule myself. Then showed up on my scheduled date again and the door was locked and no one there. Tried calling with no answer I would suggest somewhere that s a little more professional.

I have many friends who have recommended this business to me. Marysville is very far from me so unfortunately i have to go elsewhere. I have seen the quality of work that he does and have been thoroughly impressed. Keep up the great work from one car guy to another.
