Let me tell you how nice it is to have a company that still cares about the customer. 2 cars with cracks in the windshield. 2 cars done within 1 week. They worked the second car in so both were street legal. Way to go Gates Brother's!!

Gates brothers glass Marysville Ohio did a fantastic job and did not have to wait very long to get my car back. I do not understand when i called my insurance company they wanted to send me out of town to get the work done hillard and somewhere else. Has anyone else had that problem. I asked don't we have someone (like Gates Brothers) that does this work. I prefer to stay in Marysville. So they looked on the list and said yes they do have them on the list. So thats where i went. I believe you. should ask if you want to deal locally . I want my money going to where i live.

Gates Brothers Glass is a very good company. We have used them on 3 separate occasions. First was an auto windshield replacement. They got us in right away, replaced and calibrated. Excellent service. Second we needed a special cut mirror for our old hall tree. Wow was our response when they were finished. Very impressive. Third we had our patio door replaced from damage. Tempered glass. Again great service and professionalism. Everyone from the very nice lady in the office to all the installers was a great experience. Had safelite replace a windshield and the next day I noticed a chip and the car hadn't even been driven. After they denied any wrong doing and the chip had now spread across the entire windshield. I told my insurance company I refuse to give them my business ever again. I was referred to Gates Brothers. I had my truck back same day and because they couldn't get my oem windshield in a reasonable time I ended up with the lariat model windshield with the f150 logo on it at no additional cost to me! I ordered a custom glass top for our kitchen table and it turned out beautiful. They were willing to work with me to get me a product at a price that I thought was right. Great customer service and great quality craftsmanship.

Horrible customer service. Called asking about custom glass cutting for a particular project of mine. The lady was convinced that aquarium glass had to be tempered and when I explained to her why she was wrong and it had to be regular plate glass, she laughed at me, said it had to be tempered (which is a disaster waiting to happen for an aquarium) and then she hung up on me. Do not go here! Waste of your time. Go someplace else.

Amazes me how rude a Local business can be. Called to inquire about having them replace the glass of a window and the response was " You want us to repair your window? Sure, but we can't guarantee we won't break it". Uhhh... ok??? I told her no thanks and she sounded sarcastically delighted when I said that. Just sitting here in shock.... well, that's one place I will never call again
