I bought a used truck from Kendall here this week and have nothing but great things to say about how I was treated and the level of service Kendall provides. He went above and beyond to help with details during the sale and even more so after the sale to get the vehicle to me since my wife and I have a newborn at home. Friendly, professional, and exceptional customer service. My family will be back next time we re shopping for a vehicle. Thanks Kendall!

Disappointing. Granted, I did show up without an appointment for an oil change. However, there was 1 customer before me and not a lot of customers trying to get in. I was told 45~60 minutes...took an 1 1/2 hr. They couldn't rotate tires as the lift they needed was being used... Wiper blades were 2 weeks back ordered...Cabin filter was 30 days back ordered...Staff seemed annoyed I was there to give them money. $100, btw, for an oil change. I'll be looking for a new place.

I went to 2 other Cadillac dealers in Dublin and they couldn t fix a noise coming from my sunroof. I decided to take it here after a technician was beyond helpful and figured out the issue without even seeing my car. I took it in and fixed!

If I could put 0 stars I would but not for the dealership, for one of their sale reps. I'm not sure how many women this may have happened to but let's get into it. I was looking at a honda fit and got a check up call by a man named moe (if that's his real name) and he was wanting to schedule me for a test drive. I told him I had to talk to my boyfriend about it since we have different days off and if any met together. I had a very pleasant call with moe about cars and car interests. He said he loved my personality and offered me a job. I was very interested as I make 11 an hour currently. I exchanged numbers with moe for an update on hourly pay and the honda fit. I never got the hourly and no longer interested in working at this dealership. I had some very pleasant conversations with moe about unrelated things and my reasoning for wanting another job. The topic that caused issues on 2/16/2024 at 7:30pm were tattoos. Moe asked if I had any and I said yes and SAID what my tattoos were and he asked if I wanted more. I said yes and made a joke of "yes I want to be covered like a high-school desk" and he replied "that's hot"....... instantly blocked and I have no idea how many women he's done this to but he should not work there for him to just get women's numbers taken or not. I felt very uncomfortable when he replied "that's hot" my boyfriend, mother, father and me are not happy about any of this

Great car shopping experience. Adam Bryant got the Dodge Ram I wanted with no hassle, and it was a good deal for our family. The truck drives amazing, and it is better than I deserve. They even setup my mobile phone on my truck. In all, I would absolutely recommend.

So Kendall was great! I wanted to start off by saying. Actually the whole staff that I encountered was ok! But my issues lie with the vehicle. Two hours after purchasing a 2014, keep grand Cherokee, the oil change light immediately came on, then the very next day it said oil changed required followed up with a check engine light coming on! I took it to Midas where I was told it was a bad thermostat causing the car to over heat which could of been caused by low oil pressure also the rotors shake at highway speed when braking I had a headlight go out within the first week! And on the original ad one of the amenities was a back up camera which this truck does not possess ! I called and vented my frustration to Kendall but was reminded that this vehicle was purchased as is ,I haven't even made a car payment yet and I already had to pour hundreds of dollars into it during the holidays with no help or understanding from there service department that service said vehicle, I expected this from a smaller place not one as notably known as Coughlin

I recently had a great car/truck buying experience at Coughlin Marysville. Christine C was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and guided me through their inventory to find the perfect truck. The entire process was smooth, and her professionalism and customer-centric approach made me feel valued as a customer. A big thank you to Carl the manager for assisting with the closing of the deal and not making me feel pressured to move forward. I highly recommend Coughlin Marysville for their excellent customer service and a pleasant truck buying experience.

Took my car in for a recall because I got numerous post cards from them. Asked for a price on diagnosing why my trunk doesn t open. $175. They were nice to me up until I said I didn t want to have them diagnose what is wrong with my trunk. Went to pick up my car the guy was very unprofessional. Said I guess we only did the recall then? I said yes. He never told me what they did he sat the papers on the counter and keys and said well you re good to go then. As I was leaving the man looks over at the female who was working up front as well and starts questioning if I owe money and says hurry because she is leaving now. Made me feel as if the guy thought I was lying to him. I even told him when I dropped my car off to not check the trunk. He pointed at the female who was pulling my car in and said you need to tell her. I will not be returning there again.

I wanted to share my experience purchasing my new pre-owned car from this dealership. Our family needed 2 cars this year, unexpectedly - If I could only go back in time and purchase our other car from this dealership I would. The team was smaller, friendly and appeared to care. Prices were fair (although the market right now is outrageous.) When finalizing the sale I was not forced into adding additional coverage but merely presented with my options. Christine continues to message asking how things are and I appreciate that outreach/follow up. I would recommend this dealership without reservation based on my recent experience.

I worked with both James (salesman) & Shawn (sales manager) and had a outstanding experience. Like no other car buying experience I've ever had. Purchased a new 2019 Ram Rebel (loaded) from them and they even went out of there way to locate me one out of the state. I worked with three other Ram / Tundra dealers and they came out on top in the three most important categories at least in my opinion... Professionalism, Product knowledge, and Price. I really was blown away with this "new" type of a car buying experience.... Give them a shot for your next new car.

Top notch experience with the Service dept of Coughlin CDJR and the Service Manager specifically They did a very thorough and unbiased Pre Purchase Inspection on my behalf, they were very flexible and efficient timewise, and their pricing was excellent. Thank you Jerry, I really appreciate your help!.

Christine in sales was top notch she answered every question and understood our situation. We purchased a truck from her. Went in for the first service and Jerry was a huge help. Need to go back in because not everything was completed that we planned on.

Found the truck I was looking for online. Christine called me to confirm I was interested and took my info before coming in. Once I arrived the entire process was a breeze. I would definitely return to buy another vehicle from them.

My husband and I were hesitant about going back here to look at cars due to a past experience. We were greeted by salesman James Watkins who was wonderful! Never once felt pressured to buy or rushed. He was so helpful and made the car buying process a good one! Highly recommend seeing James if you go in!! Thanks for the 2020 Acura RDX James!

I would not recommend this dealership. Bought a new 2020 Ram 2500 there in 2020. Sales team was great. Service team is not so great. Like most new vehicles, I get hit with a few recalls within the first couple years. I call Coughlin to make an appointment, get up early and drive 45 minutes there to hear they don't have the part. You would think it would be standard to check inventory before scheduling appointments. After this happened a second time I complained and they said they would start checking parts before making schedules. Well this morning it happened a third time. I get there early for a recall part and like before, they do not have the part but they scheduled me for the appointment. I called a different dealership and immediately was told that is standard for every other dealership to get the part first and then schedule the appointment. At $6 a gallon diesel fuel a 45-minute trip is not cheap and now I would have to make two trips again if I didn't go to a different dealership that actually checks their inventory.

Tom and the finance manager were fabulous. We researched the vehicle we were interested online, called the dealership and did everything except signing documents via phone. When we arrived everything was ready and waiting for us. No bait and switch, no wheeling and dealing just straightforward honest service. On paper the deal was exactly what had been discussed. Tom and the finance manager were fabulous and friendly. I was not excited to drive 2.5 to 3 hours for a car but after negative experiences at other dealerships and the ease of working with Tom I'd definitely do it again.

I continue to have outstanding experiences with the service department. My wife discovered an air leak in her right rear tire so I immediately called and setup a service appointment for the same day. I brought it in and the service department found a 3/8" x 4" threaded stud buried in the tire that caused the leak. They plugged the leak and had me back out the door in less than 20 minutes for a very reasonable cost. Great service and responsiveness. I will definitely come back.

Friendly people. Quick turnaround. Clear communication once I got to the right place. The people there were friendly and the price was competitive with the other places in Marysville. The aesthetic of the customer experience could use some work to make it more welcoming. It seems toward the outdated side of dealerships I've been in Ford/Honda in Marysville. Again, nice people and the work seemed good.

James, Shawn, and Tony were all very nice and helpful when I went car shopping today. No one tried to pressure sale and they answered all my questions and gave me some car recommendations. The dealership was so inviting inside and everyone I spoke to were friendly. I ll be recommending this dealership to anyone who needs a new car.

Dealing with Coughlin was an easy and great experience. The used car we purchased for our son had new tires, and seems to be taken well care of. I was also told that the car had been inspected, but found a leak under the hood. We took the car back to the dealership, and spoke with the dealership as well. They are going to take care of the issue that was found and will contact me once it is completed. I would not hesitate to deal with Coughlin motors on another purchase.

Had my 17 year old daughter go in for a regular oil change like she had done before with no issues. Came home complaining it cost basically $100. I called and left a message for the service manager to call me so I could figure out exactly what happened. Full synthetic oil change even though paperwork said semi-synthetic was $70, and then she was upsold on a tire rotation which was $20 + tax so right at about $100.Service manager seemed agitated right from the beginning of the conversation with me even asking what had taken place. We both agreed that both he and I weren't there and I stated that my daughter told me she felt like she was told she had to get the tire rotation as in not an option. I told the service manager that I do not think it is right upselling a minor on service of which he mentioned it was only recommended to her and he didn't care how old anyone was if there car needed something it would be recommended to them. I responded by agreeing to recommendations but again not to upselling a minor. As I was talking to him I would like to think that he did not hang up on me and that my cell phone dropped the call or something like that happened but the call ended and I immediately called back and left another voicemail saying that again we both agree that he and I were not present and I can only go off what my daughter told me but I felt the tire rotation should be credited back and for him to give me a return call again. It's been a week since our phone call and nothing and just over a week since the oil change. Not the best experience by any means.

Great experience in buying! Christine answered all of our questions and had a no-pressure approach. There was no up-selling or redirection. No one gave us any "trapped" feeling where we didn't feel like we could leave. In the end we purchased a truck from here and might again in the future.

While the employees are nice and I've had no issues with anyone personally, and like everyone I've dealt with, two major snafus in service have sent me away for good. I've taken my 2017 Jeep Cherokee here six times for routine maintenance. The second time, June 22, 2018, someone failed to properly attach either the oil filler cap or drain plug, and the engine jettisoned most of the oil in short order. I was able to limp it back to dealership before a meltdown (only made it a mile or so down the road before realizing something major was amiss). Fortunately no permanent damage occurred but this could have been a disaster.I would have gone elsewhere after that, but - only after I asked for some sort of remediation - they gave me four free oil changes. All was well through those subsequent services, until today. After spending about $450.00 for routine service and new front brake pads/rotors, I noticed the traction control disable light was on as I drove home. Pushing the traction control on/off button did nothing, and it was back to the dealership. Some error was made during the service, which disabled traction control, and the cruise control. They fixed their error pretty quickly but it cost nearly an extra hour of my time.More importantly than wasted time due to these mistakes, is a loss of trust in their ability to competently handle repairs and maintenance. Two of six visits resulted in major errors by the service department, and that's too much. Time to find someone new to work on my Jeep.

I ve had an amazing experience with Tom Mcaddo!! He met all my needs and kept me very informed on my vehicle about when it would arrive. Since he knew I was flying out from New Jersey he even took it upon himself to pick me up from the airport and take me straight to the dealer to sign the paperwork!! Thank you for all you help and responsiveness will definitely return for the next vehicle!!

I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. My Overall experience was excellent. The Staff treated me like a human and not a transaction. The entire process lasted less than two hours. They understood my needs and was able too offered a solution a lot less than my budget. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from the Coughlin automotive group.

I recommend them at the highest levels on everything. Ryan in the mechanical department worked on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and was the best. All were great and very accommodating. We will Definitely continue to use them for our Dodge ram truck as well.. Great dealership and great people. You will love them as much as we do. Just amazing. You should definitely use them for any needs you have. Buy from them and use their repair department and you will be very happy for it.

Purchased, a 2012 chevy 2500HD from Tom McadooAt this dealer. After the purchase within the first week I encountered issues, after calling the dealer they refused to help with repairs. The tech I spoke to on the phone said they knew it needed glow plugs which I have since replaced about 400 in parts. The main repair was the def tank heater which was a 1k repair I had to perform within the first week of ownership. Also I bought the truck for top value even though I had to put a new mirror on and chrome bumper cover on rear of the truck about $600 in parts. This dealer will lie to you and when you ask for assistance they turn you away. In all the vehicles I have bought from a dealer I have never had to perform repairs within the first month of ownership. This dealer will do the bare minimum for you look elsewhere for a used or new car. Highly not recommended. The least this dealer could of done was covered parts or labor.

I had such a wonderful experience with Tom McAdoo on my recent vehicle purchase. He made the process smooth and enjoyable, which as we all know is a rarity these days. Thank you very much for a great experience, will definitely be back for future car purchases.

I've mainly only dealt with the parts department. Their inventory is great. If they dont have the part you need they can get typically get it in fast. Quality of replacement parts is always excellent. I highly recommend using original equipment parts for most of your auto repairs. I compared the same part from the manufacturer and one from aftermarket and hands down the OE part is way better quality and the price is usually close to the aftermarket. Surprisingly quite a few parts cost less than the aftermarket part stores.
