I went in and they stripped my oil pan and gave me a safety plug. They told me they would give me a free oil pan and oil change next time I came in. I called before going to make sure they would honor it. The guy said he would talk to the owner and call me back. I never received a call back and now I'm stuck with paying for a new oil pan. Don't take your car here.

New in town, went in for an oil change. They were nice but I sort of felt like an inconvenience for asking them to check tire pressure and change out a brake light as well. Also, my headlight stopped working right after they checked them, when I replaced it later, it had the wrong bulb in it. Seemed a little shady.

Worst experience ever. Went for an oil change and left with a stripped oil drain bolt and said they couldnt do service. I went to the parts store got a new plug, oil and filter went home and did it my self. The part that gets a review is that after 10 minutes of screwing up the bolt they then asked who last changed the oil and said they screwed it up. Take blame when you mess things up. It happens. We are human and cars are made of junk metals.

This place sucks. Customer brought the car to me because the oil light came on. After getting under the car and inspecting I found that the drain plug for the oil pan was completely missing. Do not go to this place they will ruin your car.

Fast service, great customer service. In and out in 20min. These guys did great! Even changed a brake light for me while oil was draining! Highly recommended.

I ve gone here at least the last 3 oil changes and I have always left happy. I never leave reviews but tonight made me feel like more than just another oil change. They fixed a couple things that I had been dealing with and they made it seem like not a problem at all and a quick fix. They weren t rude because I gave them extra work, especially so close to closing. They were both genuinely kind. This was great customer service and I m huge on customer service and would never return if I wasn t satisfied. The kindness and professionalism of them makes it the only place I ll ever be getting my oil change from now on. As well as work done....found out they have a repair shop as well! :) I appreciate the hard work alongside the kindness and honesty.

I have used Checked Flag the past 6 years I have lived in Marysville, no issues. On 7/25 Monday afternoon, right before a drive to Pittsburgh, I roll in about 4:40pm, for an oil change. Young man comes over and says he can't take me as they have a client and it will be 20 minutes. I let him know that was fine. He said they close at 5pm (website said 6pm) and it takes them about 30 minutes to shut down because of new software, so they cannot take me, please come back tomorrow. I think I will try someplace else that wants customers.

My exhaust pipe broke off. It was just hanging there. My car got so loud and the gas mileage dropped. My car is old and I was afraid that the price would be too high. I know my car might not make it much longer and I didn't want to put too much into it.I was afraid this price was too good to be true. (Other places were quoting me almost twice the price) For the first time ever I was actually charged the minimum price. Cory who I talked to on the phone and fixed my exhaust was so incredibly nice! He let me know right away what was going on. I was in and out within a half an hour. I'm still shocked at how little I was charged. I will be going here for all my car needs and recommending them to everyone. LOW PRICES FAST SERVICE TOP QUALITY WORK BEST CUSTOMER SERVICEThank you for the great work! I feel like I have a new car. I ve gone to this place a couple of times with no issues and fast service, but on my last visit they completely stripped my oil plug. It was a 600$ fix and I had to find out when I brought it into my service repair shop for continual low oil despite me putting in more. I d rather competency over speed so I m giving them 1 star.

We have been coming here for a long time both with old and new owners and have never had any complaints with either. They try to get you in and out as fast as possible, but they also are very thorough. I like the fact that they have so many checks and will quickly replace wipers and bulbs and not charge that much and save me the hassle. Try to take your car into the dealership and you will experience much more hassle and wasted time.

Guys are supposed to change their own oil, blah blah blah. This place is cheap, quick, and they never bs me. And when I say quick, they probably could have my fluids changed before I finish this review, never have sticker shock bc they are upfront with prices and never push anything, just suggest. Been going here 5+ years, not one complaint

Got my oil changed here three times, first two were good but the third time they didn't properly tighten the oil filter all the way and I leaked out all of my oil. Luckily I checked my oil in time or my engine would have been trashed. Took my car back and they offered me a free car wash and 5 percent off the next oil change for the inconvenience.

In/out and don't have to get out of car. They check all filters, even the one in the glove compartment. I would not have believed it was there if I had not watched tech check it. Great price, I get coupon from Value pac. Courteous service.

I was nervous taking my car to someone else. But the associate told me everything he was doing on the oil change. He took the time to put air in my tire and do several checks on my car. I needed a new oil plug (which I was unaware of). Definitely recommend.

Took my 2018 Subaru Outback there to have my oil changed back in January. Just dropped my car off at the dealership for required maintenance. Got a call that the last place, "Checkered Flag" in Marysville, that changed my oil had messed up the oil pan so bad,, they torqued on the bolts and stripped them and bent the pan so bad the whole thing had to be replaced. Also, they charge $100.00 for just an oil change, and the dealership only charges $69.. complete ripoff!! It is my opinion and experience that you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! If I could give them a zero, I would.

Worst experience of my life!!! Way overpriced. Can get the same oil change for half the price at Walmart. Also there conventional oil is not conventional. They use the same semi-synthetic oil for the better blend plan and the basic plan. Also half the time you buy full synthetic they will use the gun of oil and not give you full synthetic. And if that s not enough when you drive in you feel the floor flex down and crack. One day someone s car is gonna fall threw it. This place is janky and is owned by sketchy people. I advise you to stay away!!

Stopped in for the first week of new ownership. Great service and brought a donation for the local food bank and got a free car wash. Not sure what the previous review was talking about, seemed like a decent wash to me.

Had transmission fluid, filter, and gasket replaced and was told it would stop the leak. Unfortunately, it is still leaking. May have to take to a mechanic to fix. As for oil changes, I felt they do a good job. When I had the transmission fluid done, they gave me a free car wash.

Stopped in for an oil change and I of course expected to pay a bit more for convenience however, $60 plus for an oil change??? Go to Meineke cost me $35 for an oil change and tire rotation.

Absolutely the best service EVER. Professional, friendly, and courteous. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I hate and distrust mechanic shops, I have for most of my life. Checkered Flag is the only shop I truly believe.

Horrible service went back 3 times to find out they caused the leak by leaving 2 gaskets on the filter and not get a refund when they say they will since the dealership had to verify this- good luck contacting themService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They do a great job changing oil and I would recommend them to anyone. People are nice and asks you if you need wipers and so on.

Absolute best drive-through car wash I've ever been through reasonable priced cleans black cars exceptionally very pleased I use it two or three times a month the $12 wash is very worth it

Super speedy service. Friendly staff. A bit more pricey than other shops, but if you don't have time to do a long wait at other shops I guess that's the convenience you pay for.
