Completed my oil change and tire rotation for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. Checked brakes and gave an honest assessment that repair was not needed. Will definitely use them again.

1 year ago we bought new tire from a discount tire shop from day one the tires were not balanced. We took the vehicle back to them 3 or 4 times we even used a different location trying to get them fixed. THEY did Nothing to help. We took the van to Boyd s and he found the problem 2 wheels were needed weights one wheel needed 6oz. We were so grateful to finally have the van ride smooth and all with 1 visit. I high recommend Boyd s early drop off was a breeze and they called right away to let me know what was wrong.. we will be retiring with a second vehicle!! Thanks for the amazing service.

I arrived at my appointment time. They soon checked my car, explained and showed me the problem. Give me options for repair. The repair was made. I paid and left. Simple as that. Couldn't be happier, Thanks.

Over all the service was good. However I do not appreciate a $30.00 surcharge fee just for using a credit card. This was not included in my balance they gave me at the time of payment. I had to find out I was charged the fee by the amount taken out of the bank. This is shady and unprofessional.

They made an effort yo get me in on the same day I called. Their service people were polite and efficient. The young man that worked on my tire did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Boyd"s tire Service!

Had a 12:30 appt for an alignment. Van was dropped off at 11:30. Van was done at 4:45. Mind you they close at 5 pm. Why make an appt?? On the flip side they did give me a $10 discount coupon for the service they did.

I get all my wheel work done at Boyd's. That includes farm tractor, lawn equipment, cars, and truck. They always do a great job.

We had an issue with our tire. Boyd s was able to fit us in. They also worked with Goodyear for tire warranty. Quality workmanship and great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

My wife got new tires on her 2017 Volkswagen Jetta from Costco, but they do not do alignments. So we got online and scheduled an alignment with Boyd's and quickly received a reply confirming our appointment.We dropped the car off after hours, and my only complaint with the entire experience is that their drop box for keys just dropped the keys behind one of their bay doors, but there's a ventilation hole below the slot and I could pull the keys back out through that hole. However, I was able to get my hand in the ventilation hole and just tossed the key drop envelope into the shop where they couldn't be easily reached from the outside. I would ask Boyd's to improve the security of keys dropped after hours.Anyway, our appointment was scheduled for 8am and by 9am I received a call stating that the alignment was complete. We picked up the car later that day and the adjustments that I expected that needed to made were the exact ones that Boyd's found. They did not try to add on any more services or anything that other shops do. I expected the alignment to cost around $100, and that's what it cost. If only I had the $20,000 alignment machine, I could have saved myself $100, haha.Overall, I would recommend Boyd's for this service, and will more than likely bring my other vehicles to them when I need an alignment.

Great experience! I called in asking about a tire. The tire wasn t in stock, but it was called in and arrived at the shop with an hours. I was able to get my car in same day and for half the price of a dealer in Columbus. Highly recommend!

We regularly do business at Boyd's. Most recently they repaired 3 (actually did all four by their own choice) wheels leaking at the valves, free of charge.

They dropped a wrench socket when they were changing my dad s oil, and it eventually fell into the steering column, locking up the steering. That could have gotten him killed, but of course they deny responsibility despite being the only ones who had recently worked on that vehicle.

This place is Hidden Gem for old school muscle cars. They are good at working with old cars repairs and maint. I would highly recommend this place for your old car repairs.

Original General tires purchased resulted in high speed vibrations. Boyd s rebalanced but did not fix it. Boyd s replaced w/ Goodyear tires at my request. Problem fixed! I strongly recommend doing business w/ Boyd s!

I think they did good. They were fast and friendly, and so far it seems fixed properly. The only thing that was a little aggravating was a they wanted to charge 4% for using a credit card.

Quick and fast out the door. And wasn't expensive. I had a rear wheel alignment done on my 2003 Honda Element. They did an excellent job on it. Highly recommend this place.
