Fantastic customer service. He was about to tow my vehicle, but actually went through the trouble of conducting diagnostics AND fixing the issue when he realized what was wrong with it. On top of that he cut the cost to just the call fee.Friendly, fast, and professional.Thanks Zach.

There flat bed driver ran me off the road up onto the sidewalk because he was driving in the middle of the road and when I called and made the report to the company and they acted like it was no big deal So now I m going to call my insurance company and have my 1990 truck sent to the shop and checked out for damage since I have a 31 yr old truck in mint condition and they acted unprofessional

The driver was very pleasant and courteous. He arrived earlier than expected (yay!) and asked several questions about what the van was/was not doing. I couldn't recall the garage name when he asked where it was going to. He was knowledgeable of garages in the area and started naming them off. I recognized the name when he said it. I would highly recommend Zach's Towing and Service to anyone.Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

Did a great job on doing brake work for me at a decent price. Also pointed out another problem I thought I was having before I could even ask him about. Next job for after first of year.We will definitely be doing business again with Zach.

I was driving through Ohio when my car broke down, Zach got me towed for a reasonable price and was very accommodating with my deadline to get my car in running order as soon as possible. A very kind guy and an incredible service, can t recommend enough

He was a great guy he is willing to work with you he understands what it's like to be at rock bottom he really helped me after I totalled my car I really could have got more if I would have sold it for parts but Zach paid me and covered the towing and storage so to me it was like I'm willing to pay a convenience fee to have this whole ordeal over...if you need towing services please call this place ASAP!!!
