My husband Sean and our grandson, purchased a Trail Master 125 minibike. They were very helpful in helping them find a bike. My grandson is riding the wheels off of it and loving every minute of it. Thank you S&S!!

First visit went great. Workers i came in contact with were nice and polite. My second visit wasn't as good as the first one. So i had to load everything up, travel to the store to have there mechanic figure out what went wrong. The conclusion that the mechanic came to was simply i was sold the wrong part. That's not what was upsetting, the business charged me labor for having their mechanic find the problem, change the part after i had already did myself. Simply i felt after selling me the wrong part, me having to travel back to the store for something not my fault. I should have not been charged anything for the labor. I think they're decent people who made a bad judgement call. Or I'm totally wrong about the whole situation.My point, if it was the identical part it would have worked when i installed it. It wasn't, it was wired different than the original. After going back over my review and then reading yours i felt i had to add to mine. You say i couldn't produce the year, make model and if you had a picture of the part you could have sold me the correct item. Well, you looked up all that info on your computer through the previous owner. On top of that i brought the key switch & wire with me. So yes i still feel YOU sold me the wrong part which created all of this extra work for me and cost me more money. Sorry, i just don't feel i should have been responsible for the labor cost.

From day one, S and S has been top notch. Their customer service and support to me have been above and beyond what they should be.I needed to pick up my layaway early, on a Sunday, when the shop is normally closed. However, Terri understood my situation and me me within 30 minutes.Secondly, I had not even made it out of my breakin period when my wheel bearings went out. Once again they stepped up to the plate and had me fixed within hours.I won't recommend anyone else.

I took my 2010 cam am in because it was in limp mode but the light went out when I took it off the trailer but the oil and brake lights were on so they changed the oil I had changed a week before and bled the brakes I replaced two weeks prior and replaced an oil drain plug that was broken for a few pennies short of $600. When I picked it up they told me what was done. The young fella helped me load my bike and told me the bike was still in limp mode(the original reason I had taken it there) they should have told you we don t do that you ll have to take it to a shop. I don t know about the atv s but they are not a Can Am Spyder Dealer.

Great prices on Parts, very knowledgeable staff. Questionable service department. Dropped my kids bike off because it would crank but wouldn t start, after a couple weeks they called me up to tell me the bike fired right up for them but that it would need 600 bucks worth of clutch/starter Parts. Paid the 70 bucks for them to look at and after I finally got it back together this bike does not start and I do not believe it ever did for them.

My husband and son just purchased 2 SSR189 bikes from S&S. The prices were fair and the folks there were very helpful and wanted to gain our business. Other dealerships we visited, most much closer acted like they could have cared less if we bought from them or not. Good customer care is hard to come across these days, but we are happy to give our business to S&S. And to boot, they sent us a hand written Thank You card for our purchase!

Took my four wheeler there about a year ago to get the head replaced, just for them to not even time it correctly and within 2 days it barely ran, until it just wouldn t start because it skipped time terribly because of an improper job, didn t save me from the bill though. Did it myself and never had an issue for the remainder of owning the bike. Could ve saved a fortune by doing it myself first but due to circumstances I had to take it to a shop at the time. Would not recommend and don t plan on coming back anytime soon.

We purchased a 125cc Coolster that ran fine in the parking lot. When we brought it home after driving 2 hours to pick it up, the quad wouldn't run except on flat surfaces. I called the dealer and informed them what the quad was doing. They told me to change the oil and it should be fine. After changing the oil the quad still wouldn't run properly. We also purchased another 125cc Coolster from another dealer about 4 years ago and it runs perfectly and will pull my son, who is 70lbs around the mountain and trails where we ride. This dealer ship wouldn't provide me with any explanation on why it wouldn't run right. They said it isn't their fault and there isn't anything they are willing to do to help me. I'm only giving this dealer a 1 star because there isn't an option for no stars. I wouldn't waste your time or money buying anything at this dealer.

I would never go to S&S Motorsports again if you paid me, and I wouldn t if I were you either. First, everyone that works there is extremely rude. Second, they just keep charging me more and more money. I took my kymko scooter to them to have it fixed and first it was going to be $700, then it was $800, fine I paid the $800, picked up the scooter, and it wasn t even close to fixed. Obviously they lied when they claimed someone had ridden it to make sure it was fine, because when we picked it up we didn t even get it home before it stopped running and wouldn t run further, so I called them back, they told me to buy a new battery. Fine, I paid for a new battery myself. It STILL wouldn t run and the speedometer did not work. So I took it back to them, assuming they would fix the bike they told me was already good to go and deal with their mistakes. What a joke, they now want me to pay another $200 (making my total $1000) when they ASSURED me it would be good to go after the $800. When I told the girl on the phone I was expecting not to be charged (while I was crying) she was so rude and mean she made me cry even more, claiming we insisted they fix it even though they thought we should just buy a new bike ummm no one ever said that to me. They told me they could have it up and running for $700, added another $100, and now want to add another $200, they are liars!! They just want your money, don t care about you, and are not willing to fix their mistakes, mind you they ve had this bike for NEARLY A YEAR. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Only gave 4 star rating because I have been waiting for my part to come in and receive my call from the shop letting me know it s in, it isn t really their fault but they could try to at least call their delivery guy to see what the hold up is, great people and great management but their delivery guy is messing with their business and ticking a lot of customers off for having to wait. All in all great place to get your parts though.

Took a mini xrx with only few hours on it to get fixed to s&s cause it wouldn't start they replaced the carburetor and still wouldn't start so they wanted us to spend $500 on a new engine plus the carburetor and labor would have been as much as a new one!!! Service department has no clue what they' are doing!! Don't take anything to get fixed by them!!!Update carburetor wasn't bad engine wasn't bad was just gummed up from sitting for 2 years bought a can of sea foam for $10.59 and put it in the gas started up and ran!!! I feel I am do a refund on the $140 I payed to get it fixed and since they fixed nothing!!! Especially since we spent over $5,000.00 in go karts there!!

Bought my boy a go kart from here at the begging of spring and it has electric start a the only way to start is by hand pulling the rip cord called mechanic and he said it s because it s cold out it was 70� out that day and still won t. And I am not dumb when it comes to mechanical I can almost garuntee the valves were never adjusted. Then the rear wheel bearing went out I called and they were going to take care of it that was over two months ago. I went to the hardware store and match the one up to it. They were very polite until they got my money and then they were not there to stand up to the warranty. Even though the bearing was only $15 and the valve adjustment is something that is simple, it just shows how much they care. I don t care what brakes on it even though there s a warranty it s just better off to fix it yourself or take it somewhere else

I wish that I could give 10 stars to S&S. Terri has earned a customer for life. I was in a bind, 2 weeks before Christmas and my little girl had her heart fixated on a moped. I spent hours searching the internet to try and find one. It turned out that S&S had one, but sold it just a few days prior. Then I met Terri. She went so incredibly far out of her way to help me make this Christmas magical for my little girl. Terri tracked down a sales person and ordered a new pallet of scooters just to make sure that I could get it all in time.I cannot thank S&S enough. I will send every piece of business that I can in their direction. Great people, great service.... Thank you so much!

I drove to S and S from Pittsburgh. No fuss and great staff super helpful and friendly. I will most likely be back for another toy. I wish it was closer but it's a nice drive! Thanks for being awesome!

Been to a couple of places for parts for my Yfz 450 and this is the only place that has helped me out. Very friendly and they do whatever they can to help! I will definitely be going back again and again!! I recommend them over anyone else in the valley!!!!!!!

Liz the parts manager is amazing super friendly and very helpful . She found the hard to find oem parts for my vintage bike . Able to get aftermarket or oem parts for your Suzuki , Kawasaki, Honda or Yamaha!! I've ordered a number of parts for my yz 125 and my RM125 and my finances XR100 !!! If you need parts oem or aftermarket.....Liz tell her I sent you!
