Great place to stop for fuel and grab something to eat. I don't think people know this gas station has a little kitchen inside. The food is amazing, it's mostly sandwiches. They have great breakfast sandwiches! I always have the BLT. They make it fresh when you order and it's a large sandwich fills me up. Stop here if your passing by and try it you won't be disappointed! The staff at the gas station is so nice and polite to!

Was kind of expecting a bit more they have a nice coffee selection, a half working fountain drink dispenser, some over priced cooler drinks and chips . I was expecting more hot food but none was visible so I don t know how it is fat guy approved . No slushy machine. Their women s bathroom was cleaner than most gas stations but that was about it.

Love your subs and prices.My husband and I order from you and have never been disappointed.But, I think that sometimes your staff doesn't take the time to listen to what is being ordered.We ordered 2 whole Italian subs.1 with lettuce, onion and tomato.The second one with lettuce, onion and mayo.Neither one had any salami and pepperoni, just ham and the one with tomato had no tomato.We ate them and they were very good, but wanted you to beaware.I still would have given you a 5 if not for the mistake.We will order again, but will check our sandwiches before we drive back to wheeling.

We just ordered from Hanover. We ordered a double cheese stick we got a single. The bun on my hamburger felt like they soaked it in water before using it for my hamburger. We ordered marinara sauce. Got none. We ordered dressing for dipping. Got none. Very frustrating after spending $60.

I have never heard of a place where you spend almost $100 at on food and only is complaining about one sandwich being made wrong and they knew they messed it up but I live 43 minutes away from this place drove it just to get their food checked everybody's food but my husband cuz who messes up a meatball hoagie it comes with meatballs cheese and sauce that's it. But they did and knew they messed up but wouldn't replace it without the other hoagie first!! Like I live 40 minutes from there I did not feel like driving back but the girl had to get smart so I'm taking it back and throwing it at then!!! No I really ain't but I should but no I've never been disrespected like this in my life from any place that I have ever ordered food I will not be back I promise you that one!!!

My coworkers and I make special trips here for their pepperoni rolls. They are usually incredible they are long and thin but packed with pepperoni and cheese. Until today now they are short and fat with maybe four pepperoni's in the entire thing no cheese and the Bread is dry.

I ordered a meat and cheese tray from here and will never do it again. I tried to call and order it on Thursday but whoever answered the phone had no clue what I was talking about. Called back Friday and ordered a SLICED meat and cheese tray for pick up Saturday afternoon. Called on Saturday morning to change the pick up time to 9AM Sunday morning. Ensured they opened at 9 on Sundays and confirmed the pick up. Went today to pick up the meat and cheese tray. Had to bang on the doors and windows from 9AM until they FINALLY opened them at 9:15. Said I was there to pick up an order and was told they didn't have an order for me. I said I had ordered it on Friday for pick up yesterday but then changed the pick up yesterday to today. I got a "yeah no one made it" from the girl that appeared to be in charge. I told them I needed it and asked if they could put it together quickly. They said they could do it in about 10 minutes. I said that was fine and waited the 10 minutes. When they handed me the tray, I lifted up the foil to look at it and it was all CUBED meat and cheese. I told them I had ordered it SLICED and again got "well they didn't put that on the note" from the woman in charge. I asked them if they could fix it for me since I was wanting this for sandwiches. She said "yeah but it will take longer than 10 minutes ". I told her that was fine because I still needed it. When I was handed the tray at 9:50AM I looked at it again and there wasn't any cheese to be seen. I asked where it was and they said "it's under the meat". Needless to say I had to take it to my party and REMAKE it so people could actually eat both the meat AND cheese on their sandwiches. They tried to give it to me for free and I refused the offer because I had all intentions of paying. I gave them the $60 they had quoted me and was told from the kid running the register that there was no charge. I told him that wasn't the point, I was quoted $60 here's the money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! I have included pictures of what I was given and what I had fixed it to look like.

Seems to be going down hill quickly. Food quality and quantity are very inconsistent. Customer service is a very relaxed approach. If you say you open at 5:30 and I'm standing outside your door at 5:40. Your employees shouldn't just look at a potential customer and continue ignoring them.Reply to the owners response: I'm glad to see such a long excuse and not an apology. I thought that maybe the incompetence was due to bad employees. (Maybe they couldn't read a clock).I can now see that it stems for upper management.

Counter lady complained and then guilt-tripped me for asking to have my sandwich cut in half. It s already in half she says. Like she was playing games. Like you know what I mean. Then she angrily tells me she ll put it on their but can t guarantee they ll see it. And they DID NOT cut it in two for me. I can t eat and drive otherwise. It s very helpful. I just couldn t believe it. Zero reason to be rude like she did. I eat here 3-4 times a week. Don t want an apology, just remind your people that they lucky to be busy with all the price hikes

Takes forever for a 1 lb order of wings. Been here 20 mins and still waiting. First time visit and last. Bunch of employees just standing and sitting around. Updated to 3 stars because the wings were good. A little dry but nice taste.

I don t typically give reviews but Hanover Fuel Stop deserved one tonight. We ordered delivery online and unfortunately we were missing a sandwich. This has never happened before and we order weekly. There kitchen was closed by the time the delivery came and at first the young lady on the phone didn t have a solution. The owner was in the store and they restarted the oven to make the sandwich and delivered it himself to a very appreciative 2 year old. He even added in a gift card for the inconvenience but that was completely unnecessary. I have always felt you should judge a place on how it handles mistakes and they nailed it.

They kept messing up my orders to the point where I became overly frustrated and made the comment that they were either doing it on purpose or couldn t read and the manager banned me. He handled things completely the way you don t handle things. I ve been in management and would have handled things so much differently and guarantee the customer would be happy. There are right ways and wrong ways to handle a problem customer and banning them for complaining too much isn t the best solution. Would love to train him on how to handle things without banning customers because he really needs the training. The thing I don t understand is, on my last order, he said he watched another manager make my salad so it would be correct, but I ordered lite lettuce (don t like much, prefer more other ingredients) and doubled up on other ingredients like tomatoes, peppers etc., which of course costs more, but it was like a lettuce-fest and I have photos of just how bad it was. One thing I later considered is that I very often change the default order of things and they just weren t used to it. Not sure, but I genuinely thought someone there had it in for me because of how bad some of the screw-ups were, then I talked to other people who said they had the same problem, but were smart and simply quit ordering. Not me, I like to continue giving chances and inform people of what s wrong so they can correct it in the future. I was letting the manager know when things got screwed up, but I guess instead of correcting things, it was easier to get rid of the problem customer. Probably labeled me as a Karen, or worse. Even though I was a pretty frustrated customer, I shouldn t have made the comment about them not being able to read, but I ve had much worse customers that became long time loyal customers because I knew how to treat them. I never asked for free food or refunds, I only expected things to be correct the next time I ordered and would have continued giving them chances because the food is good when they get it right. I also commended them when they did things right, I wasn t just a complainer, I would also praise them. I've been ordering from other places like Vocelli without any problems. They have made my food down to every last detail I've changed without a hitch. I've heard the owner is a good guy, but my experience with his manager has been less than ideal.

Always forgetting sauce we pay extra for*reviews can be edited, improve your business and ill give the business a fair review. This isn't the first time with the sauces. This time we didn't get all of the sauces it included, or the extra we paid for.*Also, our sides seemed to be small (cauliflower and Mac and cheese bites).*We have waited hours for food before.*You have asked people to prove their complaints, its unprofessional

As the only truck stop in the area I want to love this..the food is great, lots of drink options, my only complaint is they are so unpredictable as to when they open, or if they are gonna be open, the hours online aren't correct or people just aren't showing up.

Placed an order for 2 huggies and mozzarella sticks. Picked up the order and brought it home. One of the sandwiches was wrong. Was supposed to be a philly steak. What we got looked like a half finished Italian hoagie - some lunch meat and no lettuce, tomato, or dressing. My wife ate part of the sandwich before she told me about it. When I called the person answering the phone told me that they couldn't make it good because we couldn't return the whole sandwich. Why would you need the whole sandwich? To resell it? Utterly ridiculous. Lost us as customers and anybody else I relate this to.This is in reply to the owner's response. I did not tell the employee that I couldn't return the sandwich. She asked for the whole sandwich. I told her that part of it was eaten. She said that wouldn't do and that she couldn't help me and ended the conversation. I don't see why you need the whole sandwich as proof. I still have it if you want to make good on it. I'll await your reply.

The food was delicious!! My husband had the italian hoggie, I had the steak hoggie, our little one had chicken tenders and fries with gravy. All of it was yummy and hot when delivered! Our little one is usually a picky eater but he was satisfied and enjoyed trying our food as well! Just wish we had cash on hand to tip the driver but noted for next time! The wait was minimal and prices are more than fair for the amount of food you recieve. We'll definitely order again!

The staff is so ignorant to customers. Our family went in to get something to eat and there are six employees just standing around (some eating) while we stood there for a good 10 minutes to never get waited on. Then to check out with a few drinks to have our money thrown at us. So we asked if they were taking anymore orders for food and the cashier said yes but they are a**holes and dont want to wait on anyone. Definitely wont be going back although it was our first time there.

I always get the French fries and gravy and it looks amazing. Haven t ever tasted the gravy though...... I use it for....... personal reasons. The only bad thing is there is an employee, very very old, big gray mustache, looks like a plumber. He has never done anything to me but every time I look at him I want to beat him up. Oh, I wish they sold lunch boxes. Def fluid here tastes good.

Order here quite a bit for lunch and they deliver. Best Italian hoagie I've ever had and it is HUGE!! Also like their deep fried mushrooms. I haven't had anything I didn't like so far.*all the negative reviews are just from impatient people, this place is SLAMMED and busy, but always worth the wait

I live in Maryland but my daughter lives in Ohio. She loved your food. But last night she ordered for her and kids. When she got her food kids nuggets so as of a result of that I am posting on Facebook from Maryland not to go to your place of business. And you are very lucky that I don't have more power to shut you down

Most of the time it's great. Today i waited 3 hours and they NEVER brought my order. Called about it,they said they would bring order still NEVER did. Finally food came. 3 1/2 hours later still tried to charge me $34.00 when the 2 fish weren't in there. Got it free because of the wait. Free food doesn't make up for bad service

Stood for over an hour waiting on 3 roast beef hoagies a chicken wrap. While atleast 3 other people came in after we did. I watched them order. All of them were served before we were. But, the food was good. Will be hard to get the rest of my buddies to order here again.

Normally the food is great! But the last few times I've ordered it hass taken 2 hours for delivery and my food was cold and soggy, obviously been done for an hour or so. Definitely going downhill!

I just tried to order a delivery at 7:12 and they said not to Island right now??? They need to put on the menu deliveries subject to change any time, also now you have to order 12 $ instead of 10$ for a delivery. Make up my mind will you!!!

Any day of the week, there's no hot food, but 3 food warmers. And if there is food, it's old and nasty. The workers are not very friendly either. I don't recommend stopping here.

There steak sandwiches are big and good, well worth $9.00 for a whole cheese steak.The rolls are very wide and the sandwich isBigger then most in the area and again the price is great!

I usually never have a problem with the food here ...tonight I ordered chicken strips they look like processed chicken strip you buy from save alot and I paid more for extra pepperoni on my pizza and there is literally like 2 pepperoni on each slices the pepperoni on my pizza are still social distancing.
