They're really nice people that work here! They helped me with my problems immediately! Definitely will go back to this place in the future if I need anything done. Explained everything thoroughly that they were doing on my vehicle and checked it fully over for me without even asking! Thank you guys for everything!

I initially was scheduled for a wheel alignment somewhere else but I m so glad I ended up here. Wade was amazing, nice and knowledgeable. I ended up not even needing an alignment so they saved me $75! I can feel the difference in how much smoother my ride is. I need new brakes and rotors, but I will definitely be back. Great customer service and great results. Big thanks to my tech as well.

Friendly and straightforward. Gave me some options on what service I needed and gave me straightforward pricing. Got me in ahead of my appointment and gave me some future service needs to be aware of. Not many places bother with that detail. Definitely will be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything and completed the repairs one day ahead of schedule! Driving home I realized they had replaced a turn signal light. That tells me they inspected the car completely to make sure everything was working properly. They didn t say anything to me about it; they didn t even charge me for it!!!

Wade and Jason did a great job figuring out an electrical problem that baffled two other places. The two other places were part of chains whose names names rhymed with Hide Us and Hood Beers. And Jason and Wade much were so much nicer!!

Wade made sure I got in right away and got my free inspection. I felt like the staff here really wanted to make sure I was safe on the road. Will be coming here from now on with anything car related and recommending my friends and family do the same!

I had my tires changed here in Marion Ohio about a month ago. Awesome service then. I walked in December 10,2023 at about 800. I stood there waited for help . I needed someone to check my oil level. 3 guys was in the bay area. One looked right at me and when about his business. Which was nothing became there was no cars inside. About 7 minutes later I walked out with no help. I proceeded to get in my car the guy that looked at me when I stood at the counter looked at me leaving as if I wasnt important. Some one could've came an said so.ething. like so.eone will be with you shortly. Last time I get tires here or my oil changed.

I walked in, and they patched a punctured tire for me in no time while I waited. Answered about a dozen questions I had. Very thankful. They were great!

Ok....driving from Grand Rapids, MI to Chlt NC and noticed a low tire light at 4::37 on a Sunday night. Called another tire company (R&R) that said it was open till 5. They said they wouldn't help us because they were headed home but suggested we call Tire Choice. Boy am I glad we did. Wade answered the phone and was helpful, pleasant and kind. Greeted us the minute we walked in and knew that we called. He got us back on the road in minutes and could not have been more efficient and kind. I can't recommend this service center enough!

Store manager was friendly. They took us for a walk in oil change after NTB failed to inform us that it would be two hours before they could get us in. Reasonable prices and good service; overall I am quite satisfied

Hour before closing the night before Thanksgiving. Tire belt broke. Two gentlemen found me two tires. And quickly was back on road. Only shop in town who would accommodate.

First time visiting this place today. I'm new to this city and didn't know where to go. I picked up a nail in one of my tires. I called and made an appointment and was in within a couple of hours. Had the pleasure of working with Chris. He was very professional and informative, and he really went the extra mile. Thanks so much for your great service.

Wouldn t recommend dude really thought he could get one on me thinking i don t know anything about tires nail was in the middle of the tire had no time to do it myself decided to go here and he was telling me about some federal law that you couldn t plug it because it was close to the side which it wasnt

Outstanding experience, I could not ask for better! I dealt with Chris at the front desk, he was superb. Professional, knowledgeable, hospitable, and kind. I would recommend the Marion location to anyone! My mom went there the next day after hearing my glowing review and she had an excellent experience as well.

Absolutely perfect. Someone had punctured my tire the day before my nephew's graduation in Cincinnati. They not only had my tire in stock, but got me in that day. I think the installation took all of 30 minutes. It may also be the most friendly auto shop I've ever dealt with. Didn't talk down to me, just a really great experience. Thank you!

Tire choice is lucky to have a guy like Wade. Keeps a positive attitude even though that he deals with a lot of Karen's. Coming back with all our vehicle needs.

This was my first stop at the shop, I will most certainly go back. The guys there were great, very efficient and customer friendly. They had to order a tire yesterday and called early this morning telling me it was done and at MY convenience to come in. What a great experience.

They are so fast and efficient and super friendly! My card muffler fell apart on me Sunday, I called Monday and they were able to take me in, and order parts right away, then I had it back the next day! My car runs so much better now and is so quiet! Thank you Tony and the rest of the tire city team!

One of the most helpful managers I have met. He worked hard to help me with my issues with a recent vehicle I purchased from carvana that a warranty company won't resolve. Although the problem had not been fixed I highly recommend this auto service center. They will work hard to help you with your problems.

I highly recommend this business. We had two tires blow while driving our camper. They quickly got us in when I called. They helped us get a rim on one tire and got it back on our camper. They even checked tire pressure on all other tires to make sure we were good to drive the remaining distance. Great service and we really appreciated it!!

I called this morning because the low tire pressure indicator on my SUV was on. I spoke with Christopher, and he told me to bring it right over. Within 30 minutes, the problem was diagnosed, the tire was fixed, and I was on my way. Christopher was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Vinny did a great job fixing the tire so quickly. The rebrand on the business looks great, and the staff here is top notch. Thank you, Christopher and Vinny! I highly recommend Tire Choice!

This place straight up lied to my face. Brought my car in due to some random stalling out. They told me my brakes were causing the car to shut off and that my rotors were trashed. It was going to be $1,600. I take my car over to [competitor], they take the tires off, rotors are smooth as brand new. Ran my fingers across them myself.I will never go to Tire Choice ever again.

Took my car in and got the brakes and rotors replaced in the front for just shy of 700 and pulled off their lot and had a horrible sound .took it back they messed around and said they had fixed it but noticed a new sound in the bake brakes ,that have been fine never had a problem . They didn t fix the issue at all my car I use to enjoy driving I m now ashamed to drive around because of the horrible sound it makes with every rotation of the passenger side wheel . I m extremely disappointed in the work for the price and I don t feel they did a satisfactory job . If you value your money and vehicle I d go elsewhere ..
