If i could give these guys more than 5 stars i would! We called last minute and they fit us in right at closing time at 6 pm. We made it at 6:01 and they were still here waiting with the doors unlocked. They told us they were aiming to get all 4 tires done in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later they were done and had us on our way. They were incredibly polite and efficient. I will come here every time and i absolutely will be recommending them to everyone!

I always bring my car here and they have always done a great job. I have been coming here for about 3 years now with 2 different vehicles. They are very fairly priced and make sure my concerns are taken care of. I keep coming back not only for the reasons I have stated but because I don't just trust anyone with my car and they are always very nice and get me in and out as quick as possible. Anytime I need something done and they are able to do the work I need done this is the place I go.

We were heading to Michigan and realized we had a hole in one of the tires. They took us in without an appointment and had it fixed in no time. It saved are trip and were greatly thankful. Keep up the great customer service

Bought tire from another place and it was leaking right away. Went in to a this beautiful place thinking I needed yet another tire and turns out I didn't. They found it was a small valve leak in 10 minutes and fixed it in another 10 and I was on my way, thanks to the super nice people there.

Great and Amazing staff! They were able to get me in immediately and work their magic for me in a crunch. I m would ve been stranded at work if it hadn t been for this awesome staff! Thank you so much!!

5 star for the service center its self. Very efficient1 stat for the call center who doesn't seem to be connected to the stores system as they booked a different time vs what they told me over the phone

NTB in Marion, Ohio made my day yesterday! It started with me leaving work to go pick up a pick up order at Walmart. A kind gentleman noticed I had a nail in my tire and that it was going flat fast. He followed me to my parking spot and alerted me of the situation. Of course I panicked, because I was due to pick up my son from school within the hour. Thankfully, this man was Charles, and he worked at NTB! He said drive carefully over, and we will get you in now and get it taken care of. That is exactly what happened, because I was greeted by Tatium at the front desk, and she got me right in. Tatium was beyond kind and highly intelligent about cars and car repairs. They took great care of my car in a quick time frame, and I was able to get my son at school! Thank you, Tatium, for helping me feel more at ease about the situation. Charles, I want to thank you so much for being a good person and taking the time out of your day to warn me about my tire. It could have been far worse, if I had gotten on the highway not knowing. I appreciate the entire staff at NTB, and I am a customer for life!

Came in for an alignment and found they were booked. I was about to make an appointment for a later date but they ended up squeezing me in. I appreciated that and will be a returning customer.

Came in with a tire issue in the middle of a long trip. They took care of me fast and efficiently. Identified and handled the problem within 30 minutes, and got me back on the road again. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, absolutely would come again if I lived around here!

I had stopped going and sending people to NTB due to a major problem with management and how they treated customers especially women. They FINALLY got rid of the problem!!!! Now I am sending people there again. Thank you NTB for fixing my tire problem so quickly!!!
