Took my newly purchased K5 here today to get it checked out. Pleasant staff and the manager is a straight shooter. They were quite busy, so he jumped right in to perform the inspection himself and saved me a long wait. I felt much better after talking with him. I'll definitely be back for future vehicle needs!

I forget his name, but the manager of the place was super insightful and practical when addressing my issues. I needed a flex pipe welded on for my car and an oil change and he repaired/changed it in a timely manner and was very informative through the whole process.My fianc� recommended I go here for my car repair because he also said good things about the manager and the pricing. We definitely appreciate him and the team!

First time here. Asked about some information. I wanted to know about how much an oil change was. And if they changed breaks. They asked if I could keep my car there for a bit since they were busy but it would be ready by the time they closed. I got a bunch of papers stating the statistics of my tires and oil. It was cheap. Only cost 53.00.

Did a great job! Came in for brakes and found out I needed more than just brakes for my car. They worked with me and I was able to get it all done so I could get drive the car safely. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car worked on. These guys here are awesome.

I love taking my vehicle here because they are honest and always go above and beyond! The manager, Wade, is honest about prices and tells you exactly what needs to be done. If you're on the fence about where to take your vehicle, I highly recommend Mr.Tire.

I was getting gas in front of Mr. Tire and then my car wouldn't start. When I jumped it, I noticed the terminal cable was loose. I drove right over to Mr. Tire and Jason fixed it for me. He stopped what he was working on to help get me back on the road in a flash. He was really nice and saved the day!

The manager was amazing. Very good guy. The tech team was great too. They got me fixed up super quick. Can't say enough good about these guys. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Very professional, didn't try to up sell me nitrogen tires or undercoating. Waiting room was clean, and staff friendly. Will go back again unless Harbor freight car lifts go on sale.

Did you know you can rotate tires without taking a single tire off? Because apparently Mr. Tire can do it.Please don t include tire rotations in an oil change package if you re not even going to do it. Won t be back.

Was traveling through on business when I heard something scraping under my car. The dealership I got my oil changed at didn t properly secure my skid plate afterwards. These guys were nice enough to pull my car in close to closing time and remove it for me. A+++

The staff here went well above and beyond exemplary service. We had a flat just outside of Marion and a technician drove to another location to get the correct size while we waited for AAA to tow us. The manager and technicians at this Mr. Tire location are second to none. I only wish I lived in Marion so I could give them more business. If you live in the area, please give them yours!

I've gone there for years. Went in to have an alignment done. They called me and said I need outer tie rods (which is fine I'll do that myself). Well, I go to pick up my car just to find coolant ALL over the engine bay and covering the windshield. I called to ask why there was coolant everywhere and he tried to tell me that it was oil with brake cleaner on it. Either way, whatever it was NEITHER of those two should have ever been near my car. Completely unsatisfied and will not be returning. Picture of my engine bay for proof right after we left.

I just stopped at Mr. Tire to have the air pressure checked in my tires before I got on the road headed to Florida and Josh could not have been a bigger help.I just bought the car this week and apparently the person that owned the car before me put the wrong hubcaps on so it wasn't just checking the air pressure and adding air, he literally had to take the hubcaps off put air in them and then put the hubcaps back on because the ones that are Currently on my car are the wrong ones. So josh at mister tire was a tremendous help like I said he deserves a raise!!

On Labor Day my front tire was flat. I ve been needing tires anyway. I called that day and they got me in same day. Great customer service

I came in because I needed new brake pads. Turned out I also needed rotors as well. After being shown the existing pads and rotors I could see that both were necessary. Price was better then other places I had called before coming in. Staff was super nice and Ken made sure to keep me informed as to what was going on. After the kindness and courtesy that I received I ll be doing all business for both of my vehicles there for the foreseeable future!
