I purchased a SUV from Midwest Auto Group today, I was very impressed with how easy the whole process was. Heather and Joe were very helpful and I never once felt any type of pressure to buy. Made it easy to look at and take a test drive of whatever car I wanted. Was able to trade in my current car and they were very fair. I have purchased many cars in the past and this was by far the easiest one to do. Look no further if you want a low pressure, professional experience. Highly recommend.

This is the best place to go! Heather is so sweet and does everything in her power to make sure you get a great reliable car! I will be a return customer! They treated my daughter and I like family and went above and beyond any other dealership I have dealt with! The process was fast and easy! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you all at Midwest Auto!!!!

I had to press "1 star" rating because if you wish to leave "zero star" the system won�t allow you to write your review...STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY from this dealer �...The lack of seriousness and proffesionalism of the so-called sales agent Joe Ballinger is sky high �...Here the facts : I found on their web page a 2008 Silverado truck with "only 75k miles" on it which blinked an eye to me...Sent an email to the bussiness asking for their best deal IF I PAY CASH for the truck, and asking for a shipping quote to California, if they knew somebody who could do the job...He replied and said he�d be working on my request and get back to me...FOUR DAYS later I rewrote an email asking for their answer and wondering if they were willing to make bussiness or not...he replied ANOTHER FOUR DAYS later announcing that "the truck was sold already" and saying the typical "we are sorry for any inconvenience"...what a clown �...Finally, I must state that before I wrote this I took the time to read some "one star" reviews from customers and to my surprise some of them referred to this same guy with bad comments, regardless of some of the worst experiences from clients who bought and received vehicles full of early failures...just check some of these reviews and see that I am not lying...Best of luck if you decide to move forward with this bussiness �

Amazing experience and service. My husband and I have bought our fair share of cars in our life and been to so many dealers/auto groups. This was the best experience we've ever had. We drove over 5hrs to check the vehicle out and it was totally worth it. They were so understanding, honest, friendly, not pushy or in a rush to make a sale. They wanted us to be happy as customers and it showed. Heather made the transaction, paperwork, and logistics of the deal & finding financing with a local credit union (since we weren't from the area) such an easy process. They were such a blessing and we would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Midwest Auto Group!

We have also had the same vehicle worked on at Midwest Auto Repair and they are very reasonable and do great work. They are very kind and friendly. Give them a shout for your used car needs you will be glad you did

Love the 13 Equinox I purchased a little over a month an a half ago. Runs good, looks great all for a good price to. ONE issue though... When I bought it the dash was telling me I had 26% oil life left (no biggie). They state they simply forgot to reset it AFTER they "serviced" it (which happens all the time) again no biggie. So I go to check the oil and what do you know BONE DRY!!!!!. I checked to see if I was experiencing a leak but there was no issues. They even stuck on of those stickers on my corner windshield letting me know when my next one was due. Not only did they blatantly lie, they deceived me as well. Not only are you messing with people's hard earned cash, your jeopardizing lives as well by falsifying the details of these cars. By lying to make a quick buck. This is not ok. So now I have to take the car to get a full inspection and another opinion to check and recheck to make sure this thing is safe for my family and myself. I'm still healing from a near fatal crash from January and was feeling good about this car. NOW.. I'm not to sure.

If your in the market for a good used car or truck WARNING this is NOT the place to buy one! I recently drove down with a truck and trailer and test drove a 2015 ford f250 with 92k miles. Everything seemed okay for the most part on the test drive but definitely needed some work but nothing to crazy i hoped. So i bought the truck loaded it on the trailer hauled it home. After getting it home i unloaded it from the trailer. I only drove 15 miles and the truck check engine light came on and lost all power only letting it go 5 m.p.h now. I took it to a local dealer and its going to cost a couple thousand dollars to fix the def exhaust system or go without it and that will cost a couple grand as well. I called midwest auto to let them know whats going on and they are not willing to purchase the truck back or help cover any of the expenses to fix the truck. After talking to Joe (an embarrassment of a business owner) said they to had issues with it a time or so. But some how they covered it up and cleared the engine light just long enough to sell it to me. They never said anything about it or disclosed the major issue. They sold me a $30k truck with issues that they knew about. I would stay far away from this place buy for a reputable dealer not this junk yard.

They were so easy to work with. Price was great. I bought a1500 Chevy Silverado truck runs great and was in great shape. They are very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Want a good used car or truck go see these guys you won t be disappointed!!!

We bought my son a truck that he has loved and the process of working with Midwest has been amazing. I recommend them as often as I can. They have also helped maintain the vehicle with oil changes and talking to my son at length about anything and everything regarding the truck or other random stuff.

Bought a 2011 silverado in Oct 2022, had only 1 owner, very well kept truck, Mr and Mrs Ballinger were outstanding in their sales approach even negotiated some which took a grand off the price. They have their own shop and make minor repairs, if needed, for example, the fill tube/ dipstick for Trans fluid broke off and they put a new one on, McDaniel chevy in marion was to charge me $ 600 !!..Midwest only charged me 185. They inspect all vehicles prior to selling them and give a customer a very good value . As of April of 23, they have increased their inventory and have many great vehicles, mostly pickup trucks. If you want a great used vehicle, especially a truck, go see them at corner of marion Williamsport road in marion across from WMRN radio on other side of rr tracks.

We have bought both of our vehicles from here and have received nothing but red carpet service. Speaking of service, we use them exclusively for all service repairs and routine maintenance too! The prices we pay for exceptional service cannot be beat. Their knowledge and expertise parallel their customer service in all aspects from buying to maintenance. We are customers for life!

Great experience, very much recommend them. First time buying from them, no pressure, makes you feel at home, and fair price. Very friendly. Hated to leave my old truck, but it was time. Very good place to do business.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they had my vehicle checked out, fixed, and ready to pick up very quickly, took time to explain everything clearly, and were reasonably priced. If you're looking for a good mechanic you can trust, I would recommend this place.

Just purchased a Silverado from this establishment. When we arrived, the vehicle was exactly as the description/photos advertised! The staff was super friendly, and the process went very smooth. I can t say how happy we are to have found this place! Got an awesome price on a great vehicle. To top it off, we were able to buy from a small business that truly cares about their customers! Highly recommend!

Amazing group of people to work with!! I went in, told Heather what I could afford, what I wanted and she and Joey went above and beyond to get me the best car for my money. Then they had their service center check it over and recharged the AC before we took a trip down south. You couldn't ask for better service and quality

Back in the end of October, I purchased a 09 Acura TL. I was very happy with my purchase overall. I found the owners to be very professional and friendly. If the dealership wants to grow and foster good customer service therefore gaining future referrals , I would make some adjustments. I will say that selling a car with tires that had less than 5/32 in tread is illegal and was my biggest concern with my purchase. The tires were so bald that there was metal wire protruding through the tread. Very unsafe and could of caused a liability for them had I had an accident during my hour drive back to Columbus. It was raining hard and I had no idea that the tires were that bad until I had new ones installed. I will say that the owner made a small concession in regard to the price of the car. There was also an issue with the turn signal switch that I had fixed. This was also a safety issue as I had to hold the turn signal lever up on right hand turns. I also would like to make a suggestion to ensure that any cars sold should be clean upon delivery. I had to have the car detailed at a price of $200. I wasn't very pleased with how dirty the car was at all. This is new dealership and there appears that there is a learning curve still. I wish them the best in their future business endevors and suggest taking my concerns as room for improvement. They were quick to give me my title which I appreciated.

They were all really helpful and easy to work with. My truck had a few issues and they were able to work with me to make everything right. They even came in on there day off to make things easier for me. I would definitely recommend midwest auto group.

My brother recently bought a car from there. The car had a couple of issues quickly after. They were quick to make it right. They fixed it without a problem. I highly recommend this place. Great friendly people and also backed up there vehicle. That s hard to find now a days.

The owners are great ! They take time to listen to your needs and they offer a variety of choices so you can make the best decision for your needs . I have bought two vehicles through them and both have been great !If your looking for great deals Great vehicles and zero pressure sales then this is the place !Thanks again for the awesome truck !

Would HIGHLY recommend Midwest Auto. Heather was so sweet and did everything she could to make the experience of purchasing a new car as smooth as possible. I have a super busy schedule and was even able to text them updates about the loan place and ask questions. If you need a new car go to midwest auto group, they treat you like family.

If I could give more stars I certainly would! Very nice people customer service was the best I ve ever experienced in a dealership. Honest people if I ever need another vehicle I will certainly be back! I highly recommend checking them out!
