Excellent car dealership. James was awesome. Very professional, very respectful, very knowledgeable. Not pushy like a lot of car salesman. He asked what we wanted instead of telling us what he thought we should have. Finance guy was great and while we were waiting 2 other employees asked if we needed anything while we wait. Well worth the drive from Coshocton Ohio. I highly recommend Mathews Honda.

Best place to buy a Honda in the greater Columbus area. Might be a bit of a drive from Columbus, but it's better than getting totally ripped off at someplace else. Great staff here, and great service. Fast, friendly, and willing to work with everyone no matter their credit/background. Highly recommend, and tell my family and friends about them all the time.

Originally went to another dealership to purchase the car. They were trying to hit me with high interest and payments. Found same car at Mathews Honda/Acura with a lower interest and payment. Called them up to make sure it was still there, drove and hour out of my way and everything was ready just needed to run my credit to finalize the deal. Ethan Smith was the best dealer my wife had ever dealt with. Highly recommend.

Mathews Honda has been treating us great for years now but over the last year, we have had the pleasure of buying 3 vehicles from Zach Sturgis and we couldn t be happier!! Zach is friendly, accommodating, makes sure that he is paying attention to our wants and needs, and truly just feels like we are dealing with a friend! James is a rock star. Super friendly, a real customer service oriented guy. I literally have never had a sales person as good as him. He answered all questions quickly and the ones he didn't know - because we all don't know stuff - he got me an answer for immediately. He has a good sense of humor and I really enjoyed meeting him - buying a sweet car from him was just the icing on the cake.

Mathews Honda has great customer service all around. James Adams in particular was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me make the best decision in purchasing my new vehicle. We stopped in to talk about my end of lease options and Zach was super helpful in buying it out. He made sure to explain everything we needed to know now that the car is no longer a lease and super personable. It didn t feel like just buying a car but that we were listened to and made a friend. We appreciate everything Zach did and will definitely come back to Mathews Honda!!

I personal hate shopping for a car. It's a hard and sometimes painful experience that to often reminds me of the look my dog gives me when we make a trip to the vet. But on this occasion Mathews Honda sales rep. Logan Verity helped make this purchase of a 2024 Honda Civic as good as I have ever experienced. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try and sell me something else. Logan was very knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle. In some of my other buying experiences that's not always the case. The team at Mathews was quick and efficient at explaining the process and the experience was excellent. My husband & I recently purchased a vehicle from Matthew s Honda in Marion. It was a smooth & easy process working with Logan Verity. He was professional, yet personable & very helpful. Since purchasing the vehicle, we have contacted him a couple times with questions & he was able to answer our questions & even sent helpful videos. We had shopped around with several dealerships & we enjoyed our experience with Mathew s Honda above the rest. Not only was the vehicle right, the experience was as well.

Had a terrific experience at Mathews Honda. We worked with Logan on the sales side, who helped us get exactly what we were looking for, and even helped get everything set up with HondaLink in the new car before we left. No high pressure sales, and everyone there was super friendly and down to Earth. Brady helped with financing and went over every detail of the warranty and helped us pick the option that worked best for us. Would highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new car.

Dylan was so helpful and the purchasing manager even more! They listened. Helped. Advised and knew their business! My father was just as impressed with Dylan as I was.We left same day with exactly what we went to just look at.Shopping to buying days don t happen often for us. JS. Recently purchased a new, fully customized 2024 HRV. Mathews Honda has amazing customer service! Zach S. was awesome! Informative and willing to walk thru all of the additions that I asked for with me. After having issues at a previous dealership, Zach made everything a breeze. He was never pushy or made me feel pressured, and did everything to make me feel special about buying my first brand new car. He made sure to check in with me even after purchase to make sure I still loved my new HRV. We will be recommending this dealership and more importantly Zach to anyone we know looking for a vehicle.

Ethan Smith is very prompt and attentive. He listens to your actual needs. I can call him and talk about what I am thinking about and he will keep his eyes open for me. I had the best experience here buying my new 2023 Honda civic and my boyfriend walked out with a 2023 Honda Ridgeline which we had no intentions on. Ask for Zach Sturges!!! This man went above and beyond for me and my family! I m from Chicago as I was looking for a car to buy. I came across the car I was looking for and Zach helped me all the way!!! He was sooo honest with me it was beyond me. Every detailed on the car he explained to me. Nothing was left behind. I finally purchased my dream car. Flew to Ohio and Zack Sturges met my mom my son and I at the airport and brought my 7 year old snacks and my mom and I water. Never felt so important!! Very friendly. Very caring. I can t tell you how much I really appreciate Zach Sturges for helping and getting me my dream car. Matthew s Honda you have yourself a really good guy!!
