It should not take any where from an hour to an hour and a half every time I have scheduled maintenance appointment for things that would not take more than 20 minutes and cost less elsewhere. I go back to the dealership for routine maintenance so my service records are nearly in 1 place. Maybe not so much after this.All while customers wait in a filthy waiting room where floors, table tops and furniture hasn't met up with a cleaning crew for a very long time. As you leave there's a case of complimentary water bottles that no one informed customers of; especially since the drinks vending machine in the waiting room is out of service.My scheduled maintenance included a tire rotation, but they waited till I was given my car back to announce would have to rotate tires next service appointment instead because they would have to replace all the lugnuts due to mine now being swollen! And that would be an extra $90! Never heard of swollen lugnuts...but he said it's a malfunction in Ford's design of my lugnuts on my not yet 6 year old car! So if it's a malfunction, Ford can pay to replace them? AND I would think have a supply on hand as not to put the rotation off till my next service appointment 5,000 miles later?Not at all happy with this service trip btw.

Had parts needed for recall, did what was needed and did not try to upsell unnecessary service. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Pleasant experience all around.

I don't think the transmission person there really knows or cares cares they keep telling me there's no problem with transmission but yet it makes noise and the shifting 15 I'm sorry I did not feel good about Matthew Ford anymore Need to look for a new place because the mechanics there do not care And I do stick by that I can prove my complaint about Ford mechanics mechanics some of them anyway!!!!!!
