I purchased my vehicle on-line working with Rob via texts and phone calls. He put me at ease and provided me with all of the information I requested. He even delivered my car to my driveway. I am so impressed with the professionalism and service. I love my car and highly recommend Mathews and Rob Purdy!

Two great experiences. Had my ecodiesel crankshaft tone ring replaced under warranty over a year ago and the truck has been running great since. Had my high pressure fuel pump replaced under a recall a couple days ago and the truck has been running great. This is not an easy engine to work on and are not easy repairs.The diesel mechanic is very good and should be commended. The service advisors were friendly and knowledgeable. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was easy. I have a lot of automotive knowledge myself and I don't compliment very easily, but these are well deserved. I even got a loaner vehicle last year for a week while the tone ring was being replaced. Well done...five stars.

Fantastic experience at Mathews CDJR! I went in there with low expectations of being treated as if I mattered and left a very happy woman with the exact vehicle I wanted. They didn t pressure me to buy something I didn t want like another dealership I was dealing with. They answered questions, and they explained things. Rob Purdy was absolutely wonderful to work with! So glad he greeted me at the door with a smile, because he was the best salesman I ve ever worked with. He got the price exactly where I needed it to be, and I feel like he cared. Thanks to him and the other guys at Mathews!

Everyone here were absolutely amazing! They were all extremely friendly, helpful and informative and they help me get into my new car! 10/10 recommend them. Will be doing business with them again! I don't remember the names of them all but Dan and Travis were great and it was all around a team effort!Im usually not a fan of having to go a distance to look at a new car... but, they definitely made it worth the drive! One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership and I usually do not like to go through the car buying process!

Very great place. I highly recommend it. Kane Johnson is an excellent guy and very professional. He was super helpful and friendly from the moment i pulled in and he met me outside. Super clean building also. All the other staff was super nice and friendly also.

Just bought my 2nd Jeep from this place and I can't say how pleased I am with dealing with these guys. They make the whole process quick and easy. Travis was my salesman on both deals and I couldn't say enough nice things about him. I also dropped my 1st Jeep off to have some aftermarket items I bought for it installed. The service dept is so knowledgeable and quick with getting work done. This place will be my vehicle hub for years to come!!

The people at Mathew s Dodge, especially Rob Purdy, were very friendly and cordial throughout my entire visit of shopping for a new vehicle. Rob was extremely knowledgeable in answering my questions and guiding me to the correct vehicle for my needs. At no time did I feel rushed or under any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Mathew s entire business was first class and oriented to customer service. I would certainly recommend to friends that may be looking for a vehicle to stop at this dealership. Bought a 2019 ram rebel from Kevin Conway at Mathews dodge a few months back. After about 30 days my dash stopped working,Needless to say I was Stressed and heart broken over it . Contacted Kevin and he set a date for me to bring the truck to be looked at.The service determined it needed a new instrument panel cluster which was covered under my warranty. That dealt with the warranty company and made it a very painless process. ( past experiences buying used vehicles through small used dealers and waiting months for the warranty company to respond) so definitely appreciated. Recommend 10/10

I would like to say I had a very pleasant experience at the Matthew Dodge dealership. I have purchased several new vehicles and never have I felt so pleased with the professionalism out of Ashton Plumley and Daniel Ericson, they were the two that I dealt with on a constant basis. They answered all questions professionally with a very well explained answer and my experience plan and sample was a very very pleasant one. I will definitely deal with that ownership again.

I m typically reluctant to go to a dealership for servicing my truck for all the common reasons. Ryan and the service personnel at Mathew s have proven themselves several times over to be the best choice I have ever made in getting my truck with 630,000 miles cared for. They have my truck running better than it has in years and it was done with very fair pricing. The thousands I have invested in lesser mechanics are now a lesson for me. Ryan knows these diesels and has been very respectful of the poor craftsmanship others did to my truck while he fixes it easily and affordable. I look forward to having my truck in their shop now! It s money well spent.
