This shop is amazing, couldn't ask for nicer gentlemen, I had a valve stem put on my Mercedes and we all know the smallest repairs on these cars can be outrageously priced but Katz Tires took care of it at a reasonable price. Thanks guys you rock!

Very nice and humble. Understood how everything in this new world is so expensive. I called and they were able to have my tires in-stock. Actually got me right and had a nice lounge and clean shop very organized. Prices were fair and no extra punches in my wallet. Being on a fixed retirement and husband passing in 2021. I was takin care off for sure by those gentlemen.Thank you guys for still being a sound and continuous improvement for someone who worked hard for the American dollar all my life. Thank you sirs.

Do not recommend. Was told I needed new struts, and a brake line as well as brake pads also had an alignment. Nearly a grand spent. Afterwards took it to my family mechanic who wasn t available at the time, my family mechanic had to tighten the struts that had just been put on 2 days prior, my abs bolts were missing my brake line brackets were missing, my sway links were loose. And the alignment was off!! They are not knowledgeable and I wouldn t risk using this business!!

Just want to say the guys that work at Katz are so respectful and polite. Every one I spoke with was extremely helpful and accommodating. Excellent, quality work. Will definitely be returning for all needs on all our vehicles.

These guys go above and beyond to get you what you need. They were able to get me a better price in a quicker time than anyone else I called in the area and provided fast service when I got there. They definitely have my future business and will be my number one recommendation to others.

I had great service with polite people. They listened to my issues and got my car new tires to fix the problem in about 30 min as a walk in. The price was good and they have warranties to back their services.

Great experience grabbing new tires for my truck before it gets icy out. Staff was wonderful...service was faster than I've ever experienced in Columbus and prices were the best I've seen in central Ohio. Will be making the trip up north when we need service in the future. Thank you!

Their mechanics are so good. Showed me a Serious problem with a vehicle I didn't even know that took place. Could of been lethal.And they a have a great selection of used and New Tires for a Great Price. Great people. Very respectful and professional.Go see Sonny for your mechanical needs

Met me at my car door to get all necessary information. Ran tests on all TPMS vs just the ones I asked for. Reset them all and took a screw out of one of the tires. In and out.All around, great service. Would recommend

Great service! I stopped by there on Wednesday and they didn t have the tires I wanted in stock. Hector ordered them and had them ready the next day. Installation didn t take long and I was out of there in less than an hour. Staff was great. Thanks.
