Stopped in to Holmes Rental this past week for some parts for routine maintenance. I was greeted by multiple staff members who were all eager to help. Dave was the staff member that ended up helping me out. I explained that I needed some routine maintenance supplies for my mower. I had pictures of my serial number for my mower and engine. Dave was able to use those and accurately locate the things I needed for my particular mower. I even asked for a manual for my mower as it is an older model Exmark, and he was able to print my specific models manual off for me. He also explained that the supplies I bought will be saved on my profile for future purchase. Thanks for your patience and working with me to get what I needed!

Have called 3 times to get a price on a new exmark. Each time promised a call back......good luck with that.Guess better go to another dealer......maybe a JD

Walked in on a Friday afternoon after landing a new commercial mowing contract and was out of there in just a couple hours with a brand new eXmark Lazer Z at zero down and Zero interest for 4 years. Also had 1000.00 off original price with a warranty. I couldn t believe it was so easy and fast to get a good piece of equipment. 44 hours on it already in the last two weeks and it s great!I will be buying my maintenance items from them for now on.Thanks guys

My experience purchasing a new eXmark was very positive! I have dealt with other mower companies and they are at the top. They make it easy to be able to get your lawn needs accomplished. I would recommend them for any future lawn care equipment purchases.

Went in right before they closed on Saturday to buy a mower. The guys got one out and got it ready last minute for me. Excellent service from the time I walked in until the time I left. I will definitely return next time I need something.

Worst company to work with, we bought a coil for our zero turn mower and it did not work or we were sold the wrong one. Two different employees told us over the phone that they would take it back due to defect. When we tried to take it back the manager refused saying no return on electrical parts. Since this was their fault not ours that policy would not have applied at a decent customer friendly place of business. With tax we are now out $180. Will never go back and WILL let everyone know how awful this experience was!

Went here to buy a couple of chainsaws. Asked for a deal since I was spending so much buying more than one with cases and chains. No deal... they will not give you a single break. Then when they do sell you something they charge 3 percent more if you use a card! Ouch.... that makes all of their competition cheaper if they charge the same price. I indicted I was unhappy about the extra charge and was told that is how it is. Yep, they do not care. Well they lost another customer. There are other Stihl dealers in the county that will discount these items when you buy a lot. They also won't alienate their customers with extra fees.

I recommend Millers highly. I purchased a new mower and I had trouble changing the break-in oil and filter. They picked up my mower, took care my issue and returned it at no change.

I've been here about six times now and and every time I go there the older gentlemen and the older wife I assume are nothing but rude and have attitudes and if they're going to treat customers like that they should just retire. The other people are very helpful and i have no issues with them at all. It's now time for me to replace my Exmark and thanks to the customer service here @Miller I will be giving my 15k to Scag for my next machine.

I just wanted to let all the staff at Miller Lawn & Power know I love the new small zero turn Toro mower I purchased. I'm having a ball with it. The mulch kit works fantastic! I mow grass for a living, so coming home to mow my own grass wasn't much fun. I can say I enjoy it now. Thanks to all, you've been a great help with everything.Keep up the good work!Cary

Went to look at used chainsaw that was listed. Salesman Levi took the time to show all the details on the saw and then when I had questions on a new Stihl saw he took the extra time to show me all the features and prices. Then he showed me the saw he has a Stihl MS261C-M and wow was he right. It's a fantastic saw. Chad his another associate also took time to explain a few details. You would have thought I was buying a new truck. Great staff and of locally owned!

Good service and the knowledge of the sales men of the Stihl products was shocking. And they had the inventory to choose from. I had two hedge trimmers, and two weed eaters service and they were fix the first time, I will never go back to a John Deere dealership to have service done ,or buy a Stihl products again,

They sold me a junk belt it broke in a week I had the receipt and they would not replace it. Bad business buyer beware they do not stand behind anything they sell. Before even seeing the belt they told me on the phone my mower was at fault
